It's been a while since my husband and I have been to a Chili's. We stopped here on a whim the other night and had almost zero complaints. We were seated quickly, and our table and others were clean. Our server didn't take long to greet and get us started. It surprised us a little when our meals came out before our appetizer, but it soon followed. We appreciated being asked if we still wanted it. Our drinks were tasty and more than one employee checked on us while we dined. We would eat at Chili's again if this kind of service is the norm. Keep it up!

Within the past few months, my husband, myself and some friends have been going to Chili's more often. This is because the food has been great and the service is amazing. Just recently we went and I was so impressed. The host in the front was so nice, our server Coco was very attentive, and the food was GREAT! My husband got the smash burger and I always get the trio. I hope Chili's keeps it up because it is my new favorite spot to go out to eat with very affordable prices (which is so hard to come by now days). When we left the host even opened the door for us to leave! Coming from a hospitality specialist (self proclaimed) I was very impressed.

Honestly can't believe I'm giving Chili's 4 stars. This location was great. Employees were nice, bathrooms were clean and food was hot. Ordered the triple dipper, quesadillas & chips/ salsa. Triple dipper & quesadilla were great! Mac & Cheese wasn't that great, neither were the chips & salsa. But I would definitely return to this location. Waiter was great!

What's it good for? Drinks and Southwestern Egg Rolls. We are enticed by their commercials and ads. They have excellent marketing strategies. Their photo ads and menu presentations are the best I've seen. Not all restaurants can deliver and meet the senses that their ads propose. In the case of the sampler platter we ordered, approval nods go only to their Southwestern Egg Rolls. If the bar can get a separate rating that would be another 5 stars for their cocktails. Please try their Coconut-rita. Cheers happy hour power people!

It's definitely more of a bar to sit down and chat as they have a lot of very comfortable seating. The bartenders were friendly, and I got to try a few different drinks. Their menu is huge, and they have so many interesting cocktails. Dragon's Breath: I may have misremembered the name, but this was definitely the coolest drink I got. It came with a plastic dragon egg with dry ice spewing out of it just for the vibes. The actual drink itself was very tasty and sweet with a dragonfruit flavour. The main liquor is Malibu. The Parlour: had a sour lime taste to it with a big green skull ice block. My friend kept the golden skull pick as it is marketed as a keepsake, which is a very cute idea. This is one of their most expensive cocktails. Lychee Martini: this was terrible. I love lychee, and I like martinis, but this tasted like foul flowers. I would call this a rotten lavender taste. I did not taste any lychee. Living Dead Girl: tasty vodka cran drink with real blackberries. They got stuck in my teeth and stained them, but it tasted great.

The margaritas (mine were on the rocks) made to perfection. Finally a place that has "Hot" salsa. Great taste, great amount of heat. Only miss with all of this are the chips. My personal preference is for a thinner chip. Some like the thicker ones and try this place regardless of my chip preferences. I ordered the Steak Fajitas with Corn tortillas. Great portion size. The sides were portioned to complete the meal. I did ask for sour cream since the menu did not say it came with it. Well it did and the waitress did not let me know that and so I got charged for an extra sour cream. Not a big fan of refried beans, however that was what they had. They tasted good and I believe if you are a refried beans type, they would be considered great! The restaurant itself is modern meets industrial vibe. Cozy but not tiny. The staff could be a little more attentive or at least more personable. All in all, I would eat here anytime I am visiting the area and wanting Mexican.

We were excited to come back to 3West when they finally reopened after the tornado, but…read moreunfortunately our first trip back had room for improvement. My Think Pink drink was good, but overpriced. They don't have prices on the cocktail menu, and this felt more like a $9 drink than the $12 it turned out to be. My husband's beer was very well priced, I thought, at $6.50 for an IPA. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It wasn't tossed in buffalo sauce, just unevenly drizzled on top so the full sandwich wasn't covered. He asked for a side of sauce to finish the job and we were charged $0.50 for it. He was also charged $0.50 for a side of ranch for his fries. In general, I just don't agree with charging for condiments. I had the Alehouse Burger and it was fine. It had a bacon tomato jam so I thought it would be okay without condiments, but it was dry. It needed pickles. None of the burgers on the menu had pickles. Burgers should have pickles. We weren't given a kid's menu when we were sat, so I thought they didn't have one (it's a pub, I get it), and I tried to just order a side of mashed potatoes for my son. Our server was cool with it and was able to ring it in (because she later had to take it off the ticket) but the kitchen told her they don't serve individual sides which is very odd to me. You have a button for it on the POS, you can serve a side on an entree plate, so just put that amount on a side plate. It seems like a very easy way to cater to your customers. The sun really shines through those back windows in the evening. Some pull down shades would be a huge improvement. It's a beautiful view, but not when the sun is setting and blazing into your retinas. Overall, food was mid, prices were a little too high across the board, service, as always, was great.
