The food is good, but the front door is very squeaky. It was terrible waiting for our table and listening to the door squeak. There has to be cooking spray in the back or something. read more

I had to chose a star if I couldn't post but I would even give 1 star. We were put on the list at 9:02. The man told us it would be 10-15 min maybe 5 min more. He took my husband's number and said we would get a text. Well at 10:05 it said we were still 5th in line. This was the worst service we have ever had. You need to train your people to handle the customers better than this. read more

Last time I'll eat here, first the waitress bugged the crap out of me, rushing me to order.. I ordered an appetizer first, waited, waited and waited some more. The entire time our waitress was jacking jaw with another server. Finally our food came out followed 5 minutes later by another little girl with our appetizer, it was queso and was hard and disgusting at that point. Didn't see the waitress again. Sorry chilis you need to work harder, the entire chain has gone to shit! read more

I love Chili's. However, I will never return to this location. My wife and I placed a to-go order and when I returned home I noticed our food was burnt and over-cooked. They forgot specific dipping sauce and one a ranch sauce had a hair in it. The chicken crispers were so tough/rubbery we couldn't even bite through them. The big mouth bites were charred to the point there was no taste. We called to try and return our food and speak with a manager. We were told, "it's too busy can you call back?" My wife said no and waited on hold to speak with a manager and finally hung up due to the prolonged wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Piss poor customer service. If I could give negative stars, I would. read more

This Chili's is teeny-tiny, so you're in for a wait. Then you gotta gauge whether the wait will be worth it. Chili's can be a fun atmosphere, and that's what they've got going for them more than yummy food. Definitely use their call-ahead seating to minimize your wait. On this visit, we just wanted a couple appetizers and a glass of wine. It didn't end well. We were told by our server they "have ran out of a lot of wines this week." Our first THREE choices were a no-go, so we opted to just have water, cram down our so-so nachos and open our own bottle of wine at home on the deck. I'm a little picky, so take that into consideration too. Chili's is not the enemy :) read more

If you ever go to this Chili's make sure to get Paige as your server! We eat out a lot and she was the best server ever. We didn't have to ask for anything. She kept our drinks full and made sure we was taken care of. Food was good too. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! every time i come here!!! today i called and the gentleman i spoke with on the phone when i tried to place a togo order was so rude i couldn't even believe it, i chose not to place an order because his attitude was unbelievable. every time i come here my order is messed up or i'm given incorrect change. i will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone. read more

Exceptional service provided by the staff. My server was Amanda. One of the better severs on staff. After check in waited an additional five minutes then was seated. Server was attentive and made sure the table left happy. My child had the chicken pasta with a side salad, salad seemed fresh as well as the chicken pasta she was served. She ordered me the quesadilla explosion salad, I switch to fried chicken. The salad itself was average however the quesadilla was dry and seemed like it was cooked hours before ordered. Other than that my meal was satisfying decided not to eat the quesadilla. Would recommend this Chili's for future visits based on overall experience with the majority of the food and more than friendly staff. read more

Best Chili's my family and I have ever been to! The food was great but what stood out the most was the excellent service delivered to us by Hunter, he always went that extra mile to make sure we had a good time! He deserves a raise! read more

Wait time was good especially on a Friday night. The food once again was terrible. We used to est here often. However we are at the point we don't know why we even go. The food has been terrible. I really dislike not having an actual menu. Using my phone as a menu is not my thing. I was willing to look that over. I do understand why they went to no menus. However the food has just gotten worse. Not sure how to explain the food except just terrible. Server was ok. read more

I go here all the time! Their is a great variety of food and also has amazing staff. Unless it's Friday night then getting a seat quick shouldn't be a problem. Service is incredible and I have had a great experience. read more

Went to the Chili's in Shawnee after my daughter's ceremony. We waited for a table only not be waited on. No plans to visit this Chili's ever!!! Wished there was an option to choose or not to choose a star. One star rating is too good to give. read more

What was once a go-to spot for my To-go needs, has become a shell of itself. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and a half, always got the same 2 for 25, steaks, upsized to 10oz and have yet to get a steak near or at the temp requested. If I order Medium it's almost always very rare. If I order medium well you can bet i was given a meat hockey puck. The portions vary on every single appetizer varying from par to "how did this get past so many people". The service is so putrid but wasn't noticeable when the food was good, not to mention if more than one to-go is ordered and you find yourself with another person waiting near the register, you notice very fast how unfit that 2x2 space is for a takeout area for 1 person let alone, 2, or 3, or 4. Very, very disappointed in what it has become. read more

My steak was burnt so i ask them to make another. They charged me $13 to cook another. Which was not mentioned to me until i got my check .

