Paul is super helpful and gave me so much information that is going to save me a lot of money. Very honest guy. I haven't used his service yet, but from our phone conversations, he seems to be very honest and knowledgeable and did not recommend any unnecessary service to make a quick buck. I will definitely keep his number and use his services in the near future. Thank you Paul for your very useful information and your honest opinion! Really appreciated. read more

I am currently in the process of closing on a house and was looking for a last minute inspection to be done. Paul went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule before my inspection contingency period expired. However, we didn't end up needing an inspection because I found out the prior resident had previously (1 year prior) had Paul come out for a cleaning and inspection. With a copy of that report provided to me, he was able to walk me through the findings by memory and gave me an honest explanation- including that there was no need for another inspection to be done at this point. He didn't try to profit off of my inquiry when the inspection wasn't really necessary and I truly appreciate his integrity. I will definitely be using him in the future when it is time for the minor repairs that are necessary. read more

Paul and Mike are extremely reliable and professional. I've used them twice and have passed on my recommendation to friends. Throughly cleaned and inspected the interior and exterior chimney. read more

Getting the chimney cleaned out is one of those tasks that's easy to put off, but after reading some reviews I decided to give Chimpro a shot. Paul answered on my first call and managed to fit me in within 48 hours during this busy time of year. He was courteous, professional, showed up on time, was considerate of the house, and was great with my dog-- and the work was well done! He gave me good information about the condition of my chimney, gave me a reference for a firewood supplier, and explained options for better energy efficiency. In the various jobs I've had around the house, I've found that veteran-run businesses get the little things right, and Chimpro was no exception. Not only do I recommend, I'll be a regular customer. read more

Came in, got the job done, made some recommendations, and were clean and professional. I trusted their advice on how to maintain and improve the chimney. Will be using again for further services. Very transparent and friendly staff. read more

Paul T. came out today and did a chimney inspection and cleaning, along with clearing out some leaves in our gutters. Couldn't have asked for a better service -- super personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone, and would give more than 5+ stars if possible. Definitely going to them if I need this service again. read more

Paul and Victor did an outstanding job with our chimney work! I highly recommend Chim Pro. In the lead up to their service visit, Paul spent a significant time with me, explaining my options and the various approaches we could take to ensure as successful an outcome as possible. At no time did Paul try to "up sell" or otherwise pressure us. He is an honest small businessman deserving of business, especially in these difficult times. read more

Josh and Joni came today to install a new liner in our fireplace. They also replaced the crown on the chimney and new caps. They were awesome! They are on time, if not a little early; they were professional; they were so nice; and so clean! No mess anywhere! They are veteran owned business which we love to support! The cost was reasonable for all the work they did. The job was done in one day! I highly recommend Chimpro chimney! read more

Amazing service. Paul visited next day for a second opinion after another chimney company said both chimneys needed extensive work and looked to sell the easier (but costlier and unnecessary) solution. Paul quickly diagnosed and confirmed that while one chimney needed relining the other needed minimal repairs. And his quote was much more reasonable too. High integrity and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a chimney sweep in the area! read more

If you are looking for both an honest and knowledgable company, look no further!! After one company came out to clean my chimney and telling me I needed a new damper, I started to research other companies to get a second opinion/estimate. I called Chimpro this morning and spoke to Paul. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule and came out this afternoon to look at my chimney. Paul was extremely helpful and took time to explain the type of fireplace/damper system I had. He even did a small drawing to show me what he was trying to explain. Boy was I impressed! From there, he looked inside my fireplace and ultimately told me I did not need a new damper. He explained what I could do and this saved me A LOT of money. I am so happy that Paul came out and was so honest with me. I will never forget this and next time I need to have my chimney serviced, I know I will be calling Chimpro. It is refreshing to find a company that is honest and cares about their customers! read more

I needed my chimney inspected and cleaned to satisfy HOA requirements. Paul and his associate were very friendly and professional. They showed up in the set timeframe, called in advance, wore masks, and were careful of the surrounding space. A pleasant experience. read more

Chimpro was amazing! I was searching for immediate service to fit into my mother's schedule as a frontline worker. Paul let me know that he'd spend the day trying to make time to assist us in the next few days, but advised me to search with other nearby companies in case he's unable to make time for us in the schedule. So I contacted other companies and made arrangements as he advised. But guess who was a man of their word, and called me back that evening with an appointment date/time?! I was so shocked and impressed not only by his ability to service us quickly, but being a man of his word and really following up with true concern. -- Then, on the day of service, Paul arrived and was very kind and patient with my father. My father is a 'man of the house' who isn't always very welcoming to others doing work at his property, but Paul was extremely kind, understanding, patient, yet firm, and thorough. My dad even loved him!!! I'd recommend Paul and Chimpro any day! It was refreshing to receive good service, by a businessman with integrity. read more

Outstanding service this morning. Friendly, professional, thorough. The gentleman that came out, came early to accommodate my work schedule, gave us a lot of helpful hints about our system, and left the house cleaner than when he came. He didn't try to upsell us on services we didn't need. He instead made us into loyal customers and we will use Chimpro going forward. Highly recommend these guys. read more

Tried to hire them for gas fireplace service before handing home over to new owners. Paul kept telling me he would call back and re-schedule. Their website supposedly double booked all the time. He knew we were selling the property but kept us hanging until the day before walk-through after I called several times. Told us to find someone else. read more

I recently noticed that pieces of the chimney crown were falling onto the ground, so I started getting estimates to have it replaced. I quickly learned that several companies would not simply replace the crown without doing several other things. Mainly, the companies wanted to waterproof the entire chimney supposedly to make sure the new crown would be effective. Since I failed to see the connection between waterproofing the entire chimney and making sure the crown was effective, I did not deal with those companies. The one company that stood out among five others was Chimpro. They answered my phone call quickly, came out for an estimate quickly, and completed the job quickly. I dealt with Joni, who is very personable, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He gained my confidence immediately and I felt he was a very honest person. I would urge anybody who needs chimney work done to get an estimate from Chimpro. read more

I am very particular about my house and, of course, my chimneys. Chimpro Chimney professional, Paul, did a most through job on my three chimneys. You could not be in better hands. I highly recommend. read more

Nothing "pro"sessional about this company. I purchased a Groupon deal and called to schedule with them a week ago. The night before at 8:00pm, Paul called to reschedule to say he double booked and asked if he could come at noon the next day. I agreed. The next day, he called at 11:15 am to say there was an accident and traffic on the highway. I told him I took the day off and asked what time I could expect him that day. He hung up the phone. I then called back and asked why he hung up and he said he thought we were finished. I again explained I prepaid for the service, scheduled through his company, took the day off, and asked what time I could expect him. He said he was done with me and to get a refund and hung up again. Luckily Groupon gave me a refund. I've never dealt with such poor customer service to include rescheduling twice in a 24 hour period or rudeness. I do not recommend this company. THIS IS NOT A FRAUDULENT REVIEW AND I'M NOT BEiNG INSINCERE SIR. read more

Customer service does not exist. Called to say he was 30 minutes out, never showed up. Only excuse was he got customer address confused. Never tried to reschedule appointment, apologize, or say offer a excuse. read more
