Worst managers in the world. The prices on the menus do not match the prices in the computer. Manager would not honor the listed price on the menu. Met up a coworker for happy hour on a Monday night - decided to sit at the bar which helped with the great service we had - granted, the place was empty at that time but the bartender was very attentive. Has the medium wings and wedges. My coworker ended up ordering the Asian Zing cauliflower wings and they were actually pretty delicious! Only thing about my own wings is that the sauce was lacking. Almost felt like there was barely any sauce on my wings. The wings are a good size, I've had way smaller so at least the wing size wasn't lacking. Overall, experience was good for a BWW. read more

We came here to eat at 12:39pm Sunday November 15th ( Shawnee,Ok location) It was by far the most HORRIBLE experience I have EVER had in any restaurant...like EVER! Upon arrival there were only 2 tables occupied with 3 patrons each. We chose to eat in the outdoor patio since we had a whole wrestling team and family. There were almost 40 of us. Our drink order was taken by our waitress Daryn. She was very friendly then. When she came back to deliver the drinks, she had the help of one other staff member, a guy. Many drinks were missed, but with a big order like that we were very patient. We placed our food orders and decided to make it easier, we would get each ticket by family ( last names listed on tickets) to avoid chaos and confusion for final bill. Everyone ordered off the lunch menu which was good from 12- 2pm. An hour passed and only half the meals were delivered. Our waitress came out to ask us no joke 5 to 6x what we ordered and what did we still need.We told her each time and each time a new plate came out it was wrong or missing items. One person ordered a burger with no bun, but still wanted everything that it came with plus coleslaw. Her ordered was never submitted and after 1.5 hours waiting they finally asked for the 5th time and still forgot her coleslaw order. her food was so cold . Many people ordered the wings and fries meal and half never got their fries, the other had cold wings, wrong sauce or wrong chicken ( traditional vs boneless) . The boneless wings were hard and dry ( McNuggets would have been 100% better,and that is saying much). Everyone was so upset. A few parents requested a manager, she never came out. Finally a parent went to speak to a manager named Hillary. She made excuse after excuse and was mad at us for even coming to talk to her. I personally never lose my cool but for the 1st time I had enough and had to snap at the waitress Daryn for asking me 6x and still not getting mine or husband's order out. I was literally shaking and about to cry from how furious I was. I lost my appetite completely. She finally brought out an order and put in an extra box that was made and acted like she was doing me a favor . I looked in the box and yet again, wrong order. At that point I just wanted to walk out, but I didn't. after almost 2.5 hours there, last 25 min waiting on our check to come out, we spoke to the manager Hillary. All she did was comp some of the meal. No apologies, just rushing to get us out with an annoyed attitude. Truthfully she should have just comped the whole check . Our bill even charged us the higher price even though we were still supposed to be charged lunch prices. Half of our party left after they ate, which was an hour in. We traveled from Oklahoma City to Shawnee thinking we would have a nice lunch with our girl wrestlers but instead they witnessed the worst experience of their lives. I find it absolutely irresponsible on behalf of the management to serve such a large party and only have ONE waitress to that many people. The inside dining room wasn't even full. At this point maybe 6 other small tables and they had over 8 waiters attending them. We had people that were seated near us outside and we counted. It was 40 minutes before anyone even came to take their drink order. Horrible service, wait time is ridiculous, food wasn't even good. Management sucks and wait staff apparently is on their own as no one came to help our waitress. I will never go back and would never recommend anyone to go here . Do not waste your time coming here. This is the absolute WORST BWWs I have ever visited. Got chips and salsa for an app. Chips were all smashed...see photo. Wings were premade and arrived only lukewarm. Sent them back. Got plain wings so they arrive hot and fresh. These were warm and stale. There sure is no quality here. Don't think I'll be back. Diet pepsi had no carbonation in it at all! Tortilla chips were small pieces or crumbs. What happened? Did a car run over them? Poor quality here. read more

Their mistake will cost you money. This evening 4/10/22 I placed an phone order for carry out. I called in 2 wing bundles and was told over the phone i could make a substitute the fries for wedges however when the employee quoted me a price ti was $11 over what was expected however the order seemed correct. Upon arrival I voiced my concerns and the employee stated that she misunderstood and put the food in à la carte. When the manager was then notified he stated that i was misinformed, the employee then stated to him and myself again that it was her mistake. He then proceeded to make no solution or rectify the situation and just walked away. Hostess who seated us was not helpful and seemed like she did not want to seat us since we had a decent table to seat and it was fight night. (Keep in mind we had got there early enough before the fight and before people crowded in) Said that it would take a while however there were multiple tables open and just kinda looked at us like she did not want us seated. This Buffalo Wild Wings used to be really good. I'm not sure what happened, for one I always order a snack size and now they come in this huge box with literally no sauce. My daughter and I dined in this evening. The experience was horrible. I keep coming back about every 6 months or so thinking maybe it's worth another shot, but every single time my order is wrong regardless of whether or not it's to-go or dine in. Every single time the wait to get food is so bad that we consider just walking out. And every single time the same manager is standing over a computer towards the bar entrance looking frazzled and blatantly refusing to come near or make eye contact with the multiple customers that deserve an apology. Favorite Bdubs by far!! The only one we choose to go to!! Everyone is super friendly and very personable... some love to chit chat and some are just simply very kind but all of them are attentive and knowledgeable. I've seen several different waitresses and waiters being friendly with kids and like I said just all around personable. Side note: the manager with the long red beard, his name is Mike, he is an amazing manager and keeps his team on task. You can tell he puts a lot into his job and he is amazing at it and very accommodating to every wish and need to make every costumer feel important! LOVE HIM read more

No eye contact from what we thought was the hostess, but who ultimately ended up as our server who seemed over bubblie with the other wait staff but sadly, not her tables. Finally, someone did recognize that we had not gotten our drinks. She went to find our waitress, but we had just sat there way to long. We placed our food order and drink order at the same time, after about 10 more minutes we asked for our drinks and she said "oh yes what can I get y'all" and completely forgot she took our order!!! We were her only table and every time she left us she went and hid out in the kitchen. The waitress needs hearing aids I guess. The first 2 items we ordered were not even close. The good thing is everything at BWW is good. Don't expect to get any real selection of beer. This was not a good experience and we won't be back. The wings were sub standard. My wife asked about getting a black bean patty for our toddler because the kids menu doesn't have anything vegetarian, the waitress said no problem. We were charged for the adult version of a burger (which comes with a side, cheese, pickle, and other fixings) but only got the patty and paid full price. When we asked the waitress about it she said there was nothing her manager could do. Her burger was supposed to come with "everything" on it, but did not- missing picco de gallo and jalapeño which make for a very different taste. We spent $50 for an unsatisfactory meal and won't make that mistake again. read more
