I'd been avoiding this place due to the weirdness of many of the reviews, but now that I finally…read morewent I think I'll be driving the extra few minutes to get here for my thai (or chinese) fix and for my wife's sushi fix. I got the beef drunken noodles and fried pork dumplings. The dumplings were just the almost the perfect amount of crispy on the outside, while staying juicy on the inside. The drunken noodles (ordered extra spicy) we a generous portion. I'm an extreme spicy food eater, so the heat wasn't really up to par, but I'll give them another chance next time. There was both a lot of meat and a lot of veggies in the dish. The only thing that stood out on the bad side was that the beef tasted like "chinese restaurant beef" and not "thai restaurant beef", which is a common occurrence in pan-asian cuisine. It was still very good; it just wasn't what I expected. I wished I was brought more hot sauce on the side, but that's also a common occurrence for me. My wife said the sushi was impressive (and she's a sushi snob). There was definitely no "fishy smell" from it. The service was good and the food was great, so we'll definitely be back.

What I usually get the egg drop soup and order sushi so I can eat the soup while I wait. The wait isn't that long, it's more usually 15 minutes at most, but they also had a table who ordered 3 plates of sushi so it took 30 minutes. The waiters were really kind and made sure we were happy the whole experience. It was really quiet for a restaurant and was not too busy. I'd say this is my favorite restaurant in Longmont!

I tiki ramen taco bar... and it somehow works!…read more I've been here many times. I like the tacos, my wife likes the ramen, and we both like the drinks. I like that the menu is constantly changing, so I can always try something new. There are usually a few staples, too. The tacos are priced reasonably so you can try several flavors. Every now and then there's one I don't like as much as the others, but that doesn't ruin the experience. The ramen is priced well for the amount you get, too. The only thing I consistently haven't liked is their guacamole. But I do like their avocado and salsas. They have a decent happy hour and, recently added, a "taco Tuesday." The kids menu options are pretty good, too. The hot dogs are a hit. Sometimes the buttered noodles are, too. The tiki drinks are great fun, and they're always trying something new. In the past, they've put lemonades in fun cups (like the hedgehog cup) so our kids can enjoy a "fancy drink." The service is pretty fast and consistent. They bring you a nice jug of water to help yourself with refills.

I was driving back north wanting something to pick up something quick for lunch to avoid traffic when I remembered having seen this truck. I pulled in to the parking lot of the dispensary, and got quite a few odd looks (including the unsuspecting owner of the food truck) when I walked straight to the truck, circumventing the marijuana shop. They have a pretty full menu, much of which is handwritten below the typed items, which shows that they have had enough demand to expand - including the addition of the missing naan mentioned in the review below! While I wanted to get everything, I opted for the Chicken Saag (this time around) with a medium spice. In ten minutes, the bag was waiting for me and I dug in right there in the parking lot. This Chicken Saag was purrrrrrfect! Medium spice was a bit on the medium-high side, so I had just the right amount of sniffles and small beads of sweat on my forehead. The flavor jumped out of the carton and assaulted my tastebuds in the best way. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, and I immediately regretted not getting another dish or two to have leftovers for dinner. I've got to make the trek back south again next week (boo), but this truck (yay!) will definitely be the brightest part of my day as I start to navigate through the rest of the menu!

I got medium and I thought it could've been a little spicier so I will do hot next time. I love that there wasn't an up charge for coconut milk too! I ordered online and it was ready right when I got there, by the time I got home it was still hot! The owner was so nice & pleasant to talk to, you can tell he really enjoys what he does! Highly recommend this place :)

Tucked away in the mountains of Evergreen, it…read moreserves some of the most authentic and delicious Korean food we've had in Colorado--which, honestly, was a surprise. It's actually Thai-owned, but don't let that stop you. The chef spent more than five years cooking Korean food in Texas, and it shows. The kalbi tasted just like the kind my mom makes at home. The banchan, sundubu, and mandu-guk were all incredibly flavorful and comforting. The ambiance was warm, clean, and inviting. The decor was a blend of Korean and Thai influences, with familiar Korean touches like soju brand advertisements alongside Thai decorations that reflected the owners' background. It felt authentic to both cultures without trying too hard. The only thing that stood out to me was that they serve jasmine rice instead of traditional Korean or Japanese sticky rice. I personally love jasmine rice, so it wasn't an issue, but it does tend to break apart a bit when mixed into soup. The owners are incredibly friendly, and we'll definitely be finding excuses to make the drive back. What's especially interesting is that this place outshines several Korean restaurants in Aurora that are actually Korean-owned. They also don't skimp on the meat portions, which is something I've found disappointing at some other Korean spots in the area. If you're in the area, give it a try. You might be as pleasantly surprised as we were.

The shumai and pork buns came out first and really heightened our expectations. Both were delicious. The sauce that came with the shu mai is one of my favorites that I have ever tried. The pork buns are served with a spicy sauce which my dad liked but I decided to pass on. After that, we continued to get more and more disappointed. The Kung Pao Shroom Trio was not our favorite. The sauce on top was lacking and this dish really needs some protein. We also did not enjoy the cheeseburger dumplings. They did not have any cheese in them and the spicy mustard on top did not go with what we felt like the theme of the dish should be. I will say that every dish has great presentation. When we went, it was late. However, none of the servers seemed extremely interested in helping and they would drop items and quickly leave before you could say anything. They do have an online order and pay system which is really nice and the food comes out quickly. They do keep your sodas filled. The ambiance is definitely more bar like (again, makes sense since it was late) since they have a bar upstairs. Not a place for kids. We would come again for some shu mai and pork buns, but that's all.
