Stopped in after a local football game one cold wet Friday evening. Little did my family know that not only where we to be greeted with a warm interior but also by warm service. I can't recall if I've ever been to a Chili's but I didn't have my expectations set that high. I assumed it would par food served by a weary waiter/waitress. Surprised was I to say the least when the food was prompt, quick, and fresh. Nothing to rave about but good substance none the less. What was much more impressive was our waiter, Isaac. Not only was he helpful and nice but also funny, charming and made warmed all of our hearts. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and that is a rarity these days. Bravo good sir, bravo. read more

Years ago this place was a decent place that put out a consistent meal. Now, not so much. I have lowered my expectations for all restaurants the last few years and this place is still terrible. The inside smells like a dirty mop bucket and the food delivery is laughable. I would rather share a meal with the homeless guy sitting out front near 54th street than eat here again. read more

Where do I begin!!! Before I begin, let me first say that I usually love Chili's, from the food to the workers. Unfortunately, this is the second time that I have ran into an issue at this location. So, I decided to take my 2 girls on a lunch date and this is where they decided to go. Upon arrival, I came In behind a family of 4, the hostess was prompt in getting them seated and then us right after. They were seated in one section and my girls and I were seated in a different section. The first issue, is that the hostess did not ask if I needed any kids menus. My youngest is 5 and my oldest is 11. So I assume that maybe they have the kids menus as the table like they do the regular menus, but no. So Usually, upon being seated your server comes over within a few minutes of the hostess let's you know that the server will be there shortly. Neither happened. My girls and I say there for 25 minutes before I had to walk up to the hostess station and let them know that we've been sitting there almost 30 minutes and no one had taken our order. The lady had on a blue shirt so I'm guessing she was the manager, I'm not sure. So as she follows me to my seat, she says " oh we don't even have anyone assigned to this area". Terrible chip to dip ratio and we had an entire basket of chips before we even got our dip! Layered with a thin bed of 7 leaves of spinach. I love Chili's, just not this location. I used to get carside to go but the food was usually cold and the servers were usually rude. My husband and I have been eating there at least 2x a week and even though we arrive 10+ minutes early, the food is still usually cold and never the same. Our last visit will be our last. Our fries were cold and we ordered the "Chipolte Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl" and over half the ingredients were missing! There was no cilantro, tortilla chips, avocado, ranch, chipolte pesto, or lime...it was dry tasted like dirt. We tried to call to get the missing ingredients, but no one answered the phone. I also tried to email the restaurant and received no response. Chili's has a great menu, too bad they can't follow their recipes to make the food great or even good all the time. Ahhh... Chili's! Baby Back Ribs (are you singing?) and Big Mouth Burgers! Actually my very favorite thing here is the fajitas! Without the Tortilla! I know... but just dump everything (including the carbs) and it's a fantastic meal. The onions are cooked seperately here (which means no tiny, burnt chunks stuck to your plate).... but they are cooked in an "au jus" which has kind of a BBQ/Steak Sauce flavor to it. However, what I like about Chili's is exactly what you are supposed to like about Chili's... it's the same wherever you go! Decent Food, Decent Prices, and good service! 4 Solid Stars! read more

I came in with my 2 yr old daughter and we were greeted and seated right away. We ordered the cheddar bites and chips/guac and that came over in a matter of minutes. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us frequently. Granted it was a Thursday night, but either way, I was impressed with the speedy service! Will be back! read more

Host and staff were not welcoming. Nobody was attending to-go orders. Additionally, my food was cold and a mess.

First off, our service was amazing. The people who work here are super nice. The food is super gross though. Everything was extremely under-seasoned. The guac was like eating a plain avocado. It needs more salt and more lime. The French fries were not seasoned, either. It was like chewing on a soggy potato. The chicken was CLEARLY from frozen. It was soggy and had a weird texture. The chips has no salt on them but the salsa was flavorful. Chili's needs to get their business together because that food was gross. read more

