I stopped leaving reviews on Yelp for like three years. But this is just so bad. I had to let others know. Was in the area for business. Stopped by here for dinner at 8pm. Place looked empty when I walked in. They said they are open till 9:30pm. So i went in. I wasnt expecting something great. Was just hoping for something quick, filling and warm foods. All of the foods were not hot at all. It looks like all of them were sitting in there for hours without being changed. I had to fish for a couple of things that were eatable. I only ate the same three dishes that look somewhat ok. One of them was cold but I needed some carbs. Still, I was hoping they change some kind of dish. None was replaced with new for like 30min though they look all so bad. I filled myself with Coke refills and ran out. I have not been to any Chinese buffet this bad in ages. Upon walking into the restaurant, we were greeted in a very friendly, professional manner. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server, who took our drink orders. She was super friendly! The entire staff was friendly and helped one another. The decor of the restaurant was basic, but it was ok. I was disappointed at the small food selection, but the food was good. I was surprised at how sweet and lovely their watermelon was because usually buffets don't always have the best quality fruit, though it's good and edible. I liked that each table had salt, pepper, low-sodium, and regular soy sauce. Usually, you have to ask for salt & pepper if needed. I did not care for their sweet tea. The food was terrible I found a hard thing in my sushi. they said it was dried up garlic but someone told me how is dried up garlic red. The thing that I found in my sushi was like a rock. The service was absolutely terrible. I asked for a refund and they said no because they said they already it's on the food, but I only walked in 15 minutes ago and I was on my first plate . The booth they sent me was terrible and it stinks. There was no cushion and there was this weird fish smell right next to the wall. It smelled like moldy food. I hate this place. This was the most god awful buffet I've ever been to. Not only was the food not good. But it was COLD! Like it has been sitting in the trays out in the open for weeks! In the back of my mind as I looked around, I wondered why the ambiance was rather quiet and there were little to no people here. And now I can see why. Something odd I noticed was the staff had an unusual tendency to stand around and stare at you while you eat as if you had blood splattered on your hands. To rub salt into the wound, the charges for this unforgivable platter of food was $63... $63 DOLLARS WASTED! I hadn't been here in awhile, but this was the place that we decided to go to for lunch. That was a mistake. Although there seemed to be plenty of people there, my wife hadn't noticed that meals on the weekends were $18.95 not the $8.99 she had thought that they were. I didn't eat enough to justify spending that kind of money, neither did she. The food was typical Chinese-American fare that wasn't really hot, just warm. I had a plate of their sushi. Very limited selection, lukewarm food, bland with little to no flavor, and not much in the way of atmosphere or service. The Chinese food options are still the usual chicken in sauce or fried bits of meat in batter, there are a few choice that are perhaps a little less loaded in fat. I did get a couple of dumplings (grilled, not steamed) and a small pile of wontons. The sushi display is fresh looking and in good condition. Tidy and with no loose bits scattered about as one might see in a lesser establishment. Some that aren't covered in sauce or fried, which was nice. So it's been 4 years since I came here last due to rude and snobby waitstaff. The food was good but the customer service was left wanting. Four years later I am relieved to say it's improved. The restaurant is busy so when we arrived after 7 pm it looked 'beat up' a bit. The floors were in desperate need of sweeping and the buffet was not as full of food as I had hoped. I liked my visit here this past weekend;however, I used to love it. It has changed. There's a large variety of items. However, the sushi bar used to be much better. Now a Hispanic guy is making sushi and the results are what you think it would be. They no longer have shrimp nigiri and that was my favorite item. The rest of the buffet is decent. The fried flounder is very crispy. They have white rice in a rice maker, but it's almost hidden at the end of the buffet in a corner near the kitchen. Their short ribs were very good and had plenty of meat. My favorite is their mei fun. I added shrimp to it from other entree selections available. They had chicken and broccoli, mushrooms, the little balls of dough that remind me of a doughnut, clams, buffalo wings, fried chicken wings, soups, salad bar, a few desserts... including an ice cream machine. Their crab rangoon is terrible and so is their fake crab meat, so skip those. The service is kind of strange. All the waitresses wait on all the tables. They ALL gather in the center of the restaurant to talk then break to get things for the customers. There's a goldfish pond at the front of the restaurant and I love it. There's plenty of comfortable booths to sit at. Price for buffet is $20 per person, plus beverage cost, plus tax and tip. read more

My favorite buffet in the area. The chicken wings are really good and the buffet bar has alot of different choices, All of which taste great. It's booth seating with a few tables as well. I've always gotten fresh cooked food from the buffet bar, which may be luck but they do a good job keeping the bar stocked with fresh cooked foods. The staff is friendly and attentive, and Ricky who usually works the register has a great personality. If you like buffets, then this is definitely a good one to visit read more

This is by far the worst buffet I have ever been to in my life. It's a nice building, however that is the only good thing about this place. All of the food is barley warm much less hot. The dumplings were hard as a rock! Egg rolls were cold. I was afraid to try the soup because of a Thick film on the top. Looked like it had been there since the day before. We were super hungry and we saw the Chinese buffet. When entering there wasn't a variety of food selections, which was disappointing. The food was very blend and no flavor. My sister in law and I was still eating when a older lady server gave us the the bill. When paying we wanted to split into three. The person that was checking us out was a young woman, but then that same older woman came to the register, speaking her language to the cashier. I gave a small tip for all of us. Compare apples to apples people! You can't give a one star to a place like the China Buffet if comparing to a 5 star steakhouse. This was an awesome buffet compared to any other buffet I've been to. Trust me, I enjoy $100 steaks and such, but when I was looking for a cheap meal with many options, and all you can eat, this place was amazing. $13 per person with sushi rolls, typical Chinese food (chicken and broccoli, etc), and some sea food. All you can eat crawfish and above average chinese buffet food. I think they get their fish on Thursday as Friday is always best, the Sushi can be milky on a tuesday. Sometimes they have octopus sashimi, salmon skin, and eel nigiri. The octopus is usually fire but sometimes they serve it past when the should and it starting to pus yellow. They can make you most rolls on command including hand rolls. read more
