Great atmosphere and unbelievable service. This is our go to spot in Downtown Temple! Don't miss out on the best wine bar in the area.

It's definitely more of a bar to sit down and chat as they have a lot of very comfortable seating. The bartenders were friendly, and I got to try a few different drinks. Their menu is huge, and they have so many interesting cocktails. Dragon's Breath: I may have misremembered the name, but this was definitely the coolest drink I got. It came with a plastic dragon egg with dry ice spewing out of it just for the vibes. The actual drink itself was very tasty and sweet with a dragonfruit flavour. The main liquor is Malibu. The Parlour: had a sour lime taste to it with a big green skull ice block. My friend kept the golden skull pick as it is marketed as a keepsake, which is a very cute idea. This is one of their most expensive cocktails. Lychee Martini: this was terrible. I love lychee, and I like martinis, but this tasted like foul flowers. I would call this a rotten lavender taste. I did not taste any lychee. Living Dead Girl: tasty vodka cran drink with real blackberries. They got stuck in my teeth and stained them, but it tasted great.

A lot of decorations and comfortable sofas. The bartender was super friendly and knew how to make her drinks. I got an espresso martini, and it was pretty strong. Prices were good. Music that was playing in the background was lively but not too loud. The bar was really uniquely decorated in a good way.

Interesting hop mix. You Shall Not Mash New Zealand IPA. Had a lot of flavors in the profile. Too many? That's up to you. MILF Stout (Gold in TxCraft)- Milk Stout that fits the style. The margaritas (mine were on the rocks) made to perfection. Finally a place that has "Hot" salsa. Great taste, great amount of heat. Only miss with all of this are the chips. My personal preference is for a thinner chip. Some like the thicker ones and try this place regardless of my chip preferences. I ordered the Steak Fajitas with Corn tortillas. Great portion size. The sides were portioned to complete the meal. I did ask for sour cream since the menu did not say it came with it. Well it did and the waitress did not let me know that and so I got charged for an extra sour cream. Not a big fan of refried beans, however that was what they had. They tasted good and I believe if you are a refried beans type, they would be considered great! The restaurant itself is modern meets industrial vibe. Cozy but not tiny. The staff could be a little more attentive or at least more personable. All in all, I would eat here anytime I am visiting the area and wanting Mexican.

It has been open longer than I have been alive. This is a very local hang out with many very close regulars. But they don't bite. As I am moderately amused by most things in life, I like the chill ambiance. Rustic with operational doors, soap dispenser and hand towel machine for the ladies restroom. Yes, that's a big deal. Things to know: 1) Beer only but.... 2) BYOLiquor and get charged a fee for it? Or there's soft drinks you can purchase? I have not really ever figured that out. 3) There is nothing over $4 and there is a Thirsty Thursdays discount. 4) The jukebox plays everything but be careful what you pick! Some songs just shouldn't be played here. 5) There is one pool table and it does get used. 6) They do gladly accept cash but you can pay by credit card. 7) If you're looking for barbecue, it's a tan building to the right of Honeycutt's as you're looking in from Airport. 8) You can eat your barbecue here. But you still have to go get it yourself, lazy. 9) Don't piss off the owner or the bartender. If you don't know. You better ask somebody! Or just try it out!
