Had to send back a plate of fajitas because they were old/ cooked earlier and left out. The table was sticky and dirty when we were seated the condition of the menus was atrocious. After finishing our meals 2 out of 3 people in my party had uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting. I would not recommend this place unless you want to get sick. This is not the same chillis it was in the late 90's/ early 2000's it's really gone to shit over Update: the phone number provided in the response to my complaint is not taking calls. This place use to be our favorite chili's, but we stopped coming here several months ago, because every time we came, it was always such a horrible experience. Last night, we decided to attempt this location again. So horrible, they were tripling the wait time(yes I understand things run a little slower due to covid), but this was HORRIBLE! At one point, there were over 20 tables open(yes I counted), and they were telling people the wait was 45min to a hour wait, when the restaurant and parking lot were almost empty, it was 10pm at night. The place was disgusting(see attached pictures). Everything was so chaotic, and you would think it would be running a little more smoothly, considering a lot of the staff, have worked there for a long time. Been coming to this location for a long time. Tonight was worst experience, food took forever get to the table and when I did the runner gave to wrong table. They still gave us the food even after putting on a wrong table. I sent my pregnant wife food back and they still couldn't even get the order correct. At the end we asked to split the check ( which we told her in the beginning we wanted too). She had was having trouble splitting the check and blamed it on "technology". I go to this Chilis 4 times a week! and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. The manager consists of a lack of ethics and professionalism. I ordered a 3 by 10 dresser for my son and used a reward I had and they didn't accept it just because I had 6oz Steak. Stopped in with my colleague as we were hungry after our client meeting. We grabbed a seat in the bar area at a high top. We were given some chips & salsa which my colleague was surprised as he is a frequent Chilli's visitor and he never gets chips & salsa. Maybe it happened because I was there...lol. I came here last night with a group of 8 people. I've never been a fan of Chili's, but I thought I might as well give it another shot. I looked through the menu for what felt like an eternity... I kept flipping back and forth trying to find something that sounded remotely appetizing and wasn't deep fried. The person next to me had the exact same problem. She ordered the chicken caesar salad, while I opted for the 8 oz. sirloin and corn on the cob. Everyone else ordered something fried (and fried foods make up 90% of the menu). Once my steak came out, I didn't even have to take a bite to realize it was going to be one very bad meal. The meat looked like a slab of very dry beef jerky, and had the consistency of shoe leather. I managed to cut (no, saw) some of it, but only choked down a few pieces before just giving up on it. I turned to my corn on the cob, and asked for some butter. The waiter brings me a small container of clear-looking liquid that appeared to be vegetable oil. I asked him if he had any non-melted butter, and he said this was all they had. So I poured the "butter" on and ate it, but I'm pretty sure I don't want to know what it actually was. The only thing that made this meal somewhat decent was the company, since we had a good time talking. But it's a bad sign when I leave a restaurant hungry. read more

I come to this Chilis quite often, the service is OK... And I always order the same thing off of the menu. For being a customer who goes to Chili's anywhere between 1 to 2 times a week I received in my email that I would be able to get a free appetizer with either my dine in or to go order. Not realizing that I had to order an entrée with it, I still ordered a few things off of their menu... Once I went to pick up the food they did not honor the free appetizer and threw the food away... I was just there yesterday with two friends and we spent $95...I wish I would've seen the email at that time. I know it's no fault of anyone's but to waste food like that and just throw it out (because I asked if they were going to) I think is a little bit ridiculous rather than honoring it for a loyal customer. The last time I was here, I had some kind of chicken pasta and I was underwhelmed with the flavor. This time I decided to get the rubbed ribs and I was not disappointed. My fries were well seasoned and my ribs were fall off the bone good. Even the sauce was good. I would definitely reccommend them. The overall look and feel of the restaurant is casual and on my visits, it has always been clean, which I appreciate. They added a little tablet-like device which allows you to reorder drinks and pay your bill all at the table which is great. Not paying together? You can split the bill. I used to think of Chili's as a restaurant that I should just pass on by but I may be changing my mind. I may not go out of my way to dine there but I can see myself stopping by every now and again, especially if the ribs are consistently delicious. read more

Ok yall, I need to guys to pay attention when going off of the percentages for tipping on your bill. We just went to Chili's for a nice family lunch and they tried to get us on the tip. Our total was $89.08, for all of us. Brad and I always leave 20% tip or better as long as pur service is good. Well, I went to leave a 20% tip on our bill and the machine told me $20.30 was 20% of an $89.08 bill. I know 20% on a $100 bill is $20. Not to mention, my husband and I ordered drinks, and the cups our drinks were in were dirty. The shaker we were given literally had hard food encrusted on / in it. PAY ATTENTION!!! read more

