Went on a Friday evening so of course it was busy requiring at leas a 30 minute wait. Our server was friendly and took good care of us. Son and grandson split a full rack of ribs, side of Mac and fries. They also ordered side salads that were fairly large. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. Which I enjoyed however spicer than I expected. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was what was expected.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The kitchen has garbage lying around- cleanliness is not a priority here!

The one good thing about this Chili's is the employees! Greeters and our waitress Violet were well above average! Food was awful. My son's mac and cheese had a hair in it and his chicken was inedible. My quesadilla salad was ok except the quesadilla tasted rancid! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The kitchen and service area has garbage laying all over which speaks volumes about the cleanliness.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Stopped by with some friends for a lunch on a Sunday. It was super busy, but we did not have to wait to be seated. I ordered the monthly margarita and the chicken crispers combo. The chicken was by far the best part of the meal and the fries and ranch were both pretty standard. Our server forgot lots of our group's order and ended up having to come back for some things, but I understand it was pretty busy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restaurant was super loud and packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pretty standard Chili's experience!

Chilis is always a go to spot, especially for margaritas!! I got the dragon berry margarita which is the July special. It was very tasty. For dinner, I always get shrimp fajitas. They're always so good and consistent which I love. My husband gets the fajitas trio and enjoys that as well. Service is always great, we have never had bad service at this location. We will absolutely be stopping in again soon!

BE AWARE that Chilis West Roseville is now enforcing their 5 minute page policy where you have ONLY 5 minutes to check in at the podium AFTER you are paged, or you IMMEDIATELY go to the BOTTOM of the list! Unfortunately there is NO sign posted for this policy. Also BE AWARE that the outdoor speakers DO NOT page people, they ONLY play music. We witnessed two parties make this mistake and be booted to the back of the 35 minute line. They were NOT happy. Chilis Corporate MUST fix this before conflicts escalate! Tonight was busy with a 40 minute wait, even after early check in with the app. We received the BEST service ever at Chilis tonight from Jacob, the manager, and two servers, after we let them know about the issues above. This is now the only Chilis left in the area. The El Nino Margarita and the Coconut Margarita and the IBC Root Beer are excellent drink options. Their skillet queso is heavy food but a good appetizer. They now offer Nashville Hot Oil on their Mozzarella Sticks.

We came on a busy Friday night but the staff was friendly warm and welcoming. And you best believe we went for the Wicked themed margs! They were sweet but super delicious! We shared a triple dipper and had two margs each. Of course we both got one of each.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas off of the 3 for me menu-- came with soft drink, starter (chips and salsa or side salad) and the entree.

Chilis as a chain restaurant is a great value and their food is pretty consistent quality. Their happy hour menu has a good variety of options for drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This specific location is very clean and all the wait staff was working hard while we were there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I recommend during peak times to use the Yelp waitlist option to help decrease your wait time for a table.

I've always loved Chilli's. Especially as a kid. I'm glad it's still around. Had the traditional Fajitas Trio! Steak, Shrimp and Chicken. What can I say? It was hot, fresh, delicious and came out in a timely manner. I also love they have Coke Zero products. My server was super friendly and nice. He gave me extra tortillas and Guacamole and Sour Cream. Very filling meal. Can't go wrong. Right next door to my hotel. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very friendly and lively crowd tonight.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend Chilli's!

    Worst nachos ever.

Oh Chili's....how I remember you guys were the best back in the early 2000s ....and now how I remember why I haven't been back in over a decade. A friend gave the wife and I a gift card to Chili's knowing that I'm a foodie and I think she secretly hates me. Maybe now she's trying to come out of her shell and prove that she just hates me with her kind gesture. I don't know. Anyway, I didn't want to come back to begin with so we were going to spend the whole $50. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon entering the restaurant we found we entered the to-go area. Because why would you make the main entrance the part that's attached to the parking lot? Why not make the front entrance the part that faces the street and has no signage letting you know?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After about 20 minutes on a Monday night, we were seated. Our server was pleasant and top of things. The wife an I decided to split the "nachos," a burger, and get the 18 count wings because why would you pay $15 for 8 when you could get 16 for $21? Chili's Corporate...fire the guy that decided to make your nachos the way that you do. What a sorry, sad, pile of shit. We opted for the nachos instead of the queso because why not at $1.50 more....you get the same queso with extra right? What a mistake. They do it the way that some other places do it where the "nacho" is an individual bite. These MFers slapped some beans on a chip, melted some cheese on it, then in the middle piled jalapenos, pico, and sour cream in the middle. The description says skillet queso with beef. What I got says otherwise. This is a struggle meal that you would make with random left over crap you have in your fridge that you just throw together and microwave. Salsa for your nachos? Nah, I had to use tabasco sauce. What a joke. The burger was well done. Like really well done. Basically dark brown/gray all the way through. Wife chose the just bacon burger. Bacon was the type you see in the store that is premade and you just throw in the microwave. You know, like the kind you would get in a breakfast sandwich at McDonald's or Jack in the Box. Wings were over cooked. Super dry. They were crispy because what I think actually happens is that they double fry them....but do they fry them once until completely done, throw them in the fridge, then fry them again when an order is up? Maybe. That's the texture that I got. Like I was eating a nicely re-heated air fried leftover wing. Except they were over done to begin with so they were dry as hell. Also how are sriracha honey wings yellow? My wife said they taste more like a spicy orange chicken. Perfect description. More honey, less sriracha, Nashville Hot is I think mayonnaise is spicy hot. Had an ok flavor. I hate establishments that claim Nashville Hot when it's just Nashville spiced. Also instead of tossing the wings, they pour the sauce on top of them....so that they're not evenly coated. Lazy. It's no wonder that these types of establishments are disappearing. Why would people come back?

