My two girlfriends and I ate at this Chili's last night and had such a great experience. It was quite busy but the manager Rory was able to get us into a booth in no time! The service was quick and our waitress was wonderful (I wish I had checked for her name). Food was hot and exactly what we ordered and the restaurant was clean. 10/10 thank you for taking care of us read more

Wow, it's been like 9 years since I last reviewed this Chili's location. I'm here with a couple of my crew for lunch. The inside looked about the same as before. I've been on a Chili's kick lately, really taking advantage of that 3 for me QP burger deal for $10.99. But I was getting a bit tired of getting the same thing, so I saw a YouTube reviews of this Smokehouse Combo deal here at Chili's. The big combo that I was gonna share with a friend, you get choice of 3 main dishes, 2 sides and garlic bread. I get a free drink cause I joined the club thingy. One of the main entrees was the half rack of ribs, so we got two of those and the Chipotle Chicken crispers. They did look pretty good on the You Tube. Then we got 2 of the Roasted Street Corn cobs. That should be enough to feed the two of us. The other crew girl got the Chipotle Fresh Max Bowl. Described as Grilled chicken, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, Mexican rice, corn salsa, house-made guacamole, shredded cheese, tortilla strips, cilantro, drizzled with chipotle pesto & house-made ranch. The big ass platter of BBQ food arrives. Holy moly that's a big platter of food! The two racks were stacked on top of each other next to the Chipotle Chicken Crispers. The street corn looked good and roasted. The garlic bread piece was a bit dinky, but that was the only thing I'd say need a bigger portion. My least fave was the corn cobs, the corn was way over cooked and kinda too soft. The flavor was good though. The most fave were actually the Chicken Crispers with that sauce I liked. The chicken was hot, crisp and moist inside, not like some of the reviews mention hard and dry. The ribs were good for a chain restaurant that doesn't specialize in ribs like a real BBQ rib joint. Cooked well, not very smoky, but a good sauce. This platter combo is actually a good deal if you order 3 half racks, that's 1 1/2 racks of ribs, plus all the sides! But after tasting the food, I might get 3 orders of those Chicken Crispers! Those are boneless and pure meat! The Mexican salad bowl was good the other girl said, as she was eyeing the big BBQ platter! I used the tablet thingy at the table to get my member discount and pay for the food, no prob, went right through. Emailed the receipt to me and we outta here! I'll get this BBQ combo platter again! read more

My girls wanted to eat here because they wanted the Tripple dipper. We arrived at 2:27 pm. We were seated right away. We waited about 15 minutes without a greeting from the server...no drink order...nothing. People were seated at least 5 minutes after us...the waitress walked passed us said she would be right with us... No woman...you absolutely will not... You are dreaming if you think I will play your game and wait on you...there is no way... I told my girls we are leaving...I got up and walked out...the utter disregard My daughter saw the waitress and the host laughing it up...the host walked by us 3 times..of course he would not look me in the eye...its ok...I promise you...I told the Lord the way we were treated...they will get paid back by Him. We left...went to Sunrise. We were seated right away...drink order came right away...food out in less than 15 minutes...absolutely delicious...my waiter was sooo kind and amazing. He will enjoy his 30 percent tip...He deserved it... I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN...TERRIBLE... ONE CUSTOMER WHILE I WAS THERE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER...THERE IS DEFINITELY CHARACTER FLAWS... PLEASE GO SEE MY REVIEW ON SUNRISE LICATION..THEY WERE AMAZING...THANK YOU LORD. read more

Terrible experience in Folsom. No chocolate shakes available, my chicken Nachos were almost inedible (way too salty salty), husband's margarita was weak (little tequila), noisy toddlers allowed to ruin the evening in our part of the restaurant. we won't return!!!!!!!! read more

We came on a weekday for lunch & were seated by a disinterested hostess. It was fairly busy. Music was loud & TVs with sports were on. We sat in a booth by the large windows. Our server was good, friendly, & informative, but had lots of guests to attend to. Once we got our food, we didn't really see much more of her & paid via the electronic device on the table. Our order-- 3 For Me with The Big Smasher Burger & salad, 1/2 tea & 1/2 lemonade 3 For Me with The Big QP Burger (plus an extra patty), chips & salsa, soda Pepper Pals (kids meal) Cheeseburger Bites with Fries, strawberry lemonade The salad was fresh, cold, & came in a chilled bowl, but it's a pet peeve that some of the leaves were hanging out over the side of the bowl. The okay chips were thin & crispy, a large portion, & bottomless. However, the watery & bland salsa brought nothing to the party. The fries were great--potatoey inside with a crisp outside. The ranch dipper was tasty. My Big Smasher looked better than it tasted. It was big & beefy, bun was good, but it was light on sauce, so there wasn't a lot of added flavor. Though I could see the cheesiness, it didn't register as tasting that cheesy. The pickles were super limp. I used my ranch dipper for more flavor. The other burgers were eaten contentedly by my family. I thought the kids' cheeseburger could have used more cheese. Our drinks were good & refreshing. The only service issue we had was that The Big QP came out with non-meat patties instead of regular beef patties. It was caught by our server right away & quickly corrected. Overall, an okay experience & pretty good meal for a good deal. If I came back, I would make some tweaks to our selections. I give a 3.5. read more

