Typically inside grocery stores too, not just their own business. It's so much nicer being able to just drive up like anywhere else and I've loved it for the years I've lived here. The staff is really kind and do their best to be speedy, the only downside is (and this is company policy, they do it at all of them) being asked every time if you want to donate money. I don't, food costs too much now to spare any, but it works at making you feel bad and making it harder to say no, I wish they just wouldn't ask. The food is also typically really great and I'm a bit confused about some other people's reviews relating to it. For example, someone states they ordered a bigger plate and show an image of "the bigger plate" yet it's in an ala carte box, not a plate container, which means it's not even legitimately what he's claiming as they have never served any plate size in that way nor any bowls for that matter. They portion heavily most of the time so you don't feel ripped off even though it is one of the pricier places in town, typically costing around 13 or so dollars per person, and as long as you don't come purposefully during rush-hour (the same hours EVERYTHING in Defiance is overly busy) you will be handled fast in the drive-thru and inside, and as long as you don't come RIGHT AFTER said rush hours, you will get fresh food.

It was very good or bad. This is my own personal opinion, but I like the orange chicken at panda express more than the orange chicken here. I know there's a lot of people that like Han Dynasty. Not sure what the difference is between lunch and dinner special besides the price increase. My husband and I shared a dish, we upgraded to the fried rice. There's not a stick of vegetable or even the faintest taste of meat in the fried rice. It's literally their white rice thrown in a wok. There was very little chicken in the dish, and despite it being "spicy "it has literally no spice I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. If you're going to have fake flowers all over, at least dust them! It's a little concerning to sit eating a meal, looking at an inch thick dust on all of the plants. Numerous diners including us had to get and walk over to their table(yes the owners and kids/wait staff/ hostess had a table) and ask for drink refills. It became a running skit at how many folks felt scorn by the lady owner as she sighed and rolled her eyes. Nobody wanted to bother them they seemed to be having a grand time playing on their phones and tablets. The Hispanic kitchen employees kept the food coming and it like I said was typical Chinese. You can throw a rock and it all taste identical. How do they do that anyway? my spouse said he went to pay and the owners didn't even want to run the register.
