Horrible service!!! It took us nearly 45 mins to put in our order while the restaurant was not full. We watched the waitress having conversations with coworkers. We spoke to the waitress's partner saying we were stepping out for a second then they moved all our stuff off the table. At that moment we realized we could have just left and not paid for our drinks with the lack of attention they were giving customers. By the time our food came out it was cold and ill prepared. Well I heard about Chilis and was really excited to go until I went there. The seating was tight and tables were close together. Plus the food options were ok but mostly American styled food. If I had to pick the best thing in the resturant it would have to be the service but otherwise, I really wouldn't recommened going there. read more

This place is not good . The people working there are second rate . The food is brutal .$70 for family of four . It's just not worth it . At least 5 better choices right in that area. From the enchiladas to the tacos . Not good everything taste like it's from a can . Chipotle Bdubs Red Robin Outback hell even Houlihans is a better option . Absolutely terrible. DO NOT come here! Came here on a Sunday around 5pm with a party of four. Restaurant was not busy and some how the server Angelica still managed to take twenty minutes to greet us. When we ordered drinks they either came out wrong or did not come at all. The manager who ran our appetizers to the table told us he would come back with side plates and never did. Once the food was finished we stacked the dirty plates at the end of the table and they sat there as numerous employees including a manager, walked by them. Sides that we ordered were missing from the entrees. Water had to be asked for three times before it came to the table. The server was polite but completely oblivious to the poor service and therefore was unapologetic. At the end of the meal when we brought all these mistakes to the managers attention, he simply said he would go to the back and find out what went wrong. We never saw him again! As a party of four, whom all work in the food/service industry, we understand that mistakes happen. However this experience was absolutely terrible. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant before. Which is a shame because I enjoy this particular chain, however I will not be coming here again! read more

Amazing food i always go and order the 35 dollar course for 2 people which includes 2 margaritas one appetizer one main course for 2 and dessert. Last time i went i had very bad service with the server. Jared the server that night was lost forgot about our food, forgot to bring my food non spicy, i asked for dressings on the side which they never came. He also added the desert in the bill at the end. I had to remind him for the second time it was the special of 35 dollars. He took for ever to change the bill again. When we walked in, it took approx 5-7 minutes to be greeted at which time we were greeted by a male with his head hung. Maybe he was sick. I don't know. He then sits me and 2 small children in a freezing cold corner booth by the bar. I asked to be moved. Womens bathrm had vomit in 1 of the sinks to begin with. When I was half way through my salad I found 2 hairs stuck to the cheese. I got very bad stomach pain a while later and was sick all night. I paid $25 on my debit card and got a charge of $120. on it instead. Manager was extremely useless in resolving the issue and was very rude. I have just returned from the most horrible restaurant experience in my life. We walked in around 7PM tonight (3 adults, 3 kids). Waiter took our order and appetizers came out about 20 minutes later. No plates not enough straws. Never got plates until complained to waiter 3 times. Kids, especially my 2 year old, were starving. 2 year old has food allergies so limited options. We had put in order for chicken nuggets at same time as appetizer order. After 800 hit my son was eating decorative lettuce off of appetizer plate he was so hungry, as main courses had not come out. We were assured by waiter chicken nuggets were coming out right away. 810 hits and no main courses. Called manager who insisted nuggets were coming out immediately.Made major fuss at which time manager says we dont have to pay for meal. This does not solve problem of my 2 year old still starving. They have no answers for food delays. All the while we see 2 parties who came in well after us get food, eat, and leave. Perhaps this was a case of racism, not sure. Unacceptable experience. Will never go to this Chili's again and suggest you do not either unless you want to traumatize yourself and your kids. read more

I hate giving only one star, but this place deserves ZERO stars. Chili's in general as a chain has gone FAR south and I won't ever be visiting one again. This one in particular was disgusting. My grilled chicken sandwich was cold, the bread was stale, the lettuce was brown, and it was served with 10 cold fries. The service was bad, we did not have one waitress but a couple different waitresses that failed to refill drinks or attend the table at all. The manager is rude and non-accomendating. My Girlfriend and myself order curb side every wed night and every time I have to call the manager to take my order because the four prior phone calls that I made just rang and rang and rang... We did this for seven months!!!! Anyway, as an employee in the area I thought it would be wise to place a pickup order 40 minutes before my scheduled break. I received a confirmation email shortly after stating that my order had been successfully received. I walked in to pick up my order along with 2 coworkers who also placed online orders. The hostess greeted us and we advised her that we placed online orders and were there for pick up. She then told us to speak to the person behind the bar, which we did. After we paid, we were literally standing there for 20 minutes waiting for food order an hour ago. We spoke to several people about our orders and even asked for a manager. When we finally got our food after 20 minutes of waiting, the waiter said that the soups we ordered weren't available. No apologies or anything. He didn't give us straws for our drinks and our food was cold. They have to do better. That was horrible service all around. read more

I go to this Chili's location quite frequently. Service is fair, slow in some cases from what I have noticed. Their food is delicious and the surrounding atmosphere is pleasant. The host/hostess and wait staff are very knowledgeable as well as for friendly. Friends and family of mine have reported all positive experiences. I will certainly be returning. Prices are decent, parking lot gets rather crowded because of the surrounding restaurants sharing a single lot. read more

This place is so dirty I lost my appetite. There was a water spill on the floor and the employees walked all over it. The floors were so sticky it was difficult to get my flip flops unglued from the floor. The ladies restroom was a nightmare. There was toilet paper on the hallway leading to the restrooms. On my way to the restroom, I saw a slice of pizza on the floor. Chilis employees walking right by all of that. I got back to my table from the restroom and I told the waitress that I had changed my mind and just wanted water. "What's the problem?" she said. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Since we love Chili's in other locations, we decided to try getting take out on 2 separate occasions. Both times were equally awful! The first time, we waiting 20 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready and the staff was SO RUDE! Needless to say the food was soggy & disgusting. Last night, it happened again-no one came to help, so we walked around looking for someone & were yelled at by 4 servers talking about their evening plans, "you can't be back here!" We were finally helped 10 minutes later & when we got the food home, our pizza was not cooked on the bottom and only had two pieces w/ chicken on them.
