He put me onto the Pioneer Porter, which was very tasty. My favorite was the Creekside Warmer, an 8.3% Winter brew. Very tasty. The ramblers Amber and the Coyotes Call were very good too. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and chatty. They have events throughout the week, and Mimosas for those so inclined! There is a food menu, but I did not partake in the chewables. Salad was served in a tin take out container and no dish ware or napkins. Flimsy paper plates provided. Good food - surprised. Salad content was ample with greens and fresh shredded carrots and tomatoes. House made ranch and jalapeno ranch dressings were excellent. Salad moisture wet through doubled plates. The thin crust pizza was very good - sauce and cheese were both sufficient and so were the other toppings. We've tried numerous local pizza restaurants in the area and none are very good. Sauce and oils from the pizza also bled through double plates and food lost temperature immediately. Wouldn't consider any sauced entrees since spillage would be evident. Cooks must be decent. There are several casual restaurants and other shops on this street but all are often empty. I see very little to consistently attract patrons. Parking is also limited.
