Well, we just learned that China Kitchen has delivery, and now my favorite place to get Chinese food is even better (imagine that)! We ordered the family dinner B which is a lot of food and is very reasonably priced. Halfway to home I realized that I wanted to grab some dinner for my friend who was fighting the super flu! After looking at Yelp reviews, I decided to give it a try. Ordered some seafood dinner, made sure I get what I wanted for my friend who likes seafood. Cashier explained which order was contained the most fitting meal because I never ordered anything from here. After ordering, paid for the meal and waited about 10 minutes. I received the order packaged to go, in a bag. And I was on my way to drop it off at my friend's place. I was happy to be able to get a fresh cooked meal very fast. Walking in this place has absolutely no ambiance and looks more like a to go spot more than a restaurant. My friend and I ordered the dinner special with came with a main entree, soup and egg roll. I had General Tso chicken with green beans. My friend had Orange chicken. The green beans were not fresh in fact they probably had been sitting there all day and the chicken was slathered in sauce and no flavor at all. The fried rice had flavor, same thing for my friend's chicken. I took one bite of the egg roll and it was warm not hot. Without a doubt, this location has the best soup I've ever had from.a Chinese fast food establishment. I came in here recently and ordered the beef noodle soup. This soup is very hearty and the broth has an amazingly sweet and spicy flavor, with a lingering aroma. The beef bites were tender and succulent, while the noodles were a perfect diameter. Lastly, the soup was garnished well with greens, onions and red chili peppers. In addition to the soup, the customer service was excellent. I was greeted right away and made to feel welcome. Everyone told me to take my time ordering and I didn't feel rushed at all. Wow! I was super skeptical about buying Chinese food because I've had a few bad experiences in town. I needed to order something that would last me a few days. I got the general Tso's chicken and shrimp fired rice. The rice had 7 pieces of shrimp! I was so happy. I have never had general tso's chicken but I love it! The fried rice is actually Chinese American styled fried rice with the peas and carrots. I like Japanes and Thai fried rice but Chinese American style reminds me California mom and pops. This is another place that I tried because of the shut down in Vegas but I keep ordering from because it's so good. The food is fresh and comes to you hot (even when delivered). The packing is nice and the in-house delivery guy is very nice and fast. Everything we've tried has been pretty tasty, with a great balance of meat to veggies. Nothing is drowning in sauce either. For $7.25 you get your meat, rice, egg roll and soup! In case you think they were heavy on the rice and not the meat, there was some meat slightly under the rice as well. The Mongolian beef was delicious and I love that there was a lot of meat, unlike some places that give you more vegetables. The dinner specials came with egg drop soup and an egg roll. All of these portions were massive and the dinner specials were filled to the brim. Came here on a whim last night and the service was so good! It's a very small indoor area and it seems like most orders are to go. They have daily specials for around $10 which I love--especially since I feel like it's been harder to find places that do specials! We got the honey walnut shrimp dinner special which came with pork fried rice, soup, and a spring roll, beef and broccoli dinner special which came with chow mien noodles, and soup, Thai tea with boba, a fried shrimp appetizer, and a few other dishes. Found this place after I saw a YouTube review on the place. I drove all the way from Summerlin and it was worth the trip. Everything is fresh except the deep fried stuff like general tsaos and orange chicken the meets been prebattered and fried. Then they sauce it up when you order. Those dishes I'd probably skip in the future. Decent portion size especially for the low price. The quality of the beef is better than that if most take out Chinese in town.
