Honestly... Chili's is probably one of my favorite places and it's so nostalgic, remembering coming here in high school with old crushes on "dates", and getting the chicken crispers... but seriously though, I am happy that GR still has a Chili's location because it still hits. The triple dipper is seriously one of the best and ever since I discovered the "margarita of the month" for $6? My girlfriends and I have a standing monthly date to try to hit all 12! We even got little cards created and printed so we can review it every time. But in all seriousness, the value for the $6 marg plus the food is well worth the drive and I'm glad that I get to enjoy this! Their chips are probably one of my favorite things as they're so light and airy but you leave eating a whole bag... The parking is a little chaotic but the service and staff are always so pleasant, you can't really be mad about the parking lot experience! read more

Went to Chili's for their viral mozzarella sticks and they were definitely worth the hype. They're huge compared to your standard mozz sticks. The cheese pull did not disappoint. Also tried their boneless wings, pasta, and quesadillas and they were all good. The drinks were kinda sweet but not unenjoyable. read more

Amazing deals, food, and wait staff. We stopped in after having a medical procedure done. I was hungry but not feeling the best. I ended up having to leave early and our waiter very generously re-did our bill and communicated with kitchen staff that I needed to leave early. I'm so grateful. Truly. read more

My grandkids wanted to try the triple dipper so I brought them here and it was FANTASTIC. Mario was our server and service was INCREDIBLE. Our food got to the table quickly. We had a couple modifications but they all came correct! I would highly recommend this place to everyone, especially if you have littles. read more

This is my second time going to Chili's and it's been a great experience both times! I got the ancho salmon which comes with rice and broccoli. My only complaint would be the broccoli which could use more seasoning. Other than that the service was great and my friend enjoyed the triple dipper which I also loved trying. They have great drinks and a variety of menu items to try! read more

Even if there's a wait, the service is worth it. The food is always delicious and they have so many options! The Fajitas (Steak and Shrimp) was amazing and delectable. Saw the last few reviews and thought we were going have a sub-par experience but that was not the case at all! We were greeted immediately when we arrived, got seated at a clean booth and our server Peyton, was at our table right away. She brought our drinks very quickly, offered us an appetizer and took our food orders promptly. She was very kind, smiley and had a pleasant positive attitude! When our food arrived my chicken tenders didn't have the correct sauce and she correct the issue immediately and provided extra sauce. She really exceeded the expectation and provided such a great experience for us! We are staying in the hotel across the street and would happily book there again so we can have dinner here again. The worst food and service. Steaks were over cooked to rubber and burnt. Salsa had a strange taste I had to ask twice for my dinner salad ! All employees seemed completely clueless when you asked them a question !!! So confessed why it was so busy it was super loud. We waited over an hour than get in to be seated the were at least 10 empty tables. We will never eat here again. read more

I was missing a side from my $60 order. When I got there I clicked on the link and selected my spot for curbside. I then waited 15min for someone to come out but they never did. So I just went inside to the bar and waited another 10mins to get helped. The bartender never rang out Togo orders so again I had to wait..smh my order was sitting on the counter the whole time and the way they bagged it was horrible as well. They stuffed 4 big clear containers in one bag! How am I supposed to hold this while driving without my food coming out the bag smh. This is the only chilis so yes I'll be back bc the food is great! The service is the horrible part. Every time I come it seems I am missing something by the time I realize this it was after 11pm and they were closed. read more

All I have to say is WOW. I was honestly a bit skeptical with the rating of this Chili's not being high and with the mixed reviews but my experience dining here was great! My girlfriend and I both ordered the 6 oz. sirloin steak and the new Nashville Hot Mozz sticks and the steaks came out in about 10-15 minutes. I asked about the mozzarella sticks out of curiosity and the server Jaden was more than nice about it and mentioned she was sorry about the wait (which wasn't long at all) and comped the mozzarella sticks. She went above and beyond and her as well as other staff kept checking on us frequently to make sure we were okay. It was quite busy, lots of buzz but thats okay it added to the atmosphere. Not to mention the Witch's Brew Margaritas were yummy! 5 out of 5 would go again!! read more

The Chili's by us closed a couple years ago. Decided to drive a bit to go to this one. Was seated right away. Waitress was pretty new, but did very good. My wife ordered a soup and salad. Croutons were very hard, she couldn't eat them. But the salad was good and fresh. I think it was a potato soup that she ordered, and it was good. I ordered a burger and fries. Done very well. Ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer. Just as good as I remember. Probably won't go back again, only because of how far it is from me. If I lived closer, I would go back. read more

This was the worst dining experience of my life. From someone who has been apart of the serving industry and has a mom who was been a server her whole life, I am appalled by the service my friends and I got tonight. From the moment we sat down we were dismissed by our server as she made many rude remarks. The service was poor as she forgot many drinks, food items, & humiliated a member of my party by yelling on her speaker/mic about the food being incorrect... blaming the customer (for context: my friend ordered a medium rare steak and it came out RARE..... when she asked for the steak to be cooked a bit longer our server went on her speaker and said "make it medium well even tho she asked for medium rare, apparently it's too rare for her") When we confronted the manager about how we were treated, the server then avoided us for 30 minutes only to come back and say "uh my manager told me to offer free desert what do you want?". The manager was an angel and took off menu items that were messed up or took too long. We also witnessed absurd behavior from our server to her coworkers. Slamming plates infront of buss boys and barking at them for "being in her way" when they were cleaning a table...However our server was atrocious and just ruined our desire to ever come back to this location. read more

