I have come away each time thinking, meh, that was okay. Not a lot of flavor in the dishes, bland and everything kind of tastes the same. All is served in a plastic tub. Rice is industrial. Not sure any ingredients are fresh. Egg rolls are soft. Sweet and sour is from the grocery store I'm sure. I wish they'd cut the menu down (it's huge) and just focus on the quality of less things. Have some signature dishes. Also, use plates for eating in and the wax cardboard tubs for takeout. I think they could triple their business if they upped the food quality / flavor. Even though it's fast food they don't need to bring the quality down. I'll still go there on occasion, it's not bad, it just will not be a go to place for me.

Go support this delicious small business with a homey Lao mom and pop feel. SAB MAK MAK (Very delicious in Lao)!!! Khao poon - 5/5, I LOVE curry! This noodle curry soup is a very unique speciality of Lao cuisine. The broth is creamy, rich, sweet, umami, and spicy all at once. Each bite of rice noodles with fresh, crunchy cabbage is heavenly! Sausage (spicy) - 100/5, WOW!!! This the BEST Lao sausage I've ever had! It is herbaceous and the spicy version definitely has a kick to it, but is so good! This order includes two sausages and comes with sticky rice as well as a spicy, garlicky dipping sauce! Pad king, chicken - 5/5, a soy sauce chicken, ginger, and green onion stir fry! Less than 15 minutes to get our food from when we ordered it, not bad at all! The food was hot, which was good. The bread served, isn't served warm though, this was also the case with one of the sandwich buns we received. So that was a disappointment there. The sandwich bun was actually almost slightly chilled, would be better if the bun was at least warmed up. Overall, they did a good job, and the inside of the restaurant is really neat with the graffiti art! My one last nit-pick is that I wish they were more consistent in the size of the chicken strips. The two that I got, were noticeably smaller than the ones that other people in my party got.