I wanted to come to Chili's on my birthday. Big mistake. Over an hour wait. Our server was great, got our orders down just right. My dad made sure to tell him no spicy stuff in his food, as he has a health condition that does not allow him to eat spicy foods. When the server brought the food, it was spicy so we had to have him take it back to the kitchen. He brought a new plate, and said it was not spicy, and somehow it managed to be twice as hot as before. My dad ended up getting something completely different. Honestly, for all that we waited and all of the times we had to re-order the food, not necessarily worth it. The server really was amazing though, he worked with us to solve the issue. read more

Wow! Chili's in Plantation! The restaurant where the servers yell at you and treat you like shit! My family and I- party of 9 just went to Chili's and the waitress was probably the most unprofessional server we have ever met in the service industry! We ordered a skillet queso appetizer and they brought it out without plates or the chips! We waited about 10-15 minutes and no chips. The waitress was at a nearby table and I raised my hand and said, "Excuse me." The waitress walked up to our table with eyes glaring. I said, "Can you please bring the chips?" The woman then yelled, "My name is CAT and my runner will bring you the food!!!!!" My party and I were all In shock! We quickly got up and left our drinks. The manager came running out and tried to fix things but really- who in their right mind would spend money in an establishment that treats you like trash???? And on top of all this, my sister in law told me in the car that she had removed the kiosk from the table where we had our children sitting and put it at another table as the kids would not share with each other. Came here for dinner on a Wednesday night and it was quite busy. But we were seated right away and our food came out quickly. I ordered the 6oz sirloin with grilled avocados and it also came with the fresco side salad which was overdressed in my opinion but still very enjoyable. My friend got the salmon dish from the 600 calories and below section of the menu and it was good too. Both dishes were supposedly under 600 calories. We wanted to pig out on dessert as well thus choosing something on the lighter side for entree. For dessert we shared the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Very sweet but very good. I came here last night 10/8/22 And I was waiting too be seated for 10 minutes ! After that 10 minutes 4 people stared at us (the manager and 3 crew members) looked at us smiled and kept it pushing and did not seat us yet (they didn't even acknowledge us that somebody will be with you in one second) After that one of the crew members stayed back she had blonde hair with pink highlights stared at us with a blank stare and then I asked her if I had to seat myself ? Not a bad place for lunch. The location never gets too crowded. We go here for lunch with my co-workers, so we know the servers and they know us. Be sure to ask for customization, to replace your stale chips, and ask for extra service if you are picky when it comes to service, they will work with you. The manager will gladly come out to address your concerns. I actually like Chilli's menu and choices. It gives you enough options, for any taste. Dont expect above and beyond from anyone at this location, this is perhaps due to their internal culture at the restaurant. read more

I was a little upset because Chili's recently changed their menu and got rid of my favorite dish...the margarita chicken bowl (I get it without chicken to make it plantbased) but they didn't have it. The waitress though was helpful and suggested the chipotle chicken bowl without the chicken and it was good but was too spicy for my taste (I don't really like spicy). The side salad was very good with the balsamic vinaigrette on top! Suggestion to Chili's: update the allergen menu that's on the kiosk, it's very helpful. read more

I was kind of disappointed with my lunch today. I've been going to Chili's for over 15 years and this was my most unpleasant visit. To be clear the service was GREAT, the food however was not. The fries my friend got with her chicken sandwich were cold and were replaced with fresh ones. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and the chicken was so dry and not tossed in the buffalo sauce like it usually is. I was so hungry I didn't want to send it back but I'm sure If I had brought it to our waitresses attention it would have been fixed. We haven't been here since before pandemic and last night we decided to order pick up. We called the order in because the wait time listed said 25 to 30 minutes. The young lady who took our order was kind and patience with us and took.our order read it back and we were good. When we arrived we park at the "to go" designated parking and a big strappy young man walked out to ask us our name and said he'll be right back. He returned with our food popping got and was extremely professional asked us how we all are doing and processed my husband credit card and off we went heading home. Once we were at the table unpacking dinner which I was thinking....oh it's just Chilli's....nothing special. We open our container and the deliciousness started running up our nose and still thinking.....it's just Chilli's. We ordered 2 fajitas diner and chilli hamburger. The chicken fajita and the combo (steak, chicken and shrimp). As I opened to see the presentation my mouth stared salivating. It was so gorgeous and as I peeled back the meat to see the veggies it was deliciousness everywhere. It was cooked to perfection. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I hurried to fix my fajitas and WOW I ate so fast I forgot to take pictures and when I thought of pictures there were only straps remaining. The same for the tender, moist delicious chicken and burger. OMG! This was such a beautiful and enjoyable dinner we've had in a very long time. Very impressive to be a very affordable and what some may say common chained restaurant. They have change the game at this restaurant and we can't wait to go back. Manager didn't even comp anything. Ribs were dried out and tasted like old reheated ribs. The quesadilla was dried out and nasty. The fries were even old and dry tasting. I've came to this Chili's location before but this time around was different. I called around 9:20pm to make an order for curbside pickup. Arrived at maybe 9:45pm, I went inside paid for my food and when I checked the food it was a long strand of hair in my Pasta. I returned inside to show the front desk and they said they'll get it fixed. while I was waiting inside I noticed workers coming from the back with no hair nets. I waited a good 10-15 mins and when they came back with my supposed to be fixed plate I noticed it was not even hot it was warm, which had me thinking did they ever fix it or did they jus take that piece of hair out and gave it right back. It was already late and I was hungry so I kept it pushing. That was a big mistake because when I got home I kept coming across some pieces of burnt black bits while I was eating, then I noticed this weird strand looked like potato skin, some of the shrimp still even had the skin on them so I just threw the rest away I had enough surprises. Please note that my review is based entirely on the "to go" service. My office is around the corner from this location and they never fail to deliver. I have entered orders at the last minute on multiple occasions prior to their opening hours and they have always had everything ready ON TIME. The presentation is always on point and the food is absolutely delicious. We have a very picky bunch in our office so when they ask where we catered the day's lunch and hear "Chili's" they are all pleasantly surprised. Our top picks are the shrimp and chicken pasta, the sliders (which are absolutely amazing) and the corn. I will be sure to update my review with photos of our food the next time we order from them, which will no doubt be soon. Keep up the great work! read more

