This is by far the best Chili's in the Tulsa metro area. No other location can compete with them. Been going here for almost 30 years and when we moved to Tulsa we've tried other locations and they just make me sad. Service is excellent here and the food is always so fresh and good. The actual interior could use a little update but it's not too bad. We had so much food at our table it was crazy! We were all pleased with what we ordered and had a great time. read more

The carry out portions are just insulting. I'm over it. They give you like three tablespoons of salsa for your chips. The salad was in a cup used for sauces. One order had like 10 fries in it. read more

Chili's is a favorite lunch spot for me but I'd never been to this one in Owasso. Very impressed with the service we had. I got my normal Oldtimer's Burger with a bowl of Chili and it came with fries. Everything was great. It was such a good value as well. Hard to believe actually in this day of inflation that I could get such a good meal for under $15. Well done Chili's. read more

Such an amazing experience for lunch today staff is so sweet I was able to use my birthday dessert deal as well today cause I forgot to use it around my actual birthday read more

A great meal and service for some weary travelers. Our waitress was bright and cheerful, and was able to get us perfect cocktails and wonderful appetizers. It took us a while to decide on our entrees, but she gave us a few ideas, and they were spot on. This place was spotlessly clean, and actually had working televisions! Great food & killer cocktails! read more

I placed an order on the app while sitting in the parking lot for pick up at this location. I received the text that the order was received, and then I received the text that the order is ready for pick up. When I went inside they couldn't find it. They got the "manager" Jake to look for it and he said he couldn't find it. I showed him my email receipt, the order that was placed today, the text messages, and the notice from Capital One that the payment was deducted from my account. His response was "well we don't have it." When I asked him what we can do about this he said "we don't have it, good night." Absolute. Worst. Customer service. Ever. I will be contacting corporate about this. read more

Kay was her server and was spectacular and did an awesome job. The best chilis in the Oklahoma Tulsa area. Highly recommend this store over all the other others. read more

I haven't eaten at chilis in years and this experience definitely made me want to start coming more often! Food and service was excellent! Also our server Kay was amazing! Food came out quick, always had our drinks filled, and just gave us an amazing experience. 10/10!!! read more

I've eaten at chili's before but have never ordered it to go. Usually every time I order food to go usually the restaurant forgets to read the fine details such as silverware or extra sauce. Not only were the portions massive, the food was timed perfectly and they didn't forget a thing from what I wrote in the notes. Definitely will be ordering again. read more

The food is pretty much always wrong or just thrown together. It's sad because it's also pricey for essentially reheated frozen food. The chicken is so coated in Cajun seasoning you can't even eat it. I just wish they did more quality control. read more

Missed drink orders. Staff is confused and disheveled. Watched several orders get lost and misrouted. The staff is nice enough, but they are young and inexperienced. Management didn't seem to help. Very expensive for what you get. read more

Typical Chilli's. It's dependable. Typical franchise food. Service is usually good. Food selection is more than enough.

This establishment and the Claremore restaurant are the most poorly run places I've ever seen everyone wants to hang out in the kitchen and not talk to clients especially at the bar area. read more

the food was fine and the service was fine. the thing that bothered me was the servers were sitting in the bar area vaping in front of guests. it was truly disgusting and as someone who really does not appreciate the presence of nicotine, it was really rude not to mention illegal. also to sit in front of guests and think it's okay to vape while they are eating baffles me. The food is not worth sitting in that kind of environment. read more

Where it counts, the entrees were great!! Food tasty. We had chips & salsa for an appetizer, and the salsa was lackluster. My husband had the chicken, steak, and shrimp fajitas and they were excellent! I enjoyed the southwestern shrimp Caesar salad with avocados. I would definitely order again. Good portions of each entree. We were seated immediately, but our drinks/food wait time were terrible at 7:45pm on a Friday night. read more

I had the pick 2 smokehouse and chose chicken crispers and 1/2 order brisket quesadilla. Crispers were very good and hot. Quesadilla was not good at all. Almost NO meat in each piece - very disappointing. Mostly cheese. Hubby got pick 3 and had ribs, sausage and crispers. They were all good. read more

Terrible... floors are filthy, bathrooms are full of urine. 4 tables around us stayed dirty while we ate and were never cleaned off. The guy at the front door was clueless and didn't even identify himself as a greeter or that he worked here because he wore a hoodie. The frys were cold and got our orders wrong... don't waste your time coming here. The chili name has been run down. read more

Was craving a chicken quesadilla and after finding out that Bricktown Brewery was no longer making them, sent the hubby to Chili's. Big mistake! He waited more than 30 minutes for this. Barely a chunk of chicken on the tip of each triangle. Most had none at all! Only a matter of time before Chili's follows Applebee's into the sunset! read more

Food is great. However this particular experience was the absolute worst! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The bartender was gone so long I had to call the restaurant while sitting at the bar, just so we could pay the tab. Seriously?!? Sit at a table and not the bar. Sorry Amanda, but your service was unfriendly and untimely! read more

Service was truly great, but the triple meat fajitas were not. Skimpy on the meat, onions & peppers. Meat flavor wasn't very tasty. Maybe try another dish if you hit this Chili's. read more

