Sour, salty, spicy. There are a ton of chilis and peppercorns piled on top of the soup - be warned that you shouldn't eat these and if you're not careful they can easily take over the dish. The fish is cut in a way that makes for a very satisfying bite and is very flakey and absorbs the soup flavor very well. The service here was interesting.