White meat chicken breast seasoned deliciously rolled in corn tortillas with cheese and covered in the sauces with cilantro rice and choice of beans. Bean choices; pinto or black. We both got black and these were fantastic! Tender, seasoned and made with tlc! The rice was fluffy with the delicious cilantro all stirred through. They hit the mark with this for sure! Wowzers! I hate to give a restaurant one star, but because of the horrible service that we received at this location I have to. Our server Daria was so rude. From the moment she came to take our order it was like it was an inconvenience that we were seated in her section. Asked for creamer for the coffee and she literally gave 1 creamer .. we had to go to the bar ourselves to actually get more because she never came back with more. The plate was dirty and when it was brought to her attention she said it's not dirty it's just a stain.. proceeds to scratch the dirt off with her finger and says "oh" and flings the plate on the counter behind her.... this horrible service continues through the end of our meal... finally get the bill to pay and she never brings back my change.. I have been coming to this Chili's since I was dating my now ex husband. This place is great! I love the food and the experience is always great. I came here for my daughter's birthday, my birthday, to celebrate good news, for burgers, for ribs, etc etc. I was here this past Wednesday, June 20th. I went in to order take out. There was a guy at the bar who said he would be back to take my order. He was serving bar patrons and he walked away. I started to think that he would not return when a black guy with long locks greeted me with a smile. He said he would take my order. He asked if I wanted to stay there or go to the take out area out back. I said yeah the take out area because it was quite noisy at the bar with some games or something on the tvs. I did not get his name but he took my order and was quick about bringing it to me. He brought out two containers and I figured he was bringing out someone else's order as well but no. He said, I put the fries in one containers and the ribs in the other! I loved this because I do not like my fries and ribs to touch lol! He opened the container and showed me the food. Yummy! He cashed me out and wished me a good night. I don't know his name but I thank him for his fantastic customer service and taking my order quickly and not just leaving me standing there. In all of the nearly 20 years that I have been coming here, I have had one or two not great encounters but the manager would fix it but the food is always great (knock on wood lol) and this guy, whoever he was, continues with making a great experience at Chili's in Plantation! Normally enjoy eating at chili's but this past experience made me never want to eat there again. Ordered the Ancho Salmon... big mistake. I've been sick for 3 days. First night was throwing up for 6 hours and still it's very hard to keep anything down. Not the first time I've gotten food poisoning from this chili's either. Had undercooked chicken tenders a few years ago which gave me a similar effect but nothing like this. I've never been food sick like this before. Very disappointed since I've hear a lot of my peers have been getting sick from this chili's as well. They really need to get better cooking staff or fix whatever else is causing these issues. Like the previous poster, I'm not particularly pleased with the disproportionate selection of deep fried foods that Chili's offers. However, I am a huge fan of their 2-for-1's, and after 3 Long Islands, I would probably eat whatever they put in front of me. As far as appetizers go, their skillet queso is absolutely incredible. On account of the aforementioned drinks, I'm not exactly sure what I got as a meal, but it was some sort of spicy sandwich that interfered with me drinking more Long Islands because they tasted gross together, but I'm sure it'd be fine on its own. This Chili's is also great because they will sing really loud and embarrassing if it's somebody's birthday, which indeed it was. The birthday boy looked absolutely mortified throughout the singing, so I consider it a complete success. Not a big fan of Chili's in general, but I have no complaints about this location. read more
