Never coming back here again! This girl wants to fight me just because I ordered the last boneless wings. Also I found a roach in my food, look on the picture if you think that i'm lying. Samantha literally threw a margarita at me and yelled for me to leave. NEVER. COMING. BACK.

So I ordered DoorDash and got it's just wings which I didn't know was Chili's. I got honey Sriracha andBuffalo.with Buffalo ranch on the side and the side of garlic Parmesan. floor got here pretty fast and the containers were cool. they were pretty good , but im not a fan of the garlic Parmesan. but to each his own.

Excellent foodI was worried about eating here given the reviews on here, but it was unwarranted! I took my family to eat here in Sumter, and we all enjoyed it immensely! They forgot to bring the s/w egg roll appetizers, but it was fine in the end, as I didn't have enough stomach room for the main course anyways...

    "Medium rare"

First off, boneless wings were requested and had not been served boneless, steak was to be cooked medium rare, obviously was not. As for the atmosphere it was quite nice, a little darker than needed but still enjoyable. Service was attentive but apparently they aren't very good at listening.

By far the WORST julienne job on the vegetables in the fajitas. We might as well have eaten a whole bell pepper.

My family is new to Sumter, South Carolina and we decided to use some of our gift cards that were given as gifts for our move. After this visit, my husband advised me to hold off on using any additional Chili's gift cards. Our waitress was pleasant, but even that could not get us back in this restaurant. We ordered two fajitas and a kid's mac & cheese meal: 1. My daughter said the Kraft mac & cheese was cold -- goodness. 2. My husband's fajita meal tasted more like a "BBQ pulled pork" meal and his bell peppers and onions were so large it looked like chopped up vegetables. He was very disappointed with the plating, and the way the meal was prepared (a pile of vegetables topped with a mountain of cheese" in his words. 3. My oldest daughter and I shared a Mushroom Chicken Fajita meal and the vegetables were cut exactly the same. While the chicken was prepared well, I asked for double Spanish rice instead of the black beans, and the rice was BLAND (I repeat bland)! There was absolutely no flavor and the rice was hard like I was given what was scraped from the bottom of the pot and I decided against eating the undercooked, hard rice . I never thought I'd say this, but "I miss Texas so much" and I'm a PROUD SOUTH CAROLINIAN by birth! The Chili's in our last city grilled the food in such a way you would think there was a pit master in the kitchen. Clearly, this is not Texas or a restaurant that is familiar with how to prepare Chili's signature dishes. We'll wait until we travel outside of Sumter before we eat at another franchise restaurant like this. If Chili's keeps it up, it will end up closed like the Golden Coral in this city.

Not much cheese for triple fajita order

Had our drinks refilled without asking and when we asked for for something, they wasted no time seeing to our request. The food was excellent and exactly what we needed after a full days worth of driving. My husband had traditional beef taco. They were large, spiced well and just what he wanted. I had the Queso Birria tacos and they rank as a favorite now. They are ones i will judge others by. I am looking forward to my next road trip so I can stop in again.

It is very extensive with lots of specialty options. You can be sure to find something for everyone here. The food is delicious- I lean towards the enchiladas and burritos- but they have lots of other options, tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, steak, chicken , seafood and vegetarian. The decor is typical Mexican Cantina style with tables and booths. The service is always great! They have a full bar - so grab a margarita!! The beers are huge and ice cold ! Chips and salsa is complimentary on arrival and serves with warm chips very tasty salsas - one hot and one mild ! I have made this place my must stop place when traveling to the beach or south. They also have another location in Myrtle Beach if that is your destination! I had the new menu item Chef Speciality Burrito Supreme - one chicken and bean burrito and one beef and bean burrito - topped with a flavorful creamy tomato sauce , melted cheese - lettuce , tomato and more shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top ! Scrumptious!! Portion sizes are generous! Ask about happy hour drink specials - 4 $ house margaritas!! Very good ! Don't pass this place by- it's worth a stop lunch or dinner! Great prices too!!

We were seated right away and greeted with chips and bean dip, which is delicious. They have a salsa bar with about 6 or more salsas people are able to choose from. The traditional salsa as well as the tomatillo salsa is my favorite. The ranch-style salsa is also one of my favorites. In addition to the salsas and bean dip, we also ordered queso, which is creamy and delicious. The grand margarita is amazing! Definitely will be my go to margarita here. They make it beautiful with the garnish. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas. The chicken and steak were seasoned well, along with the vegetables, all of which were cooked to perfection. The rice and beans were delicious as well. I love how fresh everything is. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. The parking can get tight, but it's totally worth the wonderful experience.

The parking lot was full (was able to park in the log of a a nearby business that was closed) but there's plenty of seating inside so even with the full lot, we were easily able to get a table. Our server greeted us straight away and brought water, chips, and bean dip. They also have a salsa bar where you can help yourself to salsa! For my cocktail, I got their oaxaca old fashioned. Which was a reposado twist on a traditional whiskey old fashioned. It was great! For a starter, in addition to chips, bean dip, and salsa, we ordered some of their queso, which was silky cheesy deliciousness. For my dinner, I got the #19--chile relleno, small cheese quesadilla, and mexican rice. The chile relleno was flavorful, delicious, and had just the right amount of heat. It had a lovely drizzle of their queso as well which was a nice addition. It was so good! The dining room is clean, brightly lit, and nicely decorated. Our server was friendly and attentive. Truly, a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Get to it!
