I stopped for lunch because it was taco tuesday. Staff was indifferent whether I was there or not. They brought me chips and salsa. I thought salsa was made with tomato paste base. It didn't taste very good. I ordered two chicken soft tacos and 1 beef hard shell. Tacos were very good!. read more

Good food and consistent service. All items we've tried over several years are. good. The table salsa is mild, but you can request a hotter one. Sweet tea is always refreshing and not excessively sweet. Dine anytime, you won't be disappointed!! read more

Amazing food, but the recent price hike was s awful. My order has suddenly gone from $26 to $30 to over $50...for the same food. I always get take-out, and I pick it up myself. I don't know why it's almost doubled in price for cheese, rice, and beans. read more

Found Casa Brava on Yelp and a friend also recommend it to me . The salsa is good and so were the chips. The waiter was very friendly, and suggested three different menu items. They all sounded good, but I chose the Burrito Grande. Grande is the correct name for it. It was as large as a middle school football! I had the fajita chicken and beef , I would recommend it to anyone. Only question I have is, why do you have to pay for a side of jalapeños at a Mexican food restaurant? When in Searcy, Arkansas, give them a try Go get Full read more

As a restaurant manager and bartender, I'm completely and utterly distracted by the lack of customer service. It started with the server who acted like I had interrupted his vacation - as he sat in a booth and I stood, waiting to be seated. Next, a lady server delivered chips and salsa to my table, while having a conversation on her phone (pink bejeweled phone jutting out of her back pocket). She never paused her conversation, nor did she even smile or acknowledge me. The food was forgettable -- very forgettable. But, what is worse than the food is a staff that does not even appear to be trying. I would be so much more empathetic and supportive if the staff of this restaurant even gave a hint of concern or care. Well, the high point of this unpleasant dining experience WAS when my waiter took my plate away, but then rushed back to my table. "You are done with your plate, right sir?" Yep, I'm done! Walked out, and past several staff members, without a single acknowledgement. Just as well. read more

We came here when Guacamole's wait was extremely long. Personally I judge Mexican good right off the bat by how tasty the salsa cheese dip and guacamole are. These were all very good. I do like my guacamole a little bit chunky but this tasted good so all was good. And the chips - just perfect for dipping - not too thick. My daughter and I both ordered the Ranchero with the veggies on the side. It was so much we both took a to go box. My husband had the Pollo Tapatio which didn't disappoint - he was very happy with it. The waitress started out a bit slow - had to wait a few times on different things and the restaurant wasn't packed. But she came around and became more attentive before we finished our meal. She could've just gotten weird home news or whatever. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. We finished up and overall was happy. I do suggest that this restaurant add Pork Chili Verde to their menu - chicken or beef Chili Verde doesn't even sound appealing to me. This will definitely be a second option for us for Searcy Mexican food. We travel from Cabot because honestly we don't care for the restaurants where we live. So there's that. read more

Casa Brava Searcy - the entrance to the restaurant - Mexican Near Me - Searcy, Arkansas

It was pretty busy (then again it was Cinco de Mayo) so the service was slow and random.. The chips and salsa were ordinary and the atmosphere was mild. For my meal I got a bed of rice with chicken covered in cheese. It was very good! (I think it's called "ranchero" but I don't remember). The portion was huge! Especially for the price! My friend had the burrito casa brava and she liked it! I wasn't just dazzled by this place but it fulfilled the need of Mexican food on Cinco de Mayo!!! read more

Here with the family and friends after church services for lunch. It was good, average Mexican fare. The chips and salsa were tasty. Our entrees were served quickly and hot. My seafood nacho was tasty, but a little light on the seafood, compared to other similar restaurants. Good experience overall. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spent $40 on a sore dash order here just for them to cancel it because the decided they were too busy. And then when I called the restaurant to ask what was going on, all they could do is blame DoorDash after I confirmed with the DoorDash company that it was the restaurant that canceled the order. Now I won't be getting my money back for 3-5 business days and all they could say is it's not their fault even after I confirmed with DoorDash it was their fault. read more

My first 2 yeas at Harding i followed all of my friends to Mi Ranchero or Mi Publetio. My life changed my first visit to Casa Brava. The Ranchero Special is to die for. Ask for some tortillas on the side and you can basically make your own burritos. The staff is amazingly friendly and makes you feel welcome. After 3 years in Nashville i still haven't found anything that can touch the Ranchero. read more

Took some customers here for lunch last week. I was impressed with the service and quality of the food. We had a large party of 15 and we were seated right away and the chips and salsa hit the tables immediately. The server was knowledgeable and answered every question thrown his way. The speed at which our food arrived was ridiculously fast. The quality is what stands out with this lunch. My dish (ranchero special) was magnificent. Spicy, tender and flavorful. Even with a large party we were in and out in 1 hour. BRAVO!!!! read more

Well, I'm not a fan of Mexican food, but this place is pretty decent. The food has always been pretty good, and the prices aren't bad. There aren't many good restaurants in Searcy, so the fact that Casa Brava has decent food, in addition to being reasonably priced, makes it a place of interest if you're in town. The salsa is excellent, and the food does come fast, so if you're in a rush, this might be the place for you. You can also call ahead, and they will have your order ready. read more

Casa Brava is one of the better Mexican restaurants in Searcy. What Casa Brava does better than the rest is delivering great food fast. Almost every time I have been in they had the food out in under ten minutes of being seated. This does change on their peak hours, like Sunday afternoons, but I have always been served promptly. Also they recently starting serving a new drink called orchata which is a very sweet rice milk. It sounds weird but it is surprisingly delicious. read more

Recently traveled to Searcy from Nevada, being from the Southwest I had to have my Mexican Food fix, went to Casa Brava, to start with I've had Mexican food all over the country, including down in Old Mexico, I'm from Las Vegas, Nevada and I usually eat it at least three times a week, good news! I've only eaten here a handful of times and three/four of those times have ended with me having food poisoning. As I'm typing this, I just spent the night with my head in a toilet. They are quick and somewhat friendly but the food isn't worth the sickness. read more

This USED to be the best Mexican place in Searcy. Not so much anymore. The last three times I have ordered from there, the food has been bland, chicken taquitos made with a meat that definitely WAS NOT chicken and made me sick. Great food, fun friendly waiters. I eat here at least twice a week, usually more. I have never had a bad dish. The daily lunch specials are a bargain at $3.75. The salsa is to die for and highly addictive. The cheese sauce is wonderful, along with the quesadillas, chimichangas, nachos, taco salad, burritos, and my favorite, the Ranchero Special. You can't go wrong at Casa Brava. The waiters are friendly, fast, and attentive. read more
