Needless to say we are both somewhat picky when it comes to seafood. I was somewhat skeptical when we approached, however this place was super clean, the products were well sealed, nothing freezer burnt or of low quality. My wife was impressed with the pompano, which we both like. Remember we have access to wholesalers and the quality exceeded what I can get in Columbus, Ohio. The fish were rather large as well. I resisted the urge to splurge, I got some excellent scallops that were on par with wholesale prices. They are basically selling seafood at wholesale prices. We drove home 3 hours with the product in a professional cold bag...the fish was still rock hard. Both me and my wife were impressed with the freezers they were using as they keep everything extremely cold which also preserves product. I know there is wholey's in the strip, but frack that traffic. All in all, when we come through Da Burgh, which is often this will be one of our must stops.