If 0 was an option then I wouldn't have left 1 star. There was an excessive amount of peppers on my brisket quesadillas. And on a few slices there was no brisket. Didn't live up to the standard that I dusually have read more

Solid burger, limp fries and greasy fried pickles. The pickles had lots of burnt pieces stuck in the batter almost like the grease doesn't get cleaned out. In contrast, the fries didn't seem "fried" at all! read more

We visited Chili's recently....I had a feeling it wouldn't be stellar since the tables were filthy and sticky. Our waiter seemed to be pretty good aside from forgetting my son's drink-but I get it. I had to send my silverware back because it was dirty. My husband got shrimp tacos. The shrimp was ice cold. My appetizer platter came out cold & the drinks were just ok. I asked how the shrimp was prepared for fear my husband may get sick and the waiter said he couldn't disclose that to me?! We asked for the manager who reluctantly came over to our table over 15 minutes after and said he was remaking the tables food seemingly to avoid answering questions on why out tables food took forever to come out and was cold to boot. We had to take it togo anyway since we had an appointment so it was a bad experience all the way around. Thankfully we have lots of restaurants near us so likely will not be visiting chili's again anytime soon. read more

This Chili's is hit and miss. Great sometimes and really irritating other times. Take a chance I guess...

My husband and I ordered chili's tonight at 5:30... it's 7 pm and we still haven't received our food. We're having to wait over two hours for our food. Absolutely ridiculous and we will not be eating here anymore. read more

I hadn't been to a Chilis in a while so I was interested to see the menu had evolved somewhat with new choices. There is a pretty broad selection of food from Tex-Mex to steaks and more traditional American foods. We ordered burgers. M got the traditional and I ordered the sunrise burger. The sunrise was great. Full of flavor and huge. I especially liked the pickles they put on it. They are different than the run of the mill pickles. A piece of the hamburger broke off and I picked it up and ate it separately. It was really good meat. I'm not a big fan of the fries. Nothing special about them. read more

OMG I LOVE CHILIS!! 1000/10 recommend. Would eat there everyday if I could:) their honey chipotle chicken tenders are to die forrr

Called in an order. Didn't have an order when we got there. Every DoorDash driver in town was allowed to cut in front of people who hadn't been helped. Guy working To Go was super friendly and tried to make it right....the only reason they got any stars. read more

So I am not a chain restaurant fan but this is a leftover from college hangover days. the original chicken crispers are literally a life changers after partying too hard! cheap, fast & the loaded mashed make it totally enough for two snacks. great in house dining as well--never had bad service & chilled mug root beer is read more

This place is pretty much the best of a bad area. If you don't want Applebees, have already had Subway and you hate your body, I guess this place is your best bet. The BBQ Sauce was a little too sweet and altogether mediocre. A companion who had the ribs was unimpressed. Another who had the chicken fajitas said that the were good although a little oily. I had a black bean veggie patty with the Shiner Bock BBQ sauce and the shoestring onion rings on it. The black bean burger was fairly bland ( even for a veggie burger ), there was not enough sauce on the bun, and the sauce wasn't very good to begin with. I would recommend it to anyone I liked. The fries were so salty I think my cholesterol now has high cholesterol. Seriously I wouldn't be surprised if they just brushed some of the salt off the fries to salt the steaks. Regarding the service, we were seated immediately and our drinks were refilled before we had to ask, which I imagine was challenging since we each finished 4 or 5 glasses ( give us a break it was like 105 with humidity). Needless to say I wasn't blown away by this meal, but maybe I'm not a gluten for food punishment. read more

We got our food to go. Normally we don't have any complaints but this visit was subpar. Our food was cold and very greasy. The fries tasted like they had been cooked the day before. The Cajun pasta had so much water in it that the sauce tasted nasty. The chips and salsa were good read more

Not bad but not great. Can't order ala cart from the kids menu which is a real pain. We talked with the manager, and while I feel he had it in his power to allow this, he did not make any concessions for us. So for a 1 year old who doesn't like eating baby food, we had to order a full kids meal...which obviously is way too much food. read more

The food's not bad, the service isn't bad either. The water tasted kinda ick, but that's to be expected in the city I guess. Good shrimp and meat. Good shrimp but they only have two flavor options... Overall a good place to eat. read more

It's not horrible, but it's not awesome either. When I moved to Owasso 10 years ago this was probably the best option in town. With the new competition around it is easy to pass this place up. We went for a late dinner on Saturday. Plenty of room in the dining area. The bar was more packed and seemed to be lively. The place was clean, the servers were nice. The food was just OK. Prices are ok, service is fine. Nothing interesting. I'd go back, but only if it was someone else's decision. read more

Best food and service in Owasso. Very friendly waitstaff and excellent food for an unbeatable price! I will be back!

Pretty good soup and Chili. The hot sauce and chips are great. Get the bottomless soup. That's the best. Service is great and the people are nice. Give them a shot. read more

I used to love Chili's but the last 3 visits have been underwhelming to say the least. The service has gone noticeably downhill, with drinks left unfilled and orders wrong, but the biggest problem is the food. If I order anything with chicken the chicken is almost always under-cooked, not only to the point of being being rubbery and bland but to the point where it raises health concerns for me. Sad to say I won't be back. read more
