Another successful and delicious meal at Maya Thai. It was just my daughter and I this time, we ordered a Thai Tea, beef with broccoli, beef pad see eww, shrimp rolls, curry puffs, shrimp rolls, everything was yummy as always and it was my daughters first visit and she enjoyed the food as well.

Honestly blown away by the service! Great server, amazing food, and a super cute restaurant. It's good to know we have such a good thai place in east las vegas!

After spending a year in Thailand, I've been craving real Thai food that actually tastes like Thailand not the watered-down version most places serve. I stopped by Maya Thai Restaurant, and let me just say... this place delivers. The spicy glass noodle salad (Yum Woon Sen) instantly took me back to the streets of Bangkok perfectly balanced heat, lime, fish sauce, and that unmistakable freshness of Thai herbs. Every bite had that authentic kick and flavor that's so hard to find outside of Thailand. From the first bite, I felt like I was living in Thailand again. The portion was generous, the spice level was spot-on, and the staff was super friendly and attentive.

First time here and it might be my new favorite east side spot for Thai food. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was small, with cute decor and clean. The food was tasty and the spice level was perfect ( I like a lot of spice ) . I ordered spring rolls for an appetizer and a Thai tea to start off. Their peanut sauce was different than other places, I could taste a little curry in it, which I never had before. I had a classic combo of beef jerky and sticky rice with Lao style papaya salad, with a small order of vegetable Tom yum for my meal. All very good. I couldn't resist the mango sticky rice for dessert, which hit the spot. I will need to come back to try their other dishes.

I've had this spot on my list to try for quite awhile as it is one of the rare Thai spots on the east side of Vegas. It's located in a strip mall right off of Nellis and is definitely a blink and miss it type of place. There is ample parking and a small indoor dining area. We stopped in for lunch on Sunday and were the only diners, however there were a couple of people that stopped in to grab takeout orders. The server was super friendly and attentive our entire time dining here, we always had a full glass of water, which is much appreciated in this crazy heat! The menu is really nice (odd compliment, I know) and features photos of many of the dishes, which helps when trying to narrow down what to order. My fiancé started with the potstickers, which had a creamy sauce that I found interesting as most come with a soy sauce base. That said, he thoroughly enjoyed them and liked the sauce. I'm pescatarian, so I didn't try them. For our main dishes, we ordered our usuals- Pad See Eew with chicken (spice level 7) for him and Pad Prik King with veggies (spice level 8) for me. Our food arrived and you could literally see the steam coming off of the plates, it doesn't get much more fresh than that! Our server left a caddy of extra spicy elements that we could add at our discretion, which I ended up doing because the 8 was pretty mild for me (next time I'll go for 10!). My fiancé was happy with his spice level, however, so it's really a matter of preference. Both of our dishes were delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I was missing a bit of the brightness and flavor from a traditional Pad Prik King, I'd find little pockets of it, but overall it was a good sauce. This is a great spot to check out, especially if you live on the east side!

Very stingy and over priced. Not worth it imo. They also need to fix their menu. They advertise mango sticky rice but only give rice no mango.

I'll start this with, I've eaten at all the top Thai restaurants in the valley many many times. Found this place on yelp and it's on the east side of Vegas so I figured I'll check it out. Very happy I did as the Chicken Pad Thai was the best I've ever enjoyed hands down. Candy the person who processed my order was very polite and the resturaunt was incredibly clean. I will definitely return!

We were on the east side of town and decided to eat lunch and we saw this place! Glad we came! This place just opened and boy am I glad they did! Large portion sizes with reasonable prices! Place is small but clean and cute. Comfortable for a family and reminds me of the home vibe. Service was quick and our order was quick to come out! Food: Crab fried rice 5/5: this was my favorite! The rice was plenty enough for a family of four! The fried rice was just the right mixture of spices and they gave plenty of crab on top! Beef fried rice: 5/5 was also amazing! Different from the fried rice with tomato and other spices but very flavorful! Also large portions too! Crispy fried pork with chinese broccoli! 5/5 my other favorite! The sauce they added was flavorful and complimented the chibese broccoli. Chinese broccolu itself is bitter but the sauce made it less bitter. Also the crispy pork was no soggy and just crispy enough to enjoy! Calamari: 5/5 my daughter loved this and she used it as a meal for her crab fried rice! She loved it! Overall we had a fantastic experience with fast service and delicious food. Will definitely stop by whenever we are on the east side!

