I went with the full sized Thai bowl and homemade strawberry pop-tart! The full sized was HUGE! Since I've never ordered before, I didn't know the size differences. Ordering a "full" was more than enough, but I was able to make three meals out of it. Absolutely delicious! Zucchini noodles, broccoli, carrots, lime, chopped peanuts and a peanut sauce. What a wonderful marriage of flavors. My mouth and belly were very happy with the overflow of delicious flavors. And it's all healthy! Guilt-free meal for sure! Now the pop-tart! The pop-tart was a special. Only strawberry and blueberry were available. I went with strawberry! Vegan and gluten free, you can't go wrong. Flavor was on point, and didn't taste artificial at all or overwhelming with sugar. They have absolutely "won" me as a customer! But at the price of 13 for six pieces, I just wasn't thrilled. . The steamed original Momos I would pass on. They're bland and I could buy a whole bag of these at Costco with similar results.. In the interview, some of the pictures had a beautiful chutney, this came with a teeny weenie, weenie container of like a green sauce, but not what I had expected. The mango lassi was very good. I'm sure the overhead is a lot with the generator and the supplies, but sadly I can't recommend despite wanting to support a local business person working very hard in the blazing heat on 100° day We arrived at about 1215 so maybe they were just setting up but I went up waiting 22 minutes for the two orders of dumplings. I had the pop tart supreme, the half fried tortellini, and the prerolled fried cake with chips ahoy. I also, for some reason, ate them in that order. The pop tart supreme was next level. If I had any criticism, it would just be that it's VERY messy, so a wet wipe would have been clutch. It's also very sweet, but I probably should have eaten it at the end as a dessert. Otherwise, everything about this sandwich is amazing. The cool cream cheese with the warm grilled bun which is caramelized with a jam sauce is just top tier. A fantastic mixture of textures and flavors, the cream cheese really helps to tone down how sweet the rest of it is and overall I'd give it a solid 8.5/10 The half fried tortellini, I got this with chicken. No notes. I'm going back asap to try it with the other protein option (I think pork?). The texture, the flavor, the portion size, everything on that was literally perfect. 10/10 The prerolled fried cake with chips ahoy, gotta admit this was maybe the weakest of the items I tried. It was still delicious, don't get me wrong. I just feel like in comparison to everything else I tried, it was just okay. I think my issue is with the filling, it's not super flavorful on the inside. You get the essence of chips ahoy but with everything else I tried, the flavors were so incredibly bold, so for a dessert this was underwhelming by comparison. Tbh though it was still a solid 7.5/10. I am absolutely going back to this food truck, maybe even tonight. The food was solid, the vibe was correct, the people who worked there seemed so cool. I placed my order abs they flashed a flashlight when it was ready so I could stay in my car and wait, which was so perfect. When I do go back I'm definitely gonna try the doobie snack dessert and I'm absolutely getting those fried raviolis again. Definitely give this food truck a try, you won't regret it.

In fact, I'd go further and say, if you wanna go on this journey the way I did... you should. I ordered and tried it before I was high and my first thought was, this is low-key not great and I think I gotta be high.... So I did just that. ...it certainly got better as I pontificated about life and other dimensions of reality, and popped the dope sauce into the microwave... it all came together after that, I didn't love the half fried tortalini, mostly because there just wasn't enough bacon jam and stuff on top, but I obviously kept picking at it all night so, what's that say? The Shrimp sandwich was just that, shrimp, coleslaw, bread... it's good but way better stoned! The shrimp is large and the fry on it is boss level expertise Their two sauces (sweet honey mustard and spicy cherry pepper) are really good, the dope sauce is a cheese fondue type joint that needs to be heated and gooey and melty.... Unless you're at the truck I'm sure, but I ordered delivery. Now, with the tortalini I ordered the chicken side as well as the sausage, and by the end of the night I put the scarps together and made a chicken sausage and cheese fondue that was to die for, and that science experiment blew my mind because.... Maybe these assholes took me on that journey!? Hah maybe that's what I was supposed to do? Put it all on the tortalini? I dnno, but it was great and they get the fourth star just for that, because if they planned my night this way... lmao mind blown, but it didn't take much, I was smoking through my nose last night.
