I mean, from the mountains of food people were putting on their plates I'm a little confused how they make a profit. As a vegetarian and diabetic I had limited choice. If you are a meat eater, about every breakfast meat you can imagine they had, even something called scrapple, which is a regional thing I guess. There was an omelette station too. There was a dessert bar also. My husband -who has a sweet tooth- got a blueberry pie type dessert and could barely eat it because it was too sweet. As a diabetic it was good to see they had sugar free syrup and one sugar free dessert. On the buffet I could only have the eggs, mushrooms and a few house breakfast potatoes- which were quite good. We got there a little after 8:30 a.m. and it wasn't super busy. There was no waiting in line. When we left 45 minutes later, there was a huge line. Overall happy we tried it out. If we lived here we may go back to try out lunch or dinner. This isn't gourmet food, and for the price paid you wouldn't expect it. If you go, enjoy it for what it is.