I haven't went since Covid shut the state down and had fair service then. When I came back after it opened. The waitress was rude when I arrived. Didn't even acknowledge me until 5 minutes later. It was not busy even at half capacity. My meal was fine, but I had to continually ask for things..silverware, refills, condiments, and such. Then she disappeared. When it was time to pay she took the auto pay machine out of my hands and didn't even ask to help..but took my card and swiped it. Then told me to pay her cash for her tip. The service we received wasn't the best. We were seated at a dirty table. When the server was asked for things they were either out of it, or it took it her a while to get it. What I mean a while is after asking for let's say avocado ranch or the strawberry margarita she would then go and keep on cleaning the Ziosk, and then come back about 10 minutes later. One thing that still baffles me is that we ordered the bottomless chips and salsa, but I think she misunderstood and brought us the bottom of the chip basket. We literally had to dip crumbs in the salsa. Another thing, if only the server could pick up her feet when she walks. From the moment we walked in she just shuffled her feet. Yes, it's just another Chili's, but its a good value and food is consistently tasty. Our family of five got a double-sized booth, which is way better than getting crammed in a four-person booth. The current 2 for $20 deal is a great value, and a good selection...my daughter and I got salads, while the boys had MEAT- half-rack of ribs & country-fried steak. Mom got shrimp tacos. For those a bit sensitive, smoke can waft from the bar, and my daughter thought the pico-de-gallo on her salad was a bit spicy. And I suffered dry-mouth later at home from the high salt content. This looks like any other Chili's and was clean and presentable. The staff was very friendly. My husband's food was good, and my children enjoyed theirs. I ordered the Honey-Chipotle Crispers, which I have always loved at other Chili's locations. They were awful - the breading was gummy and the chicken inside was cold. The staff took care of it right away and replaced my meal with fajitas. They came on a sizzling platter but the chicken was clearly microwaved (based on taste, texture, and appearance.) I stirred them around and discovered that the onions and peppers were refrigerator cold, except for where they were touching the platter. I asked a server if the chicken was microwaved. She said no, but it was cooked the day before. I will not be going back to this restaurant. Although the staff was friendly and attentive, the food was not worth the money and I will choose a different Chili's location next time. read more

Checked in for a quick lunch here, as we were on a group business trip visit to the Grand Rapids area. We were 8 but were seated quickly. Service was good for a chain restaurant. Tried the Fresco Salad, since it looked new. It was OK.but healthy :) Had the Avocado chicken sandwich, tasted fine,more of a half sandwich. Okay not the best time for a chain resturant but whatcha gonna do when you've got Grandma (who was itching for a Chilli's), the two kids, the wife and your brother-in-law with his wife? Party of 7 with no boosters or highchairs. Our little one sits like a big girl now (she's 3). At first they offered to put two tables together and we were fine. Then they changed their minds and put all 7 of us at a table for 6 with one of us sitting in the walk way. Then in the middle of the table is this MASSIVE electronic device. Okay. Fine, we'll pull a Tim Gunn and make it work. Service? Spot on. Our server was timely, checked in regularly, and did her best to manage all the tables she had. Food? Amazingly good. It was my second burger of the day (it's a long story) and it was perfect from start to finish. Space to fit 7 meals, drinks, and this wacky "Ziosk"? No. Not happening. I felt like at any moment someone was going to sneeze and I was going to be wearing my Old Fashioned in my lap. Oh, and of course this Ziosk is flashing for the 3 yo a list of games to play. Good! Swipe your credit card for $1.99 to get access. Not so good.... plus we could purchase half the games they had available on our phones for $.99 or for free and have them forever. So asside from taking up the space of a dinner plate, blocking view, and just being there, it was also a useless distraction. Going back? I'm not really sure where to start. First of all their parking situation is not good, especially if weather is poor like it was during my visit. All the reviews I've read about the place were spot on. I was traveling along for business, so I sat at the bar. The bartender was in way over her head. It took 8 minutes before she even approached me to welcome me. She then said she would right back but that was another five minutes. She was arguing with another man working behind the bar the entire time. He finally took my drink order. I requested a draft beer and a water. He said they were out of nitrous so they couldn't sell anymore draft beer. I ordered a bottled beer. Never did get my water. I sat right next to the to go or carry out area. I listed to every person that came in for a pickup. At least two thirds of the order were either wrong or "lost in the system". A large majority of the people paid with gift cards, I assume they received as Christmas presents. My meal was eventually severed. I order a second beer, bottle of course, and it was hot. The man ask me when I was done if I needed anything. I told him I'd have one last beer, but this second one is hot. He said, I told her not to pull them from here but to go to the back. I wanted to say, not my problem. He did comp me a cold beer. It's just a very poorly managed property. I eat all the time. Tuesday nights are a slow night, but they just couldn't handle it. By looking at the GM, I'd say he's been there a while. With all the bad reviews, I surprised Chili corp hasn't sent in secret employees to watch an evening. To recap, you definitely need a new bartender, she had several "arguments" with the waitstaff about drinks. Decided to come here with my husband for Valentine's Day. Got seated, but it took at least 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Our waitress finally came over and took our drink orders. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered an ice tea with Splenda. Before getting our drinks our waitress informs us that she has to use the bathroom first because her baby is pushing on her bladder!!!. After another 10 minutes or so she came back to take our order- still no drinks or the chips and salsa we ordered before she left for the bathroom. Eventually she brought my tea, but my husbands beer still had not appeared and I still had no Splenda which she informed me she still had to go and get as she went to take another tables order!. We decided that we were not going to have an enjoyable meal if the first 40 minutes all we received was a tea!