I'm usually very satisfied with this place. Tonight was a bit of a mixed review. Our server was very overworked. The entire atmosphere of the wait staff just seemed hectic. The management needs to do some extra training on multitasking while staying connected to the customer in front of you. I'll start with the pros of our visit. My wife got the shrimp and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. She thought they were excellent, aside from the tortillas falling to pieces as a result of being under cooked. My son devoured his chicken strips as always. My shrimp tacos were delicious. Similar to my wife, my tortillas were undercooked and falling to pieces. It was still delicious, just a bit frustrating. Now for the negative. I had to ask three different times for some lemons with my water (1st world problem). I've saved the worst for last. I asked for some hot sauce and what I received was a VERY DIRTY bottle of Tabasco. When I say dirty, I'm not referring to some dried hot sauce outside of the bottle. I mean DIRTY as in the label was faded and looked like a vintage piece from a time capsule. I also mean DIRTY as in there was literally DIRT and DUST on the entire outside of the bottle. This thing seriously looked like it had been stored in a dirt floor basement. My first thoughts were that this nasty thing just came from the kitchen. If the food prep environment looks anything like that bottle..... read more

Just awful, even for a Chili's which is bad and overpriced to start with. That this place is crowded day and night says a lot about the poor taste of people traveling I-40. Locals don't eat here! read more

I actually had good service and a decent time if only I could've ate my food lol, they sent my steak fajitas out completely raw, and I usually eat my steak bloody but this steak wasn't even seared, guess they thought the hot queso on top would cook it? They made my order Togo and I'm pretty sure they just dumped what I sent them in a Togo box because it was just as raw if not more when I got my food home. read more

They have one black bean party for vegetarians. The menu is huge, and they really phoned it in. The two times I've had a black bean burger it was dry and freezer burned. Even BURGER KING has a veggie burger on their tiny menu. I know it's small town Oklahoma, but come on. A chain restaurant really has no excuse. read more

If I could give a negative star I would, it was February 13 that I called and made a reservation and they took and it said can't wait to see your tomorrow so me and my boyfriend show up at the time of are reservation and they wouldn't let us have are table so he goes and gets the manager she says we don't make valentines reservations well honey you did that's on y'all but you have to keep them and she got in are faces and yelled at us she so disrespectful she should have been fired but that's on them she clearly isn't teaching her crew what to do she ruined my valentines night and made me lose all respect for chili's read more

Reallly dirty, and uncaring customer service. I'd going either direction, keep going. This place is YUCK!!! Bait and switch wait staff, and when you get your overpriced order, it isn't good. Going west? Go to MidWest City. Going east? Continue on to Arkansas. Or, choose any other place at this exit. read more

I would love to love this place again. Food is slow coming out and if they are busy, usually overcooked. Bar drinks are inconsistent, you never know what your margarita is going to taste like. Managers need to step up and bring this place back to par. read more

Warm atmosphere, cold beer! What more could you want to start your summer weekend and enjoy friends? The Shawnee, Oklahoma Chili's provides this and so much more. Try a cold Sam Adam's and some Texas Cheese Fries at this location and you will be coming back for more! read more

The food definitely leaves something to be desired...and I have frequented MANY Chili's. This week the Quesadillas were burnt...last time the chips were mushy and stuck together. While I am a faithful Chili's supporter, this location needs to work on its food preparation. The wait staff is extremely helpful, not too pushy, and friendly and the atmosphere is great- more TVs than any Chili's I have been to in GA, TN, or AL. read more

We went here for dinner and we had an awesome waiter, he got everything perfect! I had taken 2 bites of my food and found a hair in it. The waiter promptly apologized and had my food remade. The manager brought my food out and it was made wrong. She immediately had it remade and left the wrong plate with me so I could pick at it while I waited, if I wanted to. The Manger apologized and comped our meal. They were very professional and very nice. We love this place and will be back. I would have given it 5 stars, but there was a hair in my food. ;-) read more

So to start off this ,tonight we get a waitress that takes 10 mins to get to us to serve us drinks, then she is highly rude... then she tries rushing us into ordering never refills our drinks never offers us more chips just makes us aware that the restaurant closes at 10 guess that's what she wanted was us to get the hint and it was only 9:15.... hmmmm we ordered salads my husband wanted more cheese she never returned after about two times of her walking by not asking if we needed anything, I got the manager TYLER I think that's what he said rudely his name was. He said he would talk to her and nothing was ever brought to us just one drink refill for one of us and there was three of us! If you look at our bank statement we go to chili's a lot , we actually thought they had trained their staff to be nicer and better because since our last bad experience it's been ok and most of the wait stafff is nice and on point. We ask the manager for the regional and general manager contact and we were told you will just have to call the restaurant , no more information not a card nothing. They treat loyal customers like crap. They really need to work on this and PAIGE needs a new job if she doesn't like customers. Just saying read more

In previous years, used to be great. Nowadays, not so much. Last visit, food was cold, service was lackluster. Caught the waitress checking her cell phone behind the bar, unprofessional. Over 20 minutes to check back with us after getting our food. Only thing keeping me from giving one star was the manager coming over and apologizing and taking my wife's order off our ticket. Won't be returning soon. read more

Will never go back. Food was soured and so crowed with little staff you waited forever just to ask them to tell the chef to use a fridge. I think they leave the food out on the counter because they are so busy forgetting that eventually it will go bad. Husband and I both were sick that night and next day. Staff was nice and friendly. Thats the one star. read more

This place is a joke. I can't believe that people pay that much money for food that is so subpar. No real taste, no originality. Over-salted, over-greasy, it's hard to digest a lot of their "dishes" on their menu. They try to look cute by having added a few healthy options on the menu but since nothing is fresh, it hardly tastes like anything. I would not recommend this place unless you're a teenager who wants to impress his wannabee girlfriend on their first night out. read more
