They also have an extensive dim sum menu. It's ordered from the menu rather than served from carts, which means there's plenty more for me to work my way through. Food has a funny way of doing that. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable and nicely air-conditioned, with a large live seafood/lobster tank. Service is friendly and fast. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and there's an easy parking lot right outside. Lam's Kitchen has earned a permanent spot in my rotation. I asked, "what is this" and was told "it's Mongolian beef". It absolutely was not. It wasn't what I wanted at all and it was mediocre. It's bizarre to lie to someone about what you're serving them.
