Well, we just learned that China Kitchen has delivery, and now my favorite place to get Chinese food is even better (imagine that)! We ordered the family dinner B which is a lot of food and is very reasonably priced. Halfway to home I realized that I wanted to grab some dinner for my friend who was fighting the super flu! After looking at Yelp reviews, I decided to give it a try. Ordered some seafood dinner, made sure I get what I wanted for my friend who likes seafood. Cashier explained which order was contained the most fitting meal because I never ordered anything from here. After ordering, paid for the meal and waited about 10 minutes. I received the order packaged to go, in a bag. And I was on my way to drop it off at my friend's place. I was happy to be able to get a fresh cooked meal very fast. This place typically serves delicious food however three times in a row now they have severely messed up our order. Tonight I got Mongolian beef three little tiny pieces of meat no carrots two or three small slivers of bell pepper, all onion and green onion. Walking in this place has absolutely no ambiance and looks more like a to go spot more than a restaurant. My friend and I ordered the dinner special with came with a main entree, soup and egg roll. I had General Tso chicken with green beans. My friend had Orange chicken. The green beans were not fresh in fact they probably had been sitting there all day and the chicken was slathered in sauce and no flavor at all. The fried rice had flavor, same thing for my friend's chicken. I took one bite of the egg roll and it was warm not hot. I'm going to give this place 5 stars are the food alone because, sadly, too many of these Chinese takeout spots are messy. This one has decided that the front of the restaurant should serve as a storage space for various to-go boxes and supplies. It's a disaster. But...back to the food. Amazing! Without a doubt, this location has the best soup I've ever had from.a Chinese fast food establishment. I came in here recently and ordered the beef noodle soup. This soup is very hearty and the broth has an amazingly sweet and spicy flavor, with a lingering aroma. The beef bites were tender and succulent, while the noodles were a perfect diameter. Lastly, the soup was garnished well with greens, onions and red chili peppers. In addition to the soup, the customer service was excellent. I was greeted right away and made to feel welcome. Everyone told me to take my time ordering and I didn't feel rushed at all. Wow! I was super skeptical about buying Chinese food because I've had a few bad experiences in town. I needed to order something that would last me a few days. I got the general Tso's chicken and shrimp fired rice. The rice had 7 pieces of shrimp! I was so happy. I have never had general tso's chicken but I love it! The fried rice is actually Chinese American styled fried rice with the peas and carrots. I like Japanes and Thai fried rice but Chinese American style reminds me California mom and pops. This is another place that I tried because of the shut down in Vegas but I keep ordering from because it's so good. The food is fresh and comes to you hot (even when delivered). The packing is nice and the in-house delivery guy is very nice and fast. Everything we've tried has been pretty tasty, with a great balance of meat to veggies. Nothing is drowning in sauce either. Ordered Christmas dinner for my coworkers and I all having to work that night. Although our job supplied a meals, nothing beats freshly made Chinese food with all the garlic, peppers, and msg almost putting us in the most full comatose state. Came here on a whim last night and the service was so good! It's a very small indoor area and it seems like most orders are to go. They have daily specials for around $10 which I love--especially since I feel like it's been harder to find places that do specials! Those dishes I'd probably skip in the future. Decent portion size especially for the low price. The quality of the beef is better than that if most take out Chinese in town.
