Not sure any ingredients are fresh. Egg rolls are soft. Sweet and sour is from the grocery store I'm sure. I wish they'd cut the menu down (it's huge) and just focus on the quality of less things. Have some signature dishes. Also, use plates for eating in and the wax cardboard tubs for takeout. I think they could triple their business if they upped the food quality / flavor. Even though it's fast food they don't need to bring the quality down. I'll still go there on occasion, it's not bad, it just will not be a go to place for me.
