This place is truly fantastic! I really appreciate the hand sanitizer available right as you walk in; it makes you feel so cared for. The area was spotless, and the variety of food was not only excellent but also incredibly tasty. There was something for everyone, even the kids. My grandkids loved the cheese pizza! I'm curious why they only got such a low rating because I believe they deserve at least four stars! Our family fr Chicago and Indiana all love this place and my kids/family all came last year and also loved it, but this was my first visit. The staff was all really on it, they were refilling all the food and wiping up spills, clearing plates, etc. They were also all really nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice like pinesol, which made me feel like it was clean and sanitary. The prices were really reasonable and we all felt like the selection was really great and everything was really well seasoned and delicious. We had a group of 7, meat eaters and vegetarians and we all got full and left really satisfied. Parking was ample. I know everyone has different experiences, but this place really impressed me, especially bc I feel that it's logical to factor in the price. All the food was nice and hot and the salads and fruits were cold and fresh. We went at about 530 and left about 7, and no one rushed us and they were still replenishing all the food as we were walking out. read more

This being my first time, trying out this Chinese buffet restaurant. I was curious to see if the food was good and if it was worth the money. In my opinion, the food could've been better as far as the taste goes. The food was bland and it wasn't worth the money. If you don't get the food when they bring it from the back to refill the pans, the food is cold/ lukewarm. I was a little bothered by the fact that. If you want soy sauce they have to go soy sauce packets, instead of having the soy sauce table side in the glass bottle. In my opinion that's being cheap with the customer. Overall The restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere. But I will be looking for other Chinese buffet restaurant that's better. But this Chinese buffet restaurant is one I will not be coming back to. I recommend others to look for better options. read more

Got there at 740p, open til 9. Place is kind of busy. No booths available because they've closed one dining room already and they are emptying the trays of food and not refilling them. They've got another hour plus to be open. Half the trays are empty, the others are old and cold. Not a chicken wing in the place. All the food was nasty and congealed. You might be reading the bad reviews and think- "it can't be THAT bad." You'd be wrong. Food was gross, all of it. Sushi rice was hard. Chicken was hard or chewy, no in between. Everything soaked in oil. There was a person lying on the ground across the aisle while we were there. When a server asked the table if the person was okay, they said yep, he's fine. So I've been here a lot with my family, It has a lot of variety for a specialty Buffet with most focus being on Chinese food, they still incorporate American dishes as well as a taco station and a sushi station. A great price $60 for 4 people that always fill us up is good. The store could be cleaner sometimes but if you bring it to the staff's attention they will usually try and handle it asap. Some food was well prepared like beef/broccoli, chicken on skewer, pork ribs, cooked seafood casserole ( you know the fake crab --is always great with all that butter and cheese) and the mushrooms were terrific. Rices and other chicken dishes were below par. I've had better from a grocery store. The cold seafood dish was inedible, the squid were hard as rocks, and cooked fish was way overcooked and no sauce/butter garlic etc to keep it tender while holding temp. The experience started with being kicked out of a "closed" section to be moved to a new section which they just about kicked us out of by the time we were going to leave. Haven't been to this place since before covid, but was quickly reminded why. Styrofoam plates, a cardboard box with plastic utensils that everyone is digging through, and cold food. What really did it for us was when a fellow diner USED HER HANDS to separate melted cheese so she could grab a serving. When we complained that we couldn't eat due to the conditions, the cashier just apologized. Didn't ask about the other person using her hands on the food. Nothing. No offer for a refund. This place has gone down since I've last visited which was pre-Covid days. The price for lunch is $12/person and on Sundays it's $16/person all day. The food was pretty standard but a lot of it was pretty lukewarm and very bland. The atmosphere was pretty quiet - no music at all playing. Everything is eaten off of styrofoam dish ware. The most annoying part was as we were getting ready to leave, the waitress stood at the table behind us and just waited for us to go so she could clean the table. Just spent just under $70 for my family of 5, and there was little selection and almost everything was OLD. I just picked a couple of things that looked safe to eat. That did not matter as I barely made it home and to the bathroom to vomit, while my wife ended up running to do number 2. They have the CHEAPEST foam plates and plastic forks and spoons. They don't even offer a plastic knife to cut their hard ass food. I am truly saddened by what this once nice establiment has turned into. Thanks for ruining my son's birthday dinner! Introduced my 85 year old step dad to Asian food. He loved the variety, though he thought the octopus was chewy! (I thought it was fine.) The food was great, as usual. The price was as expected and very reasonable. We're all wearing masks and the staff kept their distance because of the pandemic, but they still kept the tables clean and were polite and friendly. Which my kids love because they believe they are eating sushi. Gotta keep 'em cultured ya know. It could be cleaner, the food is good but not great. Like most typical buffets, you pay first and gratuity had been added to the bill already as we did not have any cash. As we were standing to leave, 2 attendents rushed our table, before we even finished gathering our stuff, pointing to the table and asking where the tip was. My husband explained we already added it to our bill. They were very foward for expecting cash from a table that they only cleared a couple dishes from. It says closed but it reopened under new management I think. It's different, but still great. Redid the inside, they got paper plates and utensils cause of covid I think but it's no biggie just be careful loading the plate up and hold from the bottom.