Son and grandson split a full rack of ribs, side of Mac and fries. They also ordered side salads that were fairly large. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. Which I enjoyed however spicer than I expected. Ambiance was what was expected. read more

Update from over 11 years ago. Chili's has changed for the better! It's giving the people what they want. Affordable, filling meals that satisfy a hungry crowd. The service is much better, the drink refills are quick, and the food is fantastic. If you want a No Frills meal at a reasonable price, this is the place for you! We got chips and salsa, I got a salad. Then meals of Big Spicy chicken sandwich and a burger and fries. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah the drinks come with the meal. The one good thing about this Chili's is the employees! Greeters and our waitress Violet were well above average! Food was awful. My son's mac and cheese had a hair in it and his chicken was inedible. My quesadilla salad was ok except the quesadilla tasted rancid! The kitchen and service area has garbage laying all over which speaks volumes about the cleanliness. read more

Chilis is always a go to spot, especially for margaritas!! I got the dragon berry margarita which is the July special. It was very tasty. For dinner, I always get shrimp fajitas. They're always so good and consistent which I love. My husband gets the fajitas trio and enjoys that as well. Service is always great, we have never had bad service at this location. We will absolutely be stopping in again soon! read more

Stopped by with some friends for a lunch on a Sunday. It was super busy, but we did not have to wait to be seated. I ordered the monthly margarita and the chicken crispers combo. The chicken was by far the best part of the meal and the fries and ranch were both pretty standard. Our server forgot lots of our group's order and ended up having to come back for some things, but I understand it was pretty busy. Restaurant was super loud and packed. Pretty standard Chili's experience! read more

BE AWARE that Chilis West Roseville is now enforcing their 5 minute page policy where you have ONLY 5 minutes to check in at the podium AFTER you are paged, or you IMMEDIATELY go to the BOTTOM of the list! Unfortunately there is NO sign posted for this policy. Also BE AWARE that the outdoor speakers DO NOT page people, they ONLY play music. We witnessed two parties make this mistake and be booted to the back of the 35 minute line. They were NOT happy. Chilis Corporate MUST fix this before conflicts escalate! Tonight was busy with a 40 minute wait, even after early check in with the app. We received the BEST service ever at Chilis tonight from Jacob, the manager, and two servers, after we let them know about the issues above. This is now the only Chilis left in the area. The El Nino Margarita and the Coconut Margarita and the IBC Root Beer are excellent drink options. Their skillet queso is heavy food but a good appetizer. They now offer Nashville Hot Oil on their Mozzarella Sticks. read more

We tried Chili's again after a year. Well, the chicken and steak fajitas tasted old, stale and basically not very good. The corn tortillas broke in crumbles and rice even tasted old. Oh well, I was hoping for a more positive experience from my last review. But nothing has changed. The food isn't very good anymore. read more

Bad reviews?! Listen, this is a Sacramento area Chili's. If you're expecting anything more, then I probably just wouldn't recommend dining here. I came here for the chips and salsa, baked potato soup, quesadilla salad, a Diet Coke, and I got exactly what I was expecting. The chips were fresh and warm. The food was great, always filling and inexpensive. We spent ~ $35 for the two of us. Here... the service was GREAT. Kevin was our server and he was absolutely wonderful!!! Attentive, quick, funny, friendly, and VERY helpful. As someone who goes to lots of restaurants, I understand that customers can be pretty specific and particular with their dietary restrictions and preferences. I mean, I'm a vegetarian, so I know I'm one of them. Kevin really went above and beyond with our lunch order that afternoon- he really made our day so much better, and we are very thankful for that. This was on top of our food being delicious, btw! Also as far as ambiance goes.. it was very chill and relaxed for a pre-weekend lunch. If you're someone who dunks on Chili's, you are REALLY missing out. I've had nothing but good service, good food, good drinks, and good times at multiple locations around the US. Give it a try! read more

Went to Chili's for a quick lunch with a friend and got there right before noon. We sat in the bar area and were lucky to grab a booth because it filled up fast. We started with the dip trio (guacamole, salsa, queso with chips) to share, and both ordered the chicken tortilla soup. The soup was delicious, but I couldn't help noticing how much smaller the servings are now compared to what I remember it used to come in a big bowl! Still, it hit the spot. Our server was really nice she took our order, chatted with us for a minute, and checked in after our food came. No complaints at all since it was just a quick lunch stop, and everything was tasty. read more

