From the start, their communication was clear and professional. Before arrival, I even received a text with a tracking link showing their ETA, such a helpful feature, especially for opening the gate on time without any hassle. They sent Christian, and he was excellent. Very friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything before getting started. My carpet was honestly in very bad shape, but he managed to bring it back to looking almost brand new. And of course, the price was very reasonable compared to other businesses. Between the quality of the work, the smooth communication, and the overall professionalism, this is a top-notch business that truly deserves recognition. They told us when the availability will be which was Sunday, but I asked if the service can be done today and sure enough they gave us a rough time estimate from 2-4pm. Gentleman who was the technician, I believe his name is John, sent some follow up texts/calls. He also gave us a quick quote on the phone of what the possible complaint was about. He showed up around 1pm almost 2pm. Way before his given time frame which was amazing! Thankfully, this service was fair and also had a duct hose replacement already! Seriously the service was done probably within 30minutes. He even double checked to make sure our dryer was running smooth and no air was being released with the new duct replacement. He even explained how payment works and I love that they had many options, from cash, check, and Zelle. Since their credit card service wasn't working. His service was fair, and respectful. Our last service tried to overcharge us double the amount that Airways was charging. So grateful for Airways service, communication, and efficiency! Would def. Recommend them for dryer duct services.

Things to note: They will quote you ~$69 flat fee, but that's not the price. This seems to be an issue since 2022. They've had multiple negative reviews for this because it feels like a bait/switch. Average cost for dryer duct cleaning is between $150-200; I wouldn't expect lower than that. We agreed to $170 once they were here. You will not get a $69 final cost; expect to negotiate. If you're not comfortable with this, you may want to look elsewhere. Assuming there are no future issues, I would use them again for dryer duct cleaning.

He asked us a few questions and then set out to figure out what our problem was. Within 10 minutes he had located the problem, discussed it with us and went to his van and got the required part. Tested the air conditioning unit to see that it was working as it should, which it was he said he wanted to check on the heater. Showed us a very dirt filter and said all he needed to do was hit it with water to clean it. Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. TIMELY- Uriel called 30 min before his arrival and then, arrived at the stated time. This is particularly helpful so I can move my bunny to another room with all of his belongings. ATTENTION TO DETAIL - I saw him place a protective cloth down on the floor before he placed the ladder and tools down. I also noticed there was a bottle of cleaner with his supplies. He cleaned the inside vents as well as the compressor on the roof. He also tied off a loose wire/when checking the air handler in the ceiling. KNOWLEDGEABLE and THROROUGH - Uriel did a complete system check and then, he sat down with me to explain what was done and why. He addressed the concerns I had about some of the prior readings in terms that I could understand and shared tips that will help ensure my system runs at its most efficient. Example: A higher MERV doesn't always mean "better" and can actually restrict the airflow. He said that for my particular system I should use a MERV10 filter and change it every 3 months. He changed my filters and then, left me with two spares to use before the fall check comes. FRIENDLY - In the course of chatting with Uriel, it came up that I might benefit from having more filtered air coming into my condo. He made a recommendation for a part that would replace the standalone room air purifier I currently use. He placed this info into the after-visit summary so I can "research it and see if it fits with my needs and finances." There was zero pressure to make a purchase on the spot. And while this next item has nothing to do with the knowledge or ability of an HVAC tech, I greatly appreciate that he did NOT smell like cigarette / e-cigarette smoke or strong cologne as I have a bunny and people in my family have asthma.
