Sorry I attacked the food before we could take pics. My son and I both had the 3 for me combos I had the side salad and smash burger! Spot on and everything was perfect. My son had the crispy chicken tenders and a salad as well. Fresh and amazing flavor. We also had the triple dippers app. Again perfectly cooked. Looked amazing and tasted even better . Our server, Kyra was the absolute best. She is a gem and was so fast and sweet. Never needed for a thing. Even with a 10 top in her section. Excellent location. Restaurant is clean and there's plenty of seating and staff, but the staff doesn't seem well prepared. Waiter came and got our drink order and appetizer order as soon as we sat down which was nice. House made guac was delicious and the perfect amount for the chips they offered. I got the 10oz sirloin which came with loaded mashed potato's and broccoli. The steak was warm-ish, broccoli was hot like it just came off the pan, and the mashed potatoes were cold like they just came out of the fridge, not even the cheese was melted. Our waiter was very kind and apologetic and brought out new mashed potatoes which were steaming hot. Also tried the triple dipper with southwest egg rolls, sliders, and mozzarella sticks which all were very tasty and full of flavor. The people sitting around us kept having to raise their hand to catch their servers attention to ask for basic things like refills or even their check after they had waited for quite a while. Went to this location for a girls night out and overall had a good time. like a lot of the other reviews on here mention, it is not the fastest service. but i will say, it's also not super slow. we had a great waitress that made sure we got what we needed, tended to our drinks, and brought out the food as soon as she could. the prices are a bit steep though! for 3 motterzella sticks, it is 10.99!! besides the price and the slowness, the service was great, the atmosphere was great, and the food is always amazing! i would come back but would only get maybe an appetizer and a drink! read more

We just tried to get a table here and somehow could not. Must be very prestigious. My husband and two kids and I came in at 6:25. Tried to approach the host stand and the young man said 10 minute wait. That was it and didn't take names. He had a time set for 10 minutes? Well two more parties came in and he said the same thing. Timer goes off and he approaches the one and only party that was there before us, says he's going to "take a lap" and be back. He seats them and comes back. We look at him and are about to approach when we goes to the people who last walked in and asks how many, that he'll take a lap and be back. At this point we just get up and leave. Chili's is one of those restaurants we frequent, however this was our first visit to this location. I ordered one of my go to menu items, the smokehouse combo, choosing the ribs and chicken crisper. The menu stated that they have changed the style of their ribs and I have to say I'm not a fan of the change. The ribs were dry and not as meaty as I've eaten at Chili's in the past. The chicken crisper were on the tough side. I really miss the street corn also. Our server, who was very friendly and helpful, also was surprised that they no longer offer the corn. Using Door Dash, I ordered Chili's Triple Dipper. What I liked about this dish is that you pick 3 of 15 different appetizers. I selected the Big Mouth Bites which are small hamburgers, the SW Eggrolls, and the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. Everything was still warm. We came here in a Wednesday night and it is my first visit here. Restaurant didn't seem to busy when we entered the building. There was plenty of seating. The restaurant seem open, inviting and clean. Although, the restroom didn't appear to be that clean. We got seated in a booth to the left front of the restaurant. My friend ordered there traditional burger with fries. I had chicken fingers. It took them quite awhile to bring out our orders. Food was okay. Nothing that stands out. Food was average compared to other Chili's experiences. My wife and I ordered ribs and both agreed they were sub par - very dry and lacking in sauces. I had a combo with chicken crispers which tasted/felt like they had been under a warming light for too long. Fries were soggy and lukewarm. Service was below average. 15 minutes before a server arrived at the table and provided way too much personal information for why he was late (a simple "be with you shortly" goes a long ways). He continued to be inattentive for the 50 mins we were seated. The restaurant was dirty. Our table was oily and had crumbs on it - was not adequately wiped down. Floors had accumulated over an hours worth of loose food, wrapper scraps, and other debris. Stale smelling and generally dirty. read more

We have been eating at this location since it opened probably 25 years ago. Their prices are still decent in spite of inflation. The old timer burger hit the spot as always. Chilis has been our favorite stand by for years, when the kiddos were little we needed someplace good, quick, and easy. Chilis is like a McDonald's or a Starbucks you can rely on them for quality service, standards, and solid food. It's always clean and the food is always good. Even 20 years later we still go back to chilis and you know it's still solid food! Our bartender tonight was totally on it and super friendly. Our drinks were chilled cold just the way we like it. But after sitting at the bar for fifteen minutes, having to stop the you g lady with long hair in a ponytail who was behind the bar and asking for a MENU after she came in and out and completely ignored me sitting at the bar. I asked her for a menu, she told me she'd be right with me. Never came back, someone else gave me a menu. After five- seven more minutes I went to the hostess and told her after being completely ignored I'm leaving. Why did I get such bad service? There were other people sitting in the bar are who sat after me, and already had drinks and put in their order. I dare not assume why I was ignored. I just think it's funny to say I went and ate at Chili's. I truly don't know why. They have pretty good food and service. It's just become one of those places that you go either last minute or with a ton of extended family because nobody can agree on anything else.. I truly did used to love Chili's. Chilis has a soft spot in my heart, as it was the usual date night spot for me and my now husband when we were in high school. Still, it's the good food that keeps us coming back as adults. This is one of the few places who has a happy hour that goes until 7 AND includes Friday in their happy hour pricing. Margaritas are 3.99 and a rotating marg of the month is only $5 (and lucky me because right now it's a Patron margarita!). Their chicken enchilada soup is one of my ultimate comfort foods. Their cheese fries are the ultimate guilty pleasure, but you can't go wrong with any of their appetizers. I'm a big fan of the southwest egg rolls because of the avocado ranch they're served with. Great waitress. Unfortunately, the food was ehh. Not great. Had a Swiss Mushroom burger that wasn't great... good at best. My friend had a dry cheese and burger. She likes her hamburger rare and we weren't asked about the doneness of the burger so they were gray inside. She removed the bun and just had the burger and cheese with lots of ketchup. The fries were great. I liked the way they were cut. My second outing here in a couple of months and not happy either time. But, again, the waitress was fabulous! read more
