My visit to Chili's was a very good one. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Drinks were always filled and food quality was excellent. Ordered the 2-for-20 meal with an appetizer. Texas cheese fries came out within a reasonable amount of time and were presented very well. The meal itself...I had the crispy honey-chipotle chicken crispers meal. Came out again very quickly, and was quite good. Can't go wrong with classics. Would definitely return again, and have many times previously. read more

Went in to order take out on the way home. After walking in I was sent to the take out desk and told someone would be over, after about 15 minutes of waiting, and being ignored by multiple staff that walked right by me (and looked at me), I asked one if they could take my order, and was told that they would get the staff assigned to that station. Placed a simple lunch order. Go and pick up the food and drive home. Of course the order isn't anywhere near the correct order. Call the restaurant and shuffled between 3 people then put on hold and nobody ever came back on the phone. Called back again and the guy has a big attitude and insists the food is correct. I came in today on 12/31 for lunch with a friend and Marissa was our server. She was very attentive and nice and remembered every special accommodation we asked for. Great customer service we will definitely be back for lunch. The food was also great, very hot and fresh. Happy New Year! read more

I will never eat here again. While eating dinner with my wife and kids we saw a roach. We told the server and they didn't seam to care much, that one server acualy killed it in front of us while we had our food in front of us. What upset me the most was that after that, the manager came over and still had the balls to still try to bill me for the meal. This is just crazy, I have been working in the restaurant buissness for over 10yrs and have never seen anything like this because if this ever was to happen in my job we not only would compensate the meal we would kiss their a-- because something like this can get the place shut down from health inspectors. So just a healthy reminder don't ever eat here if you care about your health. I wouldn't recomend this place even to my enemies. Tonight on Veterans Day my brother (a US combat veteran) was horrendously disrespected by both a deplorably rude wAitress and manager at this location. After ordering his "free" vet meal, and being too full to eat it, was told by the waitress that he could not bring it home. Then the manager came over. My brother asked if he ate some of the food could he take the rest home? "no" again, he was even told by the manager "we aren't playing your games buddy"... The final offense came when he questioned if the meal which had already been prepared for him, would then be throw in the trash, the manager told him "damn right". UNREAL!!! FYI my brother served in the American Army for many years, and was even stationed in The war torn Middle East, risking his friggin life so people like this waitress and manager could live free & safe in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. How dare he be treated with anything less than the utmost respect and appreciation! 1 meal, 1 day of the year, and all it took was for 2 mean-hearted, selfish, little people to ruin his special day. He was willing to risk his life for this country and for him to belittled and embarrassed by representatives of this establishment is unacceptable and un-American. You 2 know who you are, and you should be ASHAMED! Its employees like you who bring big name establishments down. A pretty bad experience all around here today.. There were 5 of us and hardly anyone in the restaurant and for some reason it took about 10 minutes for them to find a table.. After sitting and getting our drinks, the server, who we haven't met yet, comes over and asks "can I take your order? ". He seemed annoyed that we weren't ready yet and I had to call him to let him know we were ready. After ordering, we asked for some napkins and silverware to which we got a sarcastic "no" from him.. After watching him walk around for a while checking his phone etc, we just got up from the table and searched out the napkins and silverware ourselves.. He walked by and chuckled about us getting our own stuff.. He apparently wasn't concerned that we needed napkins from the salsa dripping on the table. The wait felt excessive since it was pretty slow there but we were talking and not counting the minutes or anything. He never checked in with us and we had to wait to get our waters refilled until he happened to be passing by. Food was consistent with Chilli's quality which is the only reason I gave 2 stars.. I am always a generous tipper but this guy hardly earned the 10% I gave him.. His attitude sucked and didn't reflect well on the restaurant. His lazy arrogant attitude would probably be better served in the "back of the house" than face to face with customers. read more

One of my favorite restaurants in the area. They are consistently good, service & food. While its a chain restaurant, they rotate their menu enough to keep things interesting. The food is always cooked properly, the restaurant is clean and the servers are attentive. It wouldn't be my first choice for a special occasion, but food a great, reliable meal?...You can bet Chili's will deliver! read more

OK I know it's Chili's but come on! The night before Easter grab a quick bite. Restaurant nearly empty so sit us right next to a party of 15 that was I think a real estate office or some sort of sales group. As the "leader" called out names and their accomplishments the others all cheered! Have you ever made the mistake of going to Walmart early in the morning same thing! We have now been at the table for 15 minutes and no one came over for drinks or to see if we were still alive! Go back to the hostess station, another 5 minutes finally a waitress comes by "I'm not your waitress, don't know who is your waitress but I understand you have been waiting awhile so I'll take your order". Needless to say we ordered drinks and apps right away in the fear we might not see her again. Guess what, apps come out, no drinks, she comes by "Oh you still don't have your drinks I must have left them at the bar". It's chain food I don't expect much from the food but I do expect decent service after all it's not brain surgery! read more

