Then, they gave me thoughts on what needed to be fixed on each of them that I could do on my own instead of paying the extra work for a professional to do it, telling me I could call back to walkthrough how to do it when the time comes. And, they filled sand into one of the fireplaces that was left bare by the previous owner with no charge. Very friendly, thorough, and honest service. Would definitely use them again.

I called DannyLee to arrange an inspection and see if any work needed to be done before I lit fires in them. I am so glad I did. DannyLee was honest and communicative during the entire process. He clearly explained what needed to be done and what my options were. The final project included cleaning two of the fireplaces, a complete reline of the masonry fireplace, repairing/bringing the crowns up to code, and adding rain caps and a fan. Additionally, I had him and Rudy install gas log sets in all three fireplaces and glass doors on two of them. I was especially impressed by their professionalism: for the masonry reline, they actually built a 'clean room' to protect the rest of our home from the dust and debris! The work required several visits, and both DannyLee and Rudy were consistently friendly, courteous, and professional. Even with the extensive amount of work performed, the pricing was very fair. Initially, I was happy to be flexible. We had a Tuesday appointment that they needed to reschedule due to a technician's family emergency. However, the experience went downhill quickly from there: * Reschedule #1: We moved the appointment to Friday at 11:00 AM. * Reschedule #2: On the day of, they requested to move the 11:00 AM slot to 2:00 PM. I agreed. * The No-Show: They failed to arrive at 2:00 PM and did not show up until 5:00 PM. This was not just a personal inconvenience; this was for an investment property with a tenant waiting. Because of this company's poor time management and lack of communication, I was forced to apologize repeatedly to my tenant for the delay. There is a fine line between a genuine emergency and simple laziness. Changing a time twice and then showing up three hours late for the second window is unacceptable in a professional setting.