There wasn't a single dish that disappointed me, which is honestly rare. Every bite was flavorful and well-prepared, and I already know I'll be thinking about this meal for a long time. The ube crème brûlée deserves its own paragraph because it was absolutely incredible. I genuinely dream about this dessert. The ube flavor paired with the creamy crème brûlée was such a good combination, and it was easily one of my favorite desserts I've had in a while. If you see it on the menu, you absolutely have to try it. The service was also great. Our waiters were friendly, kind, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I really liked the ambiance, too. It has a more casual feel, but with a slightly upscale touch. The atmosphere was really cool and comfortable, and it wasn't overly loud, which made it easy to actually enjoy your meal and have a conversation. Overall, Le Thai is officially one of my favorite Thai food spots. If you're visiting Las Vegas and looking for Thai food, I 100% recommend stopping here. I enjoyed it so much that I genuinely want to take another trip to Vegas just to eat here again. That's how good it was.

Great very personable service and honestly the flavors were great but unfortunately the quality really was a big miss!! Dining alone I probably ordered too much but the crab fried rice sounded too good to pass up ....But unfortunately fell short as well. Texture of the egg scrambled with the crab meat resulted in more of a fishy mush texture? Basil with ground chicken and shrimp was good but not great? Now their chicken wings....Wow!!! This place does a great job on Thai curry. I know many reviews will say "the curry was good"…read morewithout any details, but let me give you the details. -They seem to use actual whole spices in the curries, you'll see flecks of coriander and lemongrass and such. I suspect they make their own curry paste. -The curry flavors are REALLY well balanced. Someone or some people with very good cooking sense are making their recipes and cooking. -Massaman curry is hard to get right, but theirs has the perfect mix of umami, tangy, sweet, salty. -Yellow curry can often be really bland and just like sweet coconut milk at other restaurants, but the yellow curry at Panna Thai is intense and chock-full of spices (you can see the spice pieces in it, probably coriander and other things) and it's one of their best curries, really excellent balanced and flavorful taste -They take care to prepare the vegetables well, and the pumpkin in the pumpkin curry has the perfect texture, the eggplant is very soft and melt-in-your mouth, I've never had bad vegetables in their curries -The coconut milk is very rich and thick and the curries are thick (not just like water) -Each curry tastes like what it's supposed to taste like and they all taste very different. I think the best taste is in the yellow curry, Massaman curry, red curry, and pumpkin curry. The curries are not oily, no layer of oil or little drops of oil, and don't seem to have seed oils in them (we asked and were told the curries are a good dish if you want to avoid seed oils) -The curries are consistently good and I've had them maybe 15x between dine-in, trying my husband's food, and delivery -- been great every time -The curry fillings are good -- chicken is tender, they include lots of vegetables, the pumpkin in the pumpkin curry is melt-in-your-mouth -They add the things that are supposed to be included in authentic curry (like Thai basil for the red curries, fish sauce, etc.) -They are accommodating to allergies and dietary preferences -They'll actually make the curry spicy if you request it, I have a high spice need/tolerance and this is one of the only places that will make it taste spicy to a level where I can feel it if I ask for their highest spice level -The jasmine rice is the best of anywhere I've eaten in Vegas -- so fresh, so bouncy/springy, high-quality rice grains, clearly handled well and rinsed prior to cooking, cooked perfectly every time I've had it. It's a big part of the experience of curry to have bouncy, high-quality jasmine rice to contrast with he creaminess of the curry, and this place does a great job with it. -The portions are large and I almost always take some home, delivery portions are pretty large, too There are only 3 Thai places in Vegas that I can say that about, and this is the only one in SW Vegas that I've found to be like this. the service is also great and you actually feel like a guest there. they have little extra touches like real candles. they do a great job with refilling water, lemon in your water, mints by the door, lots of extra touches. above-par Thai restaurant, please support them! and try the curries! I think most people would enjoy their yellow, Massaman, and pumpkin curries.
