Well that is the last time I order take out from China Wok. The customer service is extremely poor. The attitude is I don't want to be here and you are an inconvenience intruding on my time. The spring roll was extremely burnt that I throw it away followed by egg drop goo. It was so horrible I threw it out as well. It is extremely cheap which is why I believe they stay open. All this for under $7. I'll just keep driving to starke for Chinease food. read more

Been here several times now and I have zero complaint's. Ordering over the phone is easy, pickup is easy giving last 4 of your phone number. The food is always quick even on busy weekends & always fresh hot!! Pricing here is great. It's literally cheaper than fast food drive through and way more food. I posted pictures with pricing from 8/13/24 . They sell drinks inside in a fridge. The moon with seven stars chef special had me skeptical bc it has seafood & meat, but everything tasted good and they don't skimp on pieces of lobster tail. Scallops were cooked correctly. Run away as fast as you can their stupid kid was spraying all the customers with a water gun he then started throwing things at people when I got there. They barely understand a word of English when I needed to ask them dietary related questions. Do not come here, They had to remake my order 3 times. And even after the third time they still didn't make it right. They gave me a hard time getting my money back and refused multiple times I had to walk out and now I have to deal with distribute the charge. Their tofu is soggy and not cook properly. Recently moved to the area and hadn't checked out any of the local Chinese spots...woke up this morning and decided today's the day! Turns out there are two in the area, so I figured I'd go with the closest to me...China Wok. Reviews were solid, but first impressions upon arriving were a bit dicey. Luckily I've eaten enough Chinese food to not let the appearance of the place scare me away. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had was served definitely didn't impress me at first sight. I'm glad I chose to charge on and order best HOLY MOLY their sesame chicken is BANGIN! I ordered it with all white meat and just a little spice. UH-MAZING!!! Portions were more than enough and I loved every single bite...no grizzly chicken pieces to be had (IYKYK) Got an order of crab rangoon too and they were pretty good too. Mostly cream cheese and pretty standard as the crab goons usually go. Can easily make two meals out of this and will definitely be back! This place has gone down hill. The Chinese food is so bad! Whatever they're making for general toast chicken and lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken is not chicken. It's some kind of stringy rolled up crap you can't even chew. What are you serving us to eat and Keystone? If you're going to continue to make food like this you need to shut down. I've been eating here for 10 years and I've tried four times now to go back and eat there and it is nasty. The egg rolls have nothing in them but fried burnt dough. Your rice is undercooked and it you can't even bite into it without a hurting your teeth. What's happened to this Chinese place? The food is awful. I can't even imagine feeding this food to my dogs. The food is usually good. We've been ordering for over 10 years. We've had some chicken that that was very chewy a couple of times but for the most part food is pretty decent. I don't know if I'll be back after last night's experience. I got off work late, I'd been there since 6:30 and was starving so I ordered at 7:12 and was told my order would take 10-15 minutes. Then got a call back right away saying 10-18 minutes, I thought, that was weird. I get there and go in at 7:25 and at 7:43, someone called me, instead of coming up to the front counter and said it will be 45 more minutes. I said I'm here, I've been waiting inside for 20 minutes and was asked do you still want your order and I said no, I'm not waiting that long. She said ok we'll cancel then. No apology, nothing. I get home to cook something fast and they called me only to say, sorry, I meant to call someone else. I'll probably get over it and go back but not for a while, I thought that was really rude of them especially since I went 10 minutes out of my way to go there and back home and waited a extra 30 minutes longer than I was told. They also need to be more realistic with pick up times as you usually end up waiting double what you're told almost everytime. read more
