I hadn't even thought to go to Chili's in years but seeing how this one is close to home my husband and I decided to try it again. We weren't disappointed, we split a rack of ribs that were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. My husband ate the sides of fries and macaroni and cheese and loved them both. We were seated at a booth in the bar area and we were comfortable and could carry on conversation without the TV's being too loud. Great service, comfortable environment and good food. For the ones that don't enjoy chain restaurants they don't have to go, I love chain restaurants because I like the consistency of knowing what I'm going to get. Had a quick bite at Chilis with my daughters. We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger, the big smasher burger, chicken tenders and the mozzarella sticks. The mushroom Swiss burger was greasy as a burger should be and very delicious. The mozzarella sticks were huge. I ordered the 6 count but between us girls we only eat 3. They were delicious as well. My daughter ordered the big smasher burger, she had no bun as she is gluten free. Her fries were a bit over cooked and a darker brown than my fries. The ranch sauce for dipping was amazing. Chicken tenders were normal and a side of Mac n cheese which my daughter loved. And for dessert the peanut butter pie which was very rich. The ambiance was a typical sports bar atmosphere and was packed at 7 pm on a Wednesday night. The server was friendly and attentive. It's an okay Chili's' couldn't quite give them a 3 though. It's a typical experience for a Chili's. Not big fans of chain restaurants and we had not been to a Chili's in years. But we were in a hurry and being from Vistancia where there are not may options we decided to come to this area for the multiple options available. Thought we'd give this Chili's a shot, but it was, again, a typical Chili's experience and given all the other great 'local' restaurants in the area we should not have gone elsewhere. Food was average to below average, not particularly fresh looking and rather bland tasting. We like sitting at the bar and while they have a large and nicely laid out bar area, the staff doesn't seem to be 'into it' when it came to their job and CX offered. So the combination of average to below average food taste and a staff that definitely doesn't offer much, they are not necessarily a one, but certainly not a three. read more

Ambiance was great, not very noisy and the place looked clean. It was not full I felt it was about half full and the service was on point. Food came out nice and hot so I can tell they brought it right out as it was prepared. My lovely bride and I visited Chili's on Happy Valley Road this weekend. We have not been in quite a while. Years probably. We were there during the Saturday lunch rush and have to say that the service was pretty amazing. Very impressed. We must have saw 3 or 4 different people taking care of us. Barbara the bartender was amazing and tentative. The manager was visible on the floor offering assistance. We shared the trip appetizer with Southwest Egg rolls (love these), the Burger Bites (were very tasty!) and the Fried Mozzarella Cheese (cooked perfect and delicious). We also did the bottomless Chips and Salsa, and we both really liked their chips. Surprisingly, the Salsa wasn't bad either, considering how simple it was. (I am the Salsaking of Arizona, so I would know). We signed up for the rewards club and will definitely be back!! Thanks for a great experience Chili's team!! read more

Reasonable value for decent food. The chips for the salsa seem to be very salty and the salsa dip is not that good. They do have a pretty good deal on the 3 for 3 menu. Brings the value equation way up. Had a burger, the old timers double. It's a good sized burger! Often doubler burgers these days are really a single split in two. Not here. It's a hefty chunk of meat. Not bad either. Fries are pretty ho hum. Service is nothing outstanding, but I've certainly had worse. Seating is alright, again, nothing horrible, but nothing to rave about. I find the booths to be too wide in the seating and too narrow in the table. Perfect if you have a huge belly, but less comfortable otherwise. Bit gap from seat to table. If you're looking for a reasonably priced meal and not too fussy about how good it tastes and adequate service is fine, this is your place. read more