Chili's appears to be as good as it needs to be. imagine a Wednesday night and the place is packed. Their customers like chili's and don't seem to care what yelpers think! Our experience was far from perfect...but it was fine. extremely nice host brought us to our seat....our waiter was very good...very friendly. good employees add stars to the experience. wife had a margarita($3.99!)..I had some sort of watermelon with vodka drink. Both of us sensed both drinks were almost alcohol free!! Wife had the Caribbean salad. said it was "incomplete". didn't seem to include the promised pineapples and oranges. she sensed it was just chicken atop a regular house salad. I had the Wednesday night special of baby back ribs. decent portion...nothing special...just OK.. some sort of mashed potato and cheese side dish looked interesting but tasted bland. left pretty full..somewhat satisfied....and that seems to be what chilis strives for. they appear to know exactly what their customers want. read more

Not a very good experience tonight at all. One of the servers named Danielle yelled at the woman that was just about to seat us from across the entire restaurant. I know that everyone has their off days but I did not believe it was necessary to let it effect other customers in the restaurant trying to eat. The entire time I felt uncomfortable because I could tell there was hostility in the restaurant. There seemed to be no management around as well and this server should definitely be spoken to. If I could give this restaurant less than one star i would. After being seated for 15 plus minutes the waitress finally came over to take our drink order. We put in our order for food at the same time. Our appetizer came out in an orderly fashion, but our food seemed to take forever! The waitress came by twice to tell us our food would be right out and finally did come out 10 minutes after being told the second time. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium, my wife ordered the chicken crispers with fries and corn on the cob. My burger was so over cooked that it was like shoe leather, my wife's dish was missing the corn on the cob. After flagging down the waitress she took the burger back and had them make me another and had them being out an ear of corn. While waiting for my burger she went to get us refills on our drinks. I was drinking coke but got a raspberry ice tea that I heard somebody a few tables away from us order. My second burger finally came out, it was over cooked as well but not as bad as the first so I accepted it. I just wanted to get out of there at this point! I will probably never step foot in this restaurant again. The service is terrible and when a cook can't get a medium burger right what's the point in going there. This isn't the first bad experience at this location, we walked out on 2 other occasions. One for lack of service and one because there was a drunk patron yelling out penis every couple of minutes and the staff did nothing to address it. Could not be worst. Our waitress was on the missing for most of the time. By the time someone brought our drinks the frozen margarita had 1/2 inch of water from melting. We order chips and salsa three of them and when we asked her for a refill she filled one and took the other baskets and threw them on the other table. We ordered and got our food half hour later. Did I mention that it was one- thirty in the afternoon and it was far from filled? Now for the bill. Who have ever heard of rounding up or down to give back change. Well that is what they did because they had no change. Really? Then she got an attitude when we questioned it. We wouldn't have said anything if she had been a good waitress but two and a half hours later we were finally out of there. There were seven of us but that is not an excuse. Me and my family frequent Chili's often after we visit Costco , Verizon, Carters or Kohls it had always been a pleasant experience until this evening we entered the restaurant and the server has so much food in her mouth she had to walk away without acknowledging us , came back she was still chewing , sat us next to very loud table of over 20 that throughout dinner lingered near our table even though there were empty booths throughout restaurant , took 10 minutes till server arrived and then she was inattentive throughout dinner waited 15 minutes for our check asked to speak to manager that took another 15 minutes and Matt the manager could have care less , I am writing to corporate but we will not be back :( read more

I went here, several weeks ago, This experience will be certainely a milestone since every restaurnat i went to before did not have stale bread. here at the chillis there was not only stale bread but mushy pickles and even a mushy meat patty. Good food and service most of the time. But every time i have sat near or at the bar i have gotten horrible service. They take way to much time to get back to you and they are always mixing up orders and tables. The worst being when our server continued to pass us by when we tried to catch his attention and he began to share a few drinks with a friend at the bar while he was on the clock. Drove me mad. Went there today for dinner, will never dine at this chili's ever again. The hostess had zero etiquette. The area in which we were seated was filthy. The hostess dropped one menu on the dirty floor then proceeded to place it on the table. Waitress was pleasant enough and appetizer arrived within 10 minutes of being seated. Waited 45 minutes still no entrees however three other families received theirs and they were seated after us. Mind you it was just me and my daughter.