Chilis as a chain restaurant is a great value and their food is pretty consistent quality. Their happy hour menu has a good variety of options for drinks. Oh Chili's....how I remember you guys were the best back in the early 2000s ....and now how I remember why I haven't been back in over a decade. A friend gave the wife and I a gift card to Chili's knowing that I'm a foodie and I think she secretly hates me. Maybe now she's trying to come out of her shell and prove that she just hates me with her kind gesture. I don't know. Anyway, I didn't want to come back to begin with so we were going to spend the whole $50. Upon entering the restaurant we found we entered the to-go area. Because why would you make the main entrance the part that's attached to the parking lot? Why not make the front entrance the part that faces the street and has no signage letting you know? After about 20 minutes on a Monday night, we were seated. Our server was pleasant and top of things. The wife an I decided to split the "nachos," a burger, and get the 18 count wings because why would you pay $15 for 8 when you could get 16 for $21? Chili's Corporate...fire the guy that decided to make your nachos the way that you do. What a sorry, sad, pile of shit. We opted for the nachos instead of the queso because why not at $1.50 more....you get the same queso with extra right? What a mistake. They do it the way that some other places do it where the "nacho" is an individual bite. These MFers slapped some beans on a chip, melted some cheese on it, then in the middle piled jalapenos, pico, and sour cream in the middle. The description says skillet queso with beef. What I got says otherwise. This is a struggle meal that you would make with random left over crap you have in your fridge that you just throw together and microwave. Salsa for your nachos? Nah, I had to use tabasco sauce. What a joke. The burger was well done. Like really well done. Basically dark brown/gray all the way through. Wife chose the just bacon burger. Bacon was the type you see in the store that is premade and you just throw in the microwave. You know, like the kind you would get in a breakfast sandwich at McDonald's or Jack in the Box. Wings were over cooked. Super dry. They were crispy because what I think actually happens is that they double fry them....but do they fry them once until completely done, throw them in the fridge, then fry them again when an order is up? Maybe. That's the texture that I got. Like I was eating a nicely re-heated air fried leftover wing. Except they were over done to begin with so they were dry as hell. Also how are sriracha honey wings yellow? My wife said they taste more like a spicy orange chicken. Perfect description. More honey, less sriracha, Nashville Hot is I think mayonnaise is spicy hot. Had an ok flavor. I hate establishments that claim Nashville Hot when it's just Nashville spiced. Also instead of tossing the wings, they pour the sauce on top of them....so that they're not evenly coated. Lazy. It's no wonder that these types of establishments are disappearing. Why would people come back? read more

Whoa! I can't believe I haven't reviewed them after all these years! First off, Chili's is family friendly and easy on the wallet. Who can beat their old Timer cheeseburger w/fries, side all for $10.99? It's a part of their 3 For Me deal. McD's can't beat that.!. The menu is more of American/Mexican with great drinks and family friendly food. We've been loyal Chili's customers for EVER, they're far better than Applewhoo down the street, IMO . Recently, I had a mishap where they were suppose to credit my ToGo order. He said it might take a few days. Well, after waiting a week and still not reimbursed, I called. The manager, Todd, took excellent care of me and apologized. I was taken aback because it wasn't Todd's fault but he made sure I was satisfied. Plus, my credit card was reimbursed that day. We are fans and will definitely continue to support them. read more

Good value food. Food is yummy. I love the 3 for me deals. Comes with drink, app and entree. And my can add a dresser for less.

Walked in and was told of a 25 minute wait. Then I only waited less than 10 to be seated, and another 10 for food. My chicken crispers were excellent, as was the salad. Sadly, chilis discontinued the Caesar salad, but a ranch salad makes for an equally good replacement. My chicken crispers and fries were both hot and both seasoned. My waiter was also very attentive, always checking in on my experience and refilling my drink before I had to ask. Overall, it was one of my best experiences at any Chilis to date. read more

Chili's is about everything you'd expect from a chain sit down restaurant. Fast paced, mid range pricing, minimal service interaction. Our food was not bad. We ordered the beef queso skillet, and two triple dippers with varying items. The beef skillet was very good, but the chip to dip ratio was a little off and we were left with lots of extra chips, which were still delicious on their own. The triple dippers took quite a while, but they were still warm at least when they came out. The mozzarella sticks were my absolute favorite thing on the platter. The BBQ boneless wings were quite good as well, but somewhat dry. Everything else was about average, but still enjoyable. We got our desserts to go, and the Reese's cheesecake was very tasty, just extremely sweet (as expected). Overall the experience at chili's was good, but fairly average. Three stars is exactly how I would describe the experience, and for a fun family/friend gathering I would do it again read more

I cannot remember the last time I have been to a Chili's. At least since before the pandemic. We came because we had a gift card. I did not have any idea what they had on the menu and I was surprised to find a large selection. There is a little bit of everything. I remember that I used to get their fajitas but was also in the mood for pasta so I got the cajun chicken and shrimp pasta for $20.69. Hubs ordered the appetizer trio for $20 and we got the bottomless chips n salsa with Queso for $11. It was decently good but not Mmmm MMmmm good. The mozzarella sticks were better than most. Our meal with one non alcoholic drink plus tip came to $65. Was it worth all that? Not at all. There are a number of places that would have been more satisfying for less. I think I would rather just do appetizers next time. Service was fair to good. No real complaints. Solid 4 stars. read more