I've got to keep it real here. I'm typically not a huge fan of Chili's and usually will chose other options. Service and food in the past at other locations is sub par at best. This weekend we decided to give it a try after a less than stellar day. We opted for open seating in the bar. Our server came over instantly to greet us and share some menu items she enjoys. We ordered a few drinks and an appetizer while we looked over the menu. We decided on the chipotle pasta as well as the chipotle chicken bowl, but I took the servers advice and swapped the chicken for salmon. Our appetizer of the three dip trio came out and was so tasty. It definitely hit the spot to tide us over until our meals came. Our server checked on us regularly and had such a great personality. I'm so bummed I can't remember her name. Our food came out hot and played well. The pasta sauce was perfect and not dried out and over cooked. It had great flavor. My salmon bowl was fantastic. My serve was correct. I went to Chili's with my wife on Happy Valley Road this Saturday for dinner. We had not dined at a Chili's for about 2 years because we felt that there were better restaurants for about the same price. We decided to give it a try once more and ended up regretting it. I had the triple dipper, which is a meal consisting of 3 different appetizers. My wife had the chicken, bacon, ranch quesadilla. It ended up being one of the worst meals that I can ever remember trying to eat at a restaurant. The food was cold, and it seemed like it had been sitting for a while before it was served. I tried a few bites but didn't want to eat any more. The overall quality of the food and preparation seemed very low. Same for my wife. She had 8 sections of quesadilla and only ate 1 section. As I was trying to pay at the card reader at the table the server noticed that we didn't eat our food and asked if we liked it. I said no. She advised me not to pay and that she would talk with her manager. She came back and offered us a free scoop of ice cream. The manager didn't come to our table to see what was wrong. Sure times have changed, but we were disappointed to see that the two for 25$ or 35$ was gone and that the chips and salsa are no longer free. The baked potato soup was hot and good enough with chunks of potatoes and bacon, while the tex mex bowl had lots of good Ingredients. You had chicken, two salsas, rice, lettuce and other items. I want to start off by saying a big THANK YOU to our server, Shannon, who was also the bartender and yet not one time did I have to ask for a refill on my iced-tea. It arrived the minute my current glass had an inch-ish left. You can pass on the chips and salsa, the chips are cold and greasy, which makes them chewy. That said the 3 for $10 menu is perfect!! My husband got the bacon burger, which was real hamburger (see picture) with a soft bun, and it included fries and his option choices of chili and a beverage. I had the 3 for $10; my choices were the iced-tea (fresh) the loaded baked potato soup (forgot to take picture before I scrambled the toppings all into it), and their regular crispy chicken strips that were perfect and came with fries and corn. First time trying Chili's (we don't have them in LA), and to say the least, it was quite disappointing. Like a mimic of Denny's, but a Dollar Tree version. We ordered the Triple Dipper for an appetizer, Classic 10oz Sirloin Steak, the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich, and two Bloody Marys. The highlight of the almost-$100 meal was the Bloody Marys. First and foremost, I've never had such a terrible post-meal experience as last night. I woke up four different times during the night because I was so dehydrated and needed to drink water. I drink almost four liters of water a day, and yet, the food here was so salty that my body instinctively woke itself up because of dehydration. In this case, the correlation was indeed causation. The Triple Dipper: The Southwest Eggrolls were not eggrolls. More like salt-rolls. The mozzarella sticks were actually not too bad, but again, quite salty. The chicken tenders were just generic chicken tenders, but the batter dominated the bites. 4/10. Classic 10oz Sirloin Steak: We asked for medium-rare, and got closer to well done. We didn't ask for a new steak because our server seemed busy (she was very kind!), and we didn't care enough to wait for a new one. Somewhat proper Walmart-quality sirloin, with nicely steamed broccoli. The mashed potatoes were too salty (I mean, look at all the toppings on top). 5/10. Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich: If you're diabetic, avoid this at all costs. You could probably give a pound of salt drenched in buffalo sauce and I would not be able to tell the difference in taste. Chicken-to-batter ratio was worse than Michael Ruffin's performance with the Chicago Bulls. 1/10. Bloody Marys: Standard. The olives were great. 7/10. Our server was very attentive and quick with our order. 10/10 for service! read more

Decided to give them a try in Arizona - they are a mixed bag in our home state. Got the 10.99 special - better than anticipated! Got the chicken sandwich, side salad, and chips and salsa - overall great combo for the price - the only negative: weak salsa, little flavor - basically stewed tomatoes with a little twist. No spice, no garlic, no jalapeños. Still for $11 dollars it was a good deal, wife had a burger and fries - I sampled those and both were fresh, hot in temperature, and tasting good. I'm continuing the link in that message. They said just waiting in the car someone would bring your food. They just asked for the parking lot number. Alright, awesome. I'm waiting in my car.15 minutes later one of the women brought my food and she said "Well next time when you order from Uber eat DoorDash and Grubhub you have to come to pick it up inside the restaurant okay'" I was like "?" How am I supposed to be known? I just got a message and I just continue". She replied again" Next time blah blah blah" looks like she really hates her job. Someone needs to train her very well!
