I love Chili's. However, I will never return to this location. My wife and I placed a to-go order and when I returned home I noticed our food was burnt and over-cooked. They forgot specific dipping sauce and one a ranch sauce had a hair in it. The chicken crispers were so tough/rubbery we couldn't even bite through them. The big mouth bites were charred to the point there was no taste. We called to try and return our food and speak with a manager. We were told, "it's too busy can you call back?" My wife said no and waited on hold to speak with a manager and finally hung up due to the prolonged wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Piss poor customer service. If you ever go to this Chili's make sure to get Paige as your server! We eat out a lot and she was the best server ever. We didn't have to ask for anything. She kept our drinks full and made sure we was taken care of. Food was good too. read more

This Chili's is teeny-tiny, so you're in for a wait. Then you gotta gauge whether the wait will be worth it. Chili's can be a fun atmosphere, and that's what they've got going for them more than yummy food. Definitely use their call-ahead seating to minimize your wait. On this visit, we just wanted a couple appetizers and a glass of wine. It didn't end well. We were told by our server they "have ran out of a lot of wines this week." Our first THREE choices were a no-go, so we opted to just have water, cram down our so-so nachos and open our own bottle of wine at home on the deck. Exceptional service provided by the staff. My server was Amanda. One of the better severs on staff. After check in waited an additional five minutes then was seated. Server was attentive and made sure the table left happy. My child had the chicken pasta with a side salad, salad seemed fresh as well as the chicken pasta she was served. She ordered me the quesadilla explosion salad, I switch to fried chicken. The salad itself was average however the quesadilla was dry and seemed like it was cooked hours before ordered. Other than that my meal was satisfying decided not to eat the quesadilla. What was once a go-to spot for my To-go needs, has become a shell of itself. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and a half, always got the same 2 for 25, steaks, upsized to 10oz and have yet to get a steak near or at the temp requested. If I order Medium it's almost always very rare. If I order medium well you can bet i was given a meat hockey puck. The portions vary on every single appetizer varying from par to "how did this get past so many people". The service is so putrid but wasn't noticeable when the food was good, not to mention if more than one to-go is ordered and you find yourself with another person waiting near the register, you notice very fast how unfit that 2x2 space is for a takeout area for 1 person let alone, 2, or 3, or 4. I actually had good service and a decent time if only I could've ate my food lol, they sent my steak fajitas out completely raw, and I usually eat my steak bloody but this steak wasn't even seared, guess they thought the hot queso on top would cook it? I'm usually very satisfied with this place. Tonight was a bit of a mixed review. Our server was very overworked. The entire atmosphere of the wait staff just seemed hectic. The management needs to do some extra training on multitasking while staying connected to the customer in front of you. I'll start with the pros of our visit. My wife got the shrimp and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. She thought they were excellent, aside from the tortillas falling to pieces as a result of being under cooked. My son devoured his chicken strips as always. My shrimp tacos were delicious. Similar to my wife, my tortillas were undercooked and falling to pieces. It was still delicious, just a bit frustrating. Now for the negative. I had to ask three different times for some lemons with my water (1st world problem). I've saved the worst for last. I asked for some hot sauce and what I received was a VERY DIRTY bottle of Tabasco. When I say dirty, I'm not referring to some dried hot sauce outside of the bottle. I mean DIRTY as in the label was faded and looked like a vintage piece from a time capsule. I also mean DIRTY as in there was literally DIRT and DUST on the entire outside of the bottle. This thing seriously looked like it had been stored in a dirt floor basement. My first thoughts were that this nasty thing just came from the kitchen. They have one black bean party for vegetarians. The menu is huge, and they really phoned it in. The two times I've had a black bean burger it was dry and freezer burned. Even BURGER KING has a veggie burger on their tiny menu. I know it's small town Oklahoma, but come on. A chain restaurant really has no excuse. read more

The food definitely leaves something to be desired...and I have frequented MANY Chili's. This week the Quesadillas were burnt...last time the chips were mushy and stuck together. While I am a faithful Chili's supporter, this location needs to work on its food preparation. We went here for dinner and we had an awesome waiter, he got everything perfect! I had taken 2 bites of my food and found a hair in it. The waiter promptly apologized and had my food remade. The manager brought my food out and it was made wrong. She immediately had it remade and left the wrong plate with me so I could pick at it while I waited, if I wanted to. The Manger apologized and comped our meal. They were very professional and very nice. We love this place and will be back. So to start off this ,tonight we get a waitress that takes 10 mins to get to us to serve us drinks, then she is highly rude... then she tries rushing us into ordering never refills our drinks never offers us more chips just makes us aware that the restaurant closes at 10 guess that's what she wanted was us to get the hint and it was only 9:15.... hmmmm we ordered salads my husband wanted more cheese she never returned after about two times of her walking by not asking if we needed anything, I got the manager TYLER I think that's what he said rudely his name was. He said he would talk to her and nothing was ever brought to us just one drink refill for one of us and there was three of us! If you look at our bank statement we go to chili's a lot , we actually thought they had trained their staff to be nicer and better because since our last bad experience it's been ok and most of the wait stafff is nice and on point. We ask the manager for the regional and general manager contact and we were told you will just have to call the restaurant , no more information not a card nothing. This place is a joke. I can't believe that people pay that much money for food that is so subpar. No real taste, no originality. Over-salted, over-greasy, it's hard to digest a lot of their "dishes" on their menu. They try to look cute by having added a few healthy options on the menu but since nothing is fresh, it hardly tastes like anything.
