Good food and good drinks When first entering depending on the day and time it can be pretty busy. The staff is very nice and the space is much bigger than expected. The restaurant is in a busy area as well with lots of shops around Fair warning, if you're going for happy hour they only serve happy hour in their bar area and not at your table. So fair warning on that The drinks are good. A lot of frozen type drinks and if those are your thing you'll love those! Super sweet but taste great The food is always good, can't go wrong with the triple dipper. Definitely enough food to share between two people and is usually how I tackle it. We stopped to charge the car on a road trip and conveniently there was a Chilis nearby. Fifty feet walking distance. When we walked in, it did smell like a used wet rag. This is a big pet peeve of mine. The waiter was awesome, very polite. I could not remember his name it might have been Trevor. It felt like everyone visiting Chilis that day were being hauled into one side of the restaurant only. The side where the restrooms were located. I heard a group of people acknowledge that same feeling. Maybe it was for closing time cleaning purposes but I just felt like a sardine. The smell was maybe from a stinky mop but thank goodness it wasn't the table or the menus. We ordered and the food came out within ten minutes. Unfortunately my girlfriends order came out wrong. She ordered well done and they sent her a rare burger. No big deal. After mentioning it to Trevor he did take the original plate and reordered a new burger. This second plate took like twenty minutes to come out. We were kind of sharing my plate for most of our visit and she got full from my food. We got a to-go-box for her burger and my leftovers. I don't go to Chili's often, but sill order take-out from them every now and then. I ordered dinner the night before Thanksgiving and got their Smokehouse Combo Pick 3 meal. I got brisket quesadillas as one choice and made the half rack of ribs my second and third choices. My sides were fries and garlic butter mushrooms. The mushrooms they serve at Chili's is probably my favorite side besides the fries. They always have great flavor. The ribs were great. The quality of ribs is pretty decent IMO at Chili's. The brisket quesadillas were good, but was caught off by how spicy they were. Not that it's bad because I love spice, just didn't expect to get hit with that. Good nonetheless. read more

I've been on a Chili's kick lately cause of that 3 for me deals they have! $10.99 for a big 1/2 pound burger fries and salad AND drink, plus a free order of chips and salsa with my Chili's club membership. ... it's free to join. I stop at a lot of different Chili's locations on my travels, but here the big news! Chili's has come out with a new burger on the 3 for Me deal for the same price of $10.99! It called the "Big QP Burger", basically a jab at Micky D's quarter pounder burger. QP short for quarter pounder? It's basically a bigger burger made to taste better than what's at Micky D's, OK, that's not hard, but to do it cheaper too! I ordered the QP burger with extra chopped red onions (free), along with fries and a side salad and a diet Coke. Compared to the Big Smasher Burger I usually get, this QP burger was a little less substantial. No lettuce or tomato, but it had lots of sauce, catsup, mayo and mustard. It was kinda of a softer burger in my mouth and more squishy. It was OK, but I think next time I'll stick to the Big Smasher burger, that has lettuce and tomato with it. The fries were wonderful as usual. The service here is fast and efficient, but they may have had to do with the fact that I got here right at opening 11 am and it wasn't super busy yet. The insides looked pretty much like most Chili's and was comfortable. I would come back here again if I was in need of lunch and looking for a killer deal on a burger. Haven't visited this location in years ,,, but I was really surprised. It was really crowded , but the wait time was only 15 minutes . The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean . The food was good , and for the price its really good, the amount of food we got for $30 was insane . The food was tasty, but not fresh. I got their half rack of ribs, loaded mashed potatoes, and salad. Everything was packaged very nicely for my to go order, but the rubs were a bit dry. The loaded mashed potatoes were lukewarm, and I should had eaten the salad. :) I did save the salad for today though. Standard affair of food and ambiance for a chain restaurant. Restaurant was clean but I did not see the bathroom. I was greeted right upon entry and sat down. The waitress was fabulous. She stopped by frequently to see if I needed anything. The Triple Dipper is a great app for sharing or can be a meal for one person. I personally like the sliders, egg rolls, and chicken tenders. There are many items to choose from. The pastas were alright. Nothing to rave about unless you are craving pasta. The burgers and steak dishes are pretty tasty. Went here with a friend on a Friday night & it was packed. The server did their best but did forget our order of chips. Both me & my friend got the triple dipper( mozzarella sticks, big mouth bites and honey chicken crispers) the food came out looking delicious & tastes delicious. We had lunch on a somewhat busy Saturday at Chili's in Vacaville. ( Located in & around the outlets here) It was a good experience overall. Our server was friendly enough but we had to ask for everything. Drink refills, a spoon for the soup, napkins, more water, to go boxes. He didn't anticipate needs just responded to our flag downs. That said he got what we asked for. The restaurant is pretty clean and comfortable. Bathroom needed to be checked more however. The host/seater was fine. Baseball was on the TVs if that is your thing. The restaurant was full but not slammed. Noisy at times but mostly people celebrating so that is a positive thing. The food was delish. The burgers here are delicious as are the salads. The Potato soup was so flavorful & was topped with bacon, cheese and scallions. There is a "3 for me" deal that enables you to try an entree , starter and beverage at a discount. There are various options so see my picture to view them and the prices. The chips & salsa are tasty too. Make sure they come out warm for the best flavor. We were seated pretty quickly. The atmosphere was nice and filled with people. Zack was our server. He was great! Our order took a while, but it was okay. We downed three or four baskets of chips and salsa because they were so good! They came out hot and crunchy! Yum! Next time, I have to say 'no' on the chips and salsa because I definitely ate too many and felt like I was floating out of there when I left. I know there's a lot of big chain snobs that won't even give this place a chance. But when you're hungry at 9pm in Vacaville, you really don't have a lot of choices. I'm glad we picked Chilis. Their plate entrees are so big. We got the mix and match fajitas with steak and shrimp and the ultimate smokehouse combo. We just shared our plates with our daughters. We had more than plenty of we even had Togo. The only thing we regretted was not getting a full sized chocolate molten. It was so good. The girls devoured it in less than a minute. Came in on a Thursday afternoon. Since it was just me, I sat at one of the bar booths which was nice. Not too busy so it wasn't really noisy. Hailey was my server and she was great...very attentive, made sure to check on me and refill my drinks. My husband and I go to this Chili's location pretty often and we love it. We always get seated pretty fast and our waiter and waitresses are always very friendly and attentive. It's usually clean and it's always busy when we are there! I always order the triple dipper with the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, honey chipotle crispers, and the southwest egg rolls! That is our go to appetizer order and sometimes we get the sliders. The mozzarella sticks are super good especially with the Nashville hot seasoning! And the southwest egg rolls are my all time favorite. The crispers are usually good but sometimes they don't even come out crispy which is annoying. Anyways, we love chilis! read more