Never again. One of the worst meals I have ever had. The chicken tortilla soup consisted of square chunks of canned chicken in a "gravy" with tortilla strips and cheese on top. There was nothing else at all in there... The Caesar salad's lettuce was all white iceberg leaves. Nothing even remotely green about it. read more

Went for a late lunch (3:00 pm) on a Monday. Got the lunch soup/salad/chips & salsa deal. Potato soup was lukewarm and potatoes were undercooked. Got the chicken tortilla soup next and it was also not very hot (slightly warmer than the potato) and didn't taste very good. I have had both these soups many times at other locations and they are usually tasty. The waiter seemed super rushed even though he only had 1 or 2 other tables. Not much interaction with us. They don't serve Coke Zero - only Diet Coke The bathroom was messy. I am a chili's fan, but this location is not a good representation of the brand read more

I downloaded yelp just to leave this review. My boyfriend and I waited at our table for 20+ minutes after we were sat, and our "server" never came to our table. So we left and decided to place a togo order online since we're desperately trying to get rid of a few gift cards. Of course the website wasn't working and kept saying there was an "issue." I received a text saying that one of the orders went through, so I called the togo counter to make sure because the website said it failed. Whoever picked up the phone said he'd go "check" if the order went through and then left me on hold for over 10 minutes. Bottom line, don't go here if you're looking for good service. I hope the homeless man on the corner puts those gift cards to good use. read more

The food was absolutely awful! I ordered a $12 nacho and there were literally 10 soggy chips that tasted terrible. I ate one and left the rest. My husband ordered the sampler and that was terrible too. He ate less than a quarter of it. I will definitely not return. Gross and disappointing. I rated them 2 stars simply because there was no wait to be seated and the server was nice. Definitely do not recommend! read more

Free delivery from chili's! I signed up for the text messaging on promotions awhile back and Happy I did. I've been getting information regarding their services during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the text promotion I get one free desert! Perfect timing to end my birthday month. Yes, I said birthday month! Ha, I'm that girl. Fun fact: I'm sure you know but Margaritas can not be ordered to go... haha. I'll be missing those. Fav chili's food: Southwestern egg rolls: yum yum crispy tortilla shells with black beans and more. Dip that roll in some avocado ranch and your in bliss. Chili's chips and salsa: chip brat alert: freshly made chips! Thanks to my cousin I get ranch on the side as well to dip my chips into the salsa and ranch together. Note: my cousin is a ranch lover and swears by chili's ranch. Chili's chicken enchilada soup: I get this soup without the tortillas on top. It's a creamy base full of Flavor of cheese, cilantro, and a little kick. Big mouth bites: my cousin turned me onto these. And because of her I dip them in ranch... Funny thing is... I dont really like ranch but the ranch at chili's is tasty!!! These are four mini burgers made with bacon and cheese. Need I say more ? ;) I do.. cause they are served with fries! I've not been to the Plainfield location, but this seems like the typical local breakfast spot - close packed tables and multiple rooms as it naturally expanded over the years. It's not super highly polished like a chain place is, but I prefer this vibe. Food is always excellent - pancakes and bacon and sausage. The only one gripe is they don't do hashbrowns! It doesn't appear like there's a ton of parking, but there's both a big lot across the street behind the businesses, and a lot behind Real Food Cafe you can park in (which I was unaware of until recently!).

When I asked about it, the waitress told me that they stopped doing it six months ago, but it was still on the menu. Waitress actually did a great job with service. She let me sample the hollandaise sauce and honestly, it tasted weird and I probably should've canceled the order. just don't order it, trust me.. for the misrepresentation and the grossness that ruined my breakfast... One star.

Neither of us ordered drinks, but I saw some fun-looking cocktails coming over to nearby tables. The fried pickles came out first and they were perfection. I don't usually get this appetizer because I don't like fried pickle spears, but these were thin chips. The ratio of the fried pickle chip vs. spear is way better. And these came with the best runny ranch. It was a huge portion to split between the two of us, so we had lots left over. Our sandwiches came out shortly after and looked amazing. They were super stacked with tons of meat! I really liked the addition of the grainy mustard which helped cut through the fattiness of the meat. My friend liked hers - it had pistachio butter and ricotta (similar to a delicious sandwich I ate at a wine bar in Detroit). Portions are large and it's a cozy, neighborhood spot. We were seated quickly, the interior was nicely decorated with Mardi Gras beads. It took a while for our server to come to greet us and eventually bring our drinks. I enjoyed the variety of drink offerings! I was torn between a few items and asked the servers recommendation. I ended up choosing a Korean chicken bowl. The flavors were okay but for almost $20 felt a bit lackluster. Our friends told us the burgers are a must try so maybe in the future that would be what I try instead. Our server seldom came to our table, we had to flag her down to order more drinks and even then she forgot and we had to remind her we placed another drink order. The restaurant was not very busy and we could see her chatting with a table that seemed like employees or family members of employees as people were coming in and out of the kitchen to sit at the table. We had a table of four (two couples) and the server would not split our bill which was fine but a bit inconveniencing. I appreciate local, family owned businesses but felt that our experience was a bit off on this night. I love the mission of Two Guys and their community engagement so I will likely try them again, it could've just been a rough night.

They did have a variety of arcade games as well and some prizes you could redeem tickets for. We did a VR game but my husbands head had to look straight up the whole time or it wouldn't work... At one point. We played a game that wasn't working and when I went to tell someone, he told me to "make sure no one else plays it" like I worked there? I was so confused. Thankfully they did refund the card for that one game (but none of our other issues). The bowling isn't even real bowling because the pins are attached to strings. The place is very clean and offers a variety of things to do. We probably won't waste our time again.
