My order came out to $32 and I was a bit confused. She added rice as an extra order so she had to avoid it and start over then she gives me my food and I go to walk out and notice the ticket says pork egg roll. I go back to her and tell her they were supposed to be veggie. I had to wait for them to make a new raw. I get home and find out they are mushy spring rolls. The veggies were watery with no flavor and the rice was undercooked. When I first came here last year, it was amazing. I don't know what is going on, but they need to get it together. Even when I called to explain that my order was incorrect they hung up on me by mistake and then didn't understand me so I just hung up and said forget it.

Ordered the chicken and rice soup, as well as chicken and broccoli with white rice. A young man took my order and let me know it would be ready shortly. They called me up when my food was ready and pointed out the utensils. Loved the food! I do not live close by and am unlikely to be able to visit again, but if I am ever in the area I would do so happily. Everything was so flavorful and well made. I especially liked the generous chunks of chicken and green onion in my soup. Paid 15 dollars for everything and felt it was worth it.

I have never ordered food from a hotel before, but in Rochester where it was about 10 degrees and…read moresnow was blowing all around, I dared not venture outside, so I decided to order in. Yelp was great in helping find a place that delivered...a feature I have never used before. I settled on Taste Delicious for Chinese. Their menu was very diverse with many veggie options. I decided to go with steamed veggies and tofu, spring rolls. My total was around $9, but because the minimum is $10 for delivery (even with tip), I had to order something else. Figuring that the weather would be the same the next evening, I ordered another veggie entrée. The deliver time was between 45 minutes to 1 hour. I received an email on a link where I could track the progress. How cool is that? I almost decided to go to the gym while I waited but something told me to hold off. Good thing I did as it was only about 30 minutes and my food arrived. Loving it more now. The good was good. It's hard to make steamed veggies and tofu excellent unless you coat them in some type of sauce so I did that with soy sauce, which made it better. The other dish (I can't remember what it was) was better the next night. Since I had a great experience, I would certainly use the delivery feature again and would order from Taste Delicious.

The building is unusual in that it seems like it was designed to resemble a high-ceiling loft. Somehow it works. My litmus test is the hot and sour. Outstanding- I would grade it a solid B losing a point or two because it was not piping hot. The shrimp with lobster sauce was excellent. The shrimp were large- probably 12-16 / pound. Sauce was good and included fresh oeas6. Beef with broccoli was excellent, brown sauce, good quality beef and FRESH broccoli and Carrots. I am putting Royal on my regular rotation when I return to Rochester.

Staffs were friendly and they brought us a bowl of wonton strip for snack. I ordered General tso chicken and roast pork lo mein, and white rice and fried rice on side. I enjoyed the tso chicken, crunchy and flavorful. I didn't like the lo mein. The flavor wasn't that great. The fried rice was just rice in soy sauce. Every time I had fried rice, as main dish or as side dish, it's always rice with egg, veggies and maybe some pork, that why it was disappointed to see the fried rice. The restaurant is clean and has interesting shape.