My family and I've been coming to this location last few years both bar area & dining. Had a bad experience tonight with Molly. Came to the bar dining tables and right away told us to wait for a host to seat us. We aren't lost. Bar area is self seating. Told us twice to wait for a host. We had a stroller. Told us we couldn't have stroller. We understand it's for safety/hazard. We were willing to put our stroller away. We sat in the same area last week and it was no problem. I let her know we were there lastweek and she gave some rude remark. She then left us without saying a server would tend to us. She went to another server whom she was sharing the area with. As she gestured to take us and serve us. We weren't rude to her at all. She did not make my family feel welcome. She made us feel uncomfortable the whole time. Staring us down from the end of the bar area and kept hovering around us and our table everytime she passed by. We could see her everytime she kept looking at us the whole time we ate. Our stroller was not in anyway hazard/fire hazard. Another thing was the manager here doesn't even touch tables. Both Molly & manager lack customer service. Glad she passed down the table to Lisa. Lisa was very patient with us. Lisa tended to us in a way that made my family feel comfortable. I will ask for Lisa if anything possible in future visits. Although Lisa thought we were done, we let her know we are sticking a bit to watch a game. She was very polite and understanding. Management, please talk to Molly & your floor manager. Our family went to this restaurant today for my sister-in-law's birthday lunch. First things first, there were 12 of us scrunched into 3 tables. I ended up sitting at the corner of one of those tables, which wasn't very comfortable. I ordered the "ribeye" medium rare, with steamed broccoli and garlic butter mushrooms. Nothing was really seasoned, but that wasn't the worst of it. My ribeye was NOT even a ribeye!! The cut was all wrong, with the grain of the meat going horizontal instead of vertical like normal ribeyes. There was none of the typical marbling of a ribeye, the steak was cooked to medium, and it was the toughest steak I have EVER had! When we let the server know, he asked if I wanted a new steak, but I didn't because that probably wouldn't have been a ribeye either. I should have asked him to take it off the bill. It was awful!!! The only redeeming thing was that our server was nice, even though he seemed to be a little forgetful. read more

She took our orders and in about 10 minutes our appetizers were delivered. About another 10-15 minutes our entrees were delivered. I was very impressed with the staff delivering the food at our table so promptly. What I wasn't impressed with how crowded seating was. I hate sitting in chairs at a table. The food was wonderful here but I'm very sad at the fact our server, by the name of Molly, was very inattentive to us. She outright looked at and ignored us multiple times when we tried to flag her down to get help and we even had to get our to go boxes from a separate server entirely. She was rather rude and at times even aggressive towards us, as if we were bothering her somehow and she made for a very hostile atmosphere and experience. We did not feel welcomed and I will personally not be bringing myself or my family to this establishment again while this person is here. All of the other staff were great but this person ruined our dining experience.