Whoa! I can't believe I haven't reviewed them after all these years! First off, Chili's is family friendly and easy on the wallet. Who can beat their old Timer cheeseburger w/fries, side all for $10.99? It's a part of their 3 For Me deal. McD's can't beat that.!. The menu is more of American/Mexican with great drinks and family friendly food. We've been loyal Chili's customers for EVER, they're far better than Applewhoo down the street, IMO . Recently, I had a mishap where they were suppose to credit my ToGo order. He said it might take a few days. Well, after waiting a week and still not reimbursed, I called. The manager, Todd, took excellent care of me and apologized. I was taken aback because it wasn't Todd's fault but he made sure I was satisfied. Plus, my credit card was reimbursed that day. We are fans and will definitely continue to support them.

Food was good and service was great as usual. However we did order the watermelon martini which would we not order again, martini looked cute but was mainly syrup when drank. Corn on the cob was star of the show

Our second time in this location and we always go on a friday night after work so ofcourse they are packed & wait time was 30-40 mins tops but nevertheless both our visits has always been phenomenal. My husband & I ordered sirloin steak with 3 different dips & chips, cajun pasta & ribeye steak which is perfection. Our host was very attentive, always made sure that the iced tea is refilled , forgot his name but he is the very tall guy, so tall that i asked how tall he was and he said he was 6'6. More power and we will be coming back for more date nights!

Bold flavors, expert preparation, pretty on the plate and generous portions. Bambie had the 1/2 chicken fried southern style. Crispy ouside, soft and moist inside. Side of mash potatoes, side of perfectly sauteed carrot slices. I had a cesar salad. Fresh, crisp, again a big portion. The dressing was a perfect balance of creamy, piquant and a tad peppery. The croutons were crisp and flavorful. Best Ceasar salad that I've had in years. My main dish was the pork carnitas tacos. Topped with heaping mounds of shredded cabbage. Creamy sauce on the cabbage. A side of mild-ish chipotle salsa served on the side to pour on the carnitas. The tacos were so big that they were almost too unwieldly to hold. But I persevered and gobbled them like there is no tomorrow. Satisfying. A big hungry guy will be perfectly happy after polishing off the plate. Wine selection is small but has the usual good suspects in the reasonable price range. Mostly California wines. I live 2 miles from this place. Tonight was my first visit. Oh yeah I'll be a frequent return customer. Highly recommended.

Q1227 easily became one of my favorite dining experiences in Sacramento…read more We started with the lobster bites and broccolini. The lobster bites came with a lemon wedge and their house Thousand Island sauce, and that sauce was incredible. The combination of the crispy lobster, lemon, and sauce worked perfectly together. The broccolini was also seasoned really well and paired nicely with the grilled lemon. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was one of the smoothest I've had. One detail I loved was that they stamped the restaurant's logo into the ice cube. Small touch, but really cool. For my main course, I ordered the Grilled Huli Huli Chicken with a crispy rice cake, pineapple, greens, and a house sauce that completely made the dish. The sweet and tangy flavor paired perfectly with the chicken. Me and my girlfriend also shared the mac and cheese, and honestly, this was one of the best mac and cheeses I've had. It was rich, creamy, well-seasoned, and the breadcrumbs on top added the perfect texture. My girlfriend ordered the braised short rib with garlic mashed potatoes and carrot purée. The short rib was so tender it practically fell apart with a fork. Everything on the plate was delicious. One thing that surprised me was the portion sizes. Everything was very filling, and we ended up taking some food home. By the time dessert came around, we were already pretty full, but there was no way we were skipping it. To finish the night, we shared the Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and strawberries. It was the perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant was busy and lively, but it never felt crowded. The tables were spaced out really well, so my girlfriend and I could still enjoy our conversation and watch the basketball game. I also appreciated seeing Chef Q and his wife walking around and checking on guests throughout the night. They stopped by tables to see how everyone was enjoying their food, which was a really nice touch. I even had the chance to take a picture with Chef Q before we left, which was super cool. Between the food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, this is easily one of the top restaurants I've been to in Sacramento. Definitely worth a visit.

When we arrived on a Monday, the restaurant wasn't crowded, so we expected attentive service. We were seated, our server came over for drinks, and we let him know we were celebrating my aunt's birthday. This restaurant usually has a nice way of acknowledging birthdays, so we were looking forward to that, but it never happened. We ordered the lobster bites, and they were outstanding as always. My mom, who is allergic to seafood, started feeling a little nauseous from the smell and asked our server for some lemons. He walked away, and we never saw him again. After waiting for quite a while, we asked another server, who brought them over immediately. Our salads and soup were delivered by a food runner, and once again, our server was nowhere to be found. I eventually had to flag down the manager just to have our appetizer and soup plates cleared from the table. Our entrees arrived, the server asked how everything was, and then disappeared again. The next time we saw him was when he dropped off the check. What made it even more frustrating was watching him repeatedly check on, laugh with, and chat with the table behind us while barely acknowledging ours. We completely understand that restaurants get busy and servers can get overwhelmed, but that didn't seem to be the case here. For a $300 dinner for four people at an upscale restaurant, I expected a much higher level of service. The manager did remove our desserts from the bill, and I appreciate that gesture, but I honestly felt more should have been done once it was clear how neglected our table had been. The biggest disappointment is that the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was delicious, which made the lack of service stand out even more. This has always been one of my favorite locations, so I truly hope this was just an off night. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and didn't reflect the level of service I've come to expect from this restaurant.
