Go on the southside is probably the best one, because of the bartender the one more is not bad but it's the bartender most of the servers don't function very well. I don't know if it's training or what it is but food takes forever and they're not real sharp, but the bartenders are topknot that's why the five star for me. read more

First off. Chilis is back! The menu is on point. The food is delicious again. And the drinks are ice cold. For a while we didn't visit this location because of the service and the food was always mid. But now they have totally redeemed themselves. And so many tv's with different sports playing is awesome. We eat at this location often. Service is generally very good, based on our experiences, & the food is as well. Using Yelp to join the waitlist is helpful, as the restaurant is typically crowded. As with any establishment, there are hiccups at times, but they've always been quickly addressed. Overall, this is one of our family's local favorites. read more

The food is okay. I don't go there anymore because of the price and how much food you get. The ribs are always small but the bbq sauce is good. Most of the meat is portioned small, not worth spending my money on in my opinion, sadly. read more

Update: 10.20.19 Seated quickly in a booth near the bar. The volume on the tv was over 100. We couldn't talk. It was so loud, I was flinching. The waitress went to adjust. But it seems the choices were 0 volume or 100 was the only choice. No-one was watching the game, but most people were miserable at the volume. Can't wait to get out of here or take some type of nerve medicine to sit through dinner. First you are in Shawnee, America the food choices and selection are not plentiful. Chili's has a large, variety menu to meet a large party's appetite. This location has updated the look. The food at this location is below chili's standards. Onion blossom petals are more like onion tree branches thicker than a fallen log in Yosemite Park. Covered in grease they come out shinier than a teenage boys face. The taste isn't quite as bad as the look, but if you order this type of appetizer elsewhere then I would save it for that location. Tonight, the fajitas were meh... The potato soup had the texture of potato paste so get out the glue sticks and make a craft if you dare order the soup. Overall, the experience was simply ewwww. For $53, I could have eaten at Braum's and funded a trip to Target. read more

This was a standard Chili's. The atmosphere was clean, and it was busy for dinner, which I took as a good sign. I hadn't eaten at a Chili's in years, but the appetizers that me and my dinner-mate ordered (as our main meal) tasted just like we remember them. I ordered the skillet queso as my meal. It came with a large bowl of chips, of which I only needed half, and salsa. It did the job, and I feel great the next day. Service was standard, and we were in and out fairly quickly. It looks like there are lots of poor reviews of this place, but I see no reason not to come here and enjoy a meal. read more

what happened to the original crispers? Waitress said chili's doesn't have them anymore! I understand every business can't get lazy people to go to work anymore. But if you don't have enough people, my question is why would you fill up all your tables and make everybody wait and get aggravated. This is just my opinion I would rather you tell me I've got an hour wait and only have your tables half full, and those tables are getting well served then to set there and wait. Also since every table is full and not enough employees, the food came out cold not all of it showed up at the same time. I received my salad way after my hot food came out. It was hard to get the condiments for the food. I paid my ticket in full. I tip the waitress. I'm not asking for nothing free. Just giving you my opinion. I love Chilis, I worked at a Chilis for 9 years so I was always root for Chilis. In this case, the server was super nice and did a good job. The food was overall pretty good! Everyone was super nice that came to our table. We did order a kid burger bite and got one thin burger TORN in half? Like that's not what we ordered, but I didn't say anything. The atmosphere was not great. I took my child to the bathroom and it was pretty gross. The back of the toilet was covered in matter and urine and the floors were BLACK in the corner. The woman's trash can was overflowing. I didn't even want my child to wash their hands, I used hand sanitizer. The tables were pretty dirty, but I get there's no bussers, I've lived that life. The hostess was trying really hard, she looked frazzled. When we sat down, there were some servers doing silverware next to us. They are putting silverware into a sleeve. One lady server was complaining to the manager that it wasn't fair; and they change it all the time, etc. I listened to her complain to other servers and managers the entire time.... My husband and I thought it was super distracting and honestly, disrespectful. I felt bad for the manager who came over to try to explain something to her, as if she had nothing else to do. If we wouldn't have been there complaining the entire time, and the bathroom was just dirty, I could maybe go without a review, but it was over the top. Also, we could see into To Go and that person was just leaning and texting on their phone, when there's obviously areas that need help. The last two visits the food comes out way too fast. I ordered chips and salsa. Once I ordered our food it was out so fast we hadn't even eaten the chips and salsa. I ordered the steak. The meat was excellent. But the mashed potatoes I ordered were awful! They were almost the consistency of gum. When brought to the attention of the waiter, he replaced it with some rice. But the rice tasted stale and had no flavor. I settled for steak fries. It would also be beneficial not to sit everyone who asks for a booth right next to the West side of the bar and then have the manager bending over the bar thus sticking his rear end almost in your party's face while eating. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant! The 3 sampler plate that we ordered was cold, couldn't eat the chicken, we had chicken tenders, boneless chicken wings and fried mozzarella. The server suggested that he gets me a new one that was hot, we agreed. When my husband paid the bill he didn't tell me that he charged us twice for the plate and it even said refried 3 times on the bill! He said he didn't want me to argue with them that is why he didn't tell me while I was in the restaurant and waited till we get on the freeway. I even asked him why he didn't get the quesadillas with him since he didn't eat them, he said it was old and didn't taste good, he even told me it gets worse, he tried the sour cream and it was bad! This place sucks! I don't recommend anyone to go there for any reason. I wish I can give 0 stars. Now I realize why it has two stars, we thought it was supposed to be good since it is a chain! Walked into Chili's and were immediately seated. Waited around 25 minutes before asking a hostess if we could get a water until they came and took our order. The hostess told me they were short staffed and the waitress was busy and would get to me when she could. She then leaned against her podium for the next 10 minutes before my family got up and walked out. So sad for establishments to do business like that. I definitely understand that it isn't a reflection of Chili's, as I really like their food, but it's things like this that will make people drive down the road to find something different. When we mentioned it the hostess just walked away without saying anything or even coming back to wipe rhem down. The menus were sticky to the touch and when they brought our waters they had food particles in them. I love Chili's. However, I will never return to this location. My wife and I placed a to-go order and when I returned home I noticed our food was burnt and over-cooked. They forgot specific dipping sauce and one a ranch sauce had a hair in it. The chicken crispers were so tough/rubbery we couldn't even bite through them. The big mouth bites were charred to the point there was no taste. We called to try and return our food and speak with a manager. We were told, "it's too busy can you call back?" My wife said no and waited on hold to speak with a manager and finally hung up due to the prolonged wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Piss poor customer service.
