"Oh oops I forgot to add this one $10,000 piece to your invoice, the price we've been discussing for 1/2 hour is now 50% higher" "Well I guess I could give you the friends and family discount..." etc etc Every time I said no to their "absolute lowest price they can do," they came back with another "lowest price" with some kind of discount or deal that they "shouldn't do, but can make an exception for..." I've read online that they do excellent work, but all they wanted to talk about was their competitors. If I had a nickel for every time I heard about "the other guys," I could possibly afford their newest "absolute best price we can do." Not a fan. We gave them a $3,000 deposit for materials. That's when the issues started. As soon as they got $3,000. For the next 8 months it would be a texting game of us asking when they were planning to start and them telling us week after next, until the messages took longer for them to respond to and eventually they quit responding. Now it's been 16 months and no work has been done, they havent returned our deposit as we requested in our last message and no communication. These are just bad people. Now we have to waste more time and money to take them to court. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
