I have never left a review ever. But food was brought out cold, never got the appetizer we ordered, server never checked on us. Kate also kept blaming the food runner which the person who brought us all our food was Kate herself. I get it they seemed short staffed but, she didn't even give us the time of day was chatting it up with all her other tables that were larger parties which I get as being a server for 5 years. Work up your tip I completely understand just be more upbeat with everyone. Unfortunately, one of the waitress's coworkers was seated behind my family so she spent most of her time chatting with her friend. She forgot my drink, we weren't brought plates for our appetizers, and she didn't offer to take our order at all. We had to ask to place our order after we'd already finished drinks and appetizers. People coming in after us were eating and leaving before we could even order our entrees. When the food came, one order was incorrect and one was missing salad dressing. The incorrect order was sent back with the server, but the waitress returned with it in hand visibly upset and stating she had double checked the order and this is what was ordered (it was a trio appetizer with only 2 items on the plate instead of 3). When asking for dressing for the dry salad, she responded "well you asked for no Santa Fe sauce (rolls her eyes), but I can get you a salad dressing." At that point, I asked why she was mad and she said it was because I had an attitude and she double checked our order so she knew we hadn't asked for these things. Once she blamed her anger on me, my family was over the experience and chose to leave without eating. Beyond being slow and childish, blaming the customer for being upset their order is wrong after waiting an hour is a little silly. We're from out of town so fortunately won't have the misfortune of returning to this location. The manager took the uneaten meals off of our bill, we paid for what we consumed. i came on a saturday at 6 and there was a 15 minute wait. No big deal at all and we were seated very fast. Our server was Simba and was training a lady named Jill. They both were very fast and very attentive. Our food was very good as well. We got chips salsa and queso. Salsa was excellent and queso was good. We got the fried mozzarella sticks and they were wonderful. my boyfriend got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and he said they were very yummy. I got the chicken crispers with fries and mac & cheese. It was all very good and very fresh. at the end, we got the molten chocolate cake and it was a great end to the meal. I check in when it says to and it says I'm first in line. When get there they tell me it will be a 35 minute wait because they only have one server. This is noon on a Sunday...one server!!!!! Ordered through DD, after 40 mins DD calls and says Chili's couldn't complete our order. Wanted to know what we wanted instead of the item they were out of. They then explained that it would take another 30mins to make our ONE dish and deliver. At no point did Chili's call US 40 mins ago when we placed the order and say "we've received your order but we're out of XYZ" they made DD do that. Door Dash is not your business-they deliver YOUR FOOD TO YOUR CUSTOMER. So while my husband tried to talk to Chili's about either a refund or expediting that ONE dish they hung up on my husband TWICE. So now we have no idea if the remainder of the order is coming, if it was canceled? They didn't even give me a chance to reorder a meal for myself. We stopped here on our way from Dallas to Little Rock. We waited over an hour to get our food. We finally had to flag down our waitress to see what was taking so long. She said they were short a cook but they finally got another and our order would be out soon. We saw people sit down eat and leave while we were there so that story was a lie. It would have been better if she had just told us the truth. I had to ask for a manager to come over. I remember Chili's as a good place to eat but tonight was terrible. My sons pizza was undercooked, My mother ordered a medium steak but got a over done / BURNT steak. I guess it would qualify as well well done. Lastly after telling waitress 2 times no bacon bits on my moms mashed potatoes OF COURSE it would be covered in bacon bits. What awful service! Our server, Destiny, seemed distracted and inattentive. The restaurant didn't look very busy as there were numerous open tables. It took over 30 minutes for our meal to arrive after ordering and when we asked Destiny about it she got snippy and told us, "well I'm busy with other things..." Wrong answer for any one in a service industry. When our food arrived she told us to cut into the steaks to check for proper cooking. We didn't see her for at least 15 minutes. All steaks were somewhat undercooked. Not a crazy amount but probably could've been put back on the grill for a minute or two. Not the end of the world. The inattentiveness and attitude really left me wondering what kind of training and supervision Chili's has for their employees as this was pathetic. Doubt we will visit a Chili's again. What a waste of time. I'm not expecting 10/10 out of a chain restaurant but this one is absolutely terrible, specifically in regards to their online app ordering. Three times now they have completely left something off of our order, forcing us to go back inside to correct the mistake. Not being angry or rude when telling them, but we might as well have been. We were treated like trash for a mistake that wasn't ours. It took nearly FIFTEEN minutes to fix the skillet queso and chips they forgot the first time.
