Decided after a year reprieve from this location to give it another try. Sat at the bar, same server if I'm not mistaken from a year ago. Same attitude, barely spoke, bothered by our appearance. She was on phone more than servicing her customers. Apparently it's an every day trend, the manager was standing there and didn't intervene. We were visiting from Kentucky. We have a Chili's where we live. It is horrible!!! The only reason I agreed to go here was because it was the closest place that served alcohol and my teen doesn't like Colton's. I figured I could stand mediocre food for my son in order to get a drink in this dry county. In a packed parking lot, I was pleased to only wait 10 minutes for a table. The waitress was very nice. My son order the mozzarella sticks and they were huge! I was expecting the tiny ones like found in grocery stores. My husband got a steak that was cooked exactly right and his sides were good too. My son got a pasta meal that was good. I was shocked the food was as good as it was. We even told the waitress how bad the Chili's by us in Kentucky was and how delighted we were with this one. The restaurant was clean and people were friendly. Overall I am not a chain restaurant lover, but when we go back in May, I won't be mad if my son wants to eat there again. read more

I first noticed the brown on brown paint color scheme. How uninviting. so ugly. I sat at the bar. I wanted a salad. In the past salads at Chilis were large. Receive my order pretty quick, which was the buffalo chicken salad. Holy shrinking salads, Batman. It was so small. It was tasty but was the size of a side salad. So disappointed. Recently I have been scaling my investments all the way up to 3, and all I need to initially provide is 10. Some of you reading this may be confused. We ordered the 2 for 25 and the bill we got was $39. I paid before I noticed that it was wrong with everything at full price. I told the waitress she acted upset we and like she didn't know we said the 2 for 25 and only wanted to know what dessert we wanted. I said i want the price fixed please. Was just here with my friend. Not good. The chips were soggy with grease and stale. The Queso looked like dog vomit. The guacamole was ice cold and clearly not fresh. Ordered the ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes and a side salad. Wife ordered the exact same thing. The salad was good, but really how hard is it to pile lettuce and cheese on a plate... the steak was seasoned very well, if you consider smothered it garlic butter seasoned. After a few bites all I could taste was garlic. Even the potatoes tasted of garlic but I couldn't be sure if it was from the steak or the potatoes. I didn't really have high hopes for a steak from chili's but I expected a little better than this. I'll be back but will definitely steer clear of the steak. read more

Our server Kara was horrible- We had a party of 8- had made reservations and everything was set to enjoy my birthday out. We set down and are in a section with other larger parties. Our server does not greet us, just throws the menus down and walks off. 15 minutes later she comes back and takes our drink orders- she huffs at us when we also order our apps at this time. She comes back with our drinks and the queso but forgets our spinach dip, saying that it takes longer- 30 minutes later our spinach dip comes out. By this time we are out of chips- so we wait another 10 minutes for more chips. She finally brings those and then takes our orders. We wait another 10-15 minutes for our orders and ask her for drink refills- she says she will be right back- she totally disappears for another 10 minutes. I look around and notice it is not just our table she is neglecting but others too. There was not a manager on the floor that I could find. She tells the men at our table that the tea is brewing and will be out in about 10 minutes and walks off, totally ignoring the other end of the table. She finally brings more drinks and walks off again. When she brings us the tickets she puts it in my plate, which I was still eating and got my guac all over the ticket. I paid in cash, our ticket for my family came out to 51.95 and I gave her 52. in cash. She actually huffed and snobbed me at the table. She complained to my sister that she hates big parties and that they shouldn't be sitting in her section! LIKE I HAD A CHOICE ON WHERE TO SIT! She then brings back my change- $1.00 I look at my receipt and then back at her and try to correct her telling her I gave her 52 and it was 51.95 that I should only get .05 back- but she insisted her math was correct. I took the $1 and put it away. Her attitude and neglect earned her 0 tip from me. The others in my party tiped but regret it. My biggest peeve is- keep my tea full- or offer me something else to drink. If you don't want to serve big parties then find someone that will- when I was a server this is where the tips were. She could have earned big with us if she had just lost the attitude. read more

This Chili's is terrible...my last visit there until big changes are made. The food is average at best and management is non-existent. I ordered my non-alcoholic drink and asked the waitress if management was available for 5 minutes to answer questions and she stated he was. When the waitress brought me my drink, she stated management was notified. Then when the waitress delivered my food, I mentioned again that I still wanted to speak with the manager. I'm not usually like this. In fact this is my first negative review I've ever laid upon any place of business. So chili's right? We understand the mediocrity behind it. It's supposed to be par, average, medium. No. This place is a disaster on wheels. So the wait is an hour (okay whatever) no big deal. We get sat down and do not hear anything from anyone for 15 minutes. Once we do, we order queso. They bring us queso alright, but just the queso, no chips or drinks. At this point I'm thinking "okay our waitress is stupid" but it gets better. We order, ask for ranch and wife asks for bacon on her burger. Not hard stuff. 45 minutes later we get our food but no ranch and no bacon. Okay, whatever right? Easy fix? Inform the waitress and 20 minutes later no ranch and no bacon. Ran out of water and beer. Called someone who looked like a manager over and got water, ranch, bacon and beer in under 90 seconds. Waitress avoided us for the rest of the night and knew she had been outed and was not getting tipped. Final blow was a $5 house salad being added to our order which was never ordered at any point in the night. In case you're even considering giving this Chili's your hard earned dollar, I have a statement for you. I would rather eat my own fecal matter than go to this Chili's ever again. read more

We've been coming to this restaurant for about six years since we've moved to Arkansas. There isn't much of a selection although the last four or five times we went to Chilis, we would have been better off going to Walmart and buying something from the deli. The food has been getting progressively worse, the service is terrible and I don't think I will give it another try. The last trip to Chilis was a couple days ago about one-thirty. My party ordered flatbread, it was burned. We sent it back. My plate was not what I ordered. We had the chips and salsa. I had a salad. Everything came out at the same time. We had to signal our waiter for refills. I have never paid for anything being that unsatified but with my guest, did not say anything. Will not take anyone else to that Chilis until I find improvement. read more

This was the worst Chili's experience we have ever had! We ordered the trio appetizer, and after 35 minutes we ended up cancelling and leaving because no one could even tell us the STATUS of our order. The managers response to our cancellation?
