This is the best chilis I've been to and I've have been to a lot of them! This chilis looks bigger than the previous ones I've been to. This location also seems busier. Its clean and dim in here much like the other locations. Its a very chill and easy going feel here. When i first walked in I went to my table that my brother had gotten. The host acknowledged me and said my server will be there to help us. I sat down and my brother and I waited. We just started talking while we waited for our server. After a while I noticed ite been a HOT minute. I was also very warm where I sat. I realized its been over 10m, maybe even 15m. I was irritated so I went to find the host and tell him I've been waiting 10m for someone. I didn't even get water or anything at all. The host looked like he genuinely felt bad. I went back to my table. Shortly after, our server came. We ordered and the food came out very quickly. After some time, our server came out to apologize and told us since we waited 10m the meal will be free! The meal will be on them! Wow! That surprised me! Granted what we ordered only totaled about 27$, this was still a nice gesture and excellent customer service. This has superseded anything I expected. I can tell by how apologetic my server was and the other workers, this location values customer service! The food ofc was delicious as always. Its chilis! Since the service was outstanding by sochi (sorry if I butchered the spelling?) I also tipped her 25$. So I guess it really isn't free huh? Decent. Solid. Pretty busy for a Monday night. Tried their 3 item meal deal and it was not disappointing. Did you know that you can get a large burger + fries + drink + appetizer/soup for less than an extra value meal at McDonalds? At Chili's you can! Their mozzarella sticks were crazy good. Never had them before! The cheese pull was amazing. They're crispy and you can get them drenched in sauce. I ordered a 6oz steak meal which was a solid option w a side of broccoli and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes had bacon, green onions and cheese ontop. Also there was some type of garlic butter ontop of the steak which was really flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised by Chili's this evening. Honestly I can't be mad about a chilis dinner. They always have great dinner deals for two and this time we got the smokehouse combo with the ribs, quesadilla, and sausage. Their ribs feel less meaty than before, felt like a lot more bone on there but otherwise the bbq sauce is still tasty. The sausage was really good and the quesadilla was alright- I would get the chicken crisper next time. The service was really great and quick too. My husband and I love coming here, the service and food is always great. This review is solely because each time we are there, it is so uncomfortably cold, it is difficult to enjoy the experience. In the bar, we ordered drinks and food, but had to get a box for our food and leave because it was so cold. On an 80+ degree day, we do appreciate having A/C, but not being able to enjoy the experience due to temperate is not ideal. A while back ordered food via the website and drove quite the distance to pick up my order. Upon arrival, I was told the side order to one of my meals was not available. When I asked for the options the manager only offered one and then proceeded to tell me it will be an additional charge. The choice was pay full price for the meal with no side or pay an additional full price for the side in addition to the meal. I was shocked by the poor service due to a short coming in their inventory but to punish the customers is pure stupidity. I remained calm during the transaction and informed her I would like to cancel my order. At that point, she walked away and came back with several male employees to stand next to her as she cancelled my order. They attempted to intimidate me into walking away without getting my refund but I stood firm until she process the refund. At first she refused to give me a receipt for the cancelled transaction. Good ole Chili's. I forget how busy this place can get. haven't been here in years, but it still lived up to the same good standards I remember it last. My kiddos chose coming here for a family dinner and they were happy with their burgers, mozzarella sticks (by the way, these were larger than I expected and so good). At Chili's, that's where! One of the newest additions - if not temporary - to the Chili's 3 for $10.99 menu was their Big Smasher burger, which is their take on a Big Mac, but with a huge smashed burger patty, no middle bun, and topped with diced red onions, lettuce, pickles, American cheese and Thousand Island dressing. I wanted to check it out, and seeing how this Chili's location was the closest to me, came here after Mass this past Sunday for lunch. I was impressed with the size and taste of the Big Smasher; quite honestly, given how this was a limited time item, my expectations were a bit low. But, not only was the patty freshly cooked, the diced red onions and relatively fresher ingredients than your fast-food places elevated the burger. The fries were okay (and I didn't quite get as many as I would've liked), but the large amount of chips and salsa I got more than offset the portion size. Service was friendly enough; not only did I get seated promptly, they refilled my Diet Coke on a regular basis. And this particular Chili's is quite clean - I guess being a bit off the beaten path kinda helps. As I'm a member of Chili's rewards program, I'll be back whenever I get an email letting me know of an incoming deal (as well as get my birthday dessert when that time comes around). Going to Chilis is always a fun time. My family and I love to frequent this location and it has never failed to disappoint. The staff is always quick to assist you with anything that you need. They refill your chips and drinks so quickly and always make sure to check up on you. I would highly recommend getting the three for me and adding on the Dip Trio for an additional cost. Since the chips are extra, I usually just eat the chips for my meal and then save the chicken sandhich/burger for a later time! You get a drink, an entree and an appetizer with the three for me deal and It always comes to less than $20 which is an absolutely amazing price especially for a sit-down restaurant like Chili's. The interior is always clean and although sometimes it can run a little cold, don't let that deter you from going. It's considered an app that can be shared, but she ate it as her entree and could barely finish it. If I were to come back, I'd def try that! First off, after being seated it took our server 15 minutes to introduce themselves and take our drinks. After he had taken our drinks and orders, he never checked up on us again. I'm not one to complain normally because I know servers have multiple tables, but he would constantly pass our table and never checked up on or asked if we needed refills, which we did. We would try to flag him down but he ignored us. He only checked up on us AFTER we had all finished our food in which he asked if we needed a refill. Now thing brings me to the food. I always get burgers and Chilis and their burgers are always cooked well done. They never asked me before how I wanted it cooked so when I took a bite into this burger and tasted chewy gamey meat, I knew something was off. Decided to cut it in half and dismantle the burger to find the outside had been seared but the inside was cold and raw. I never got the chance to return or request a replacement because our server never came back to ask us how our meal was doing. This has honestly dampened my views on this Chilis location.
