I've been to this Chilis location several times and it's typically an average experience - not bad, not great just ok. My most recent visit was for my birthday - a party of 6. It was tough for them to accommodate us and only had one cramped table to fit us at - I'm thinking all of the large booths were occupied. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. It was a bit loud in there but it was a Friday night so it was expected. For my meal I ordered the Triple Dipper. I ordered the big mouth bites (bacon cheeseburger sliders - very delicious) , the chipotle honey chicken crispers (very crispy!), and the Nashville hot mozzarella (check out that cheese pull!) This particular visit was for my birthday so they did bring out a sundae and song happy birthday after my friends told them (cue embarrassment ha!) Wowowow all I can say is amazing experience and you get exactly what you expect I've never been to chilis before and my first time was fantastic. Pretty Chilly treatment from Chili's. Kinda awful service & long wait on food. Busy when arrived but sat quickly. Server forgot a drink for bout 20 mins. When asking for it we mentioned our apps too so she ran back to bring em out about 2-3 mins before meals arrived. So our table was packed then. We had ordered 2 salsas & got 2 baskets of chips. Our 2 burger platters got all mixed up.. 1 burger had the other's toppings & their sides were switched too. So at least we got double the sides out of it. I asked for crispy fries & got cold soft fries but wife got hot crispy fries on 2nd attempt. 2 Burgers were good, 3 veggie patties were not the best they ever had. The Chicken enchilada soup was delish. Surprised we all agreed the ice teas were way weak or watered down. Chips were perfect today. Salsa was kinda salty. Great service and prices It had been a long time since I have been to a chili's restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. We came on a Friday during lunch and were seated quickly. They had a great kids menu with pictures so the kids could easily pick out what they wanted to eat. For about $6 kids get a drink, entree and side. Portions were great and the kids loved them. Service was so slow... waited 10 minutes before the server even came to our table...refills were non existent and we waited almost an hour for our food after being told the kitchen messed up our orders and they had to be resent...my order came out wrong and a person in our group of 4 had a semi cold chicken sandwich...I had to go up to the hostess desk to pay our order as our server disappeared. Ok, it's a chili's. I did not get the baby back ribs. I got the "as seen in the internet" famous triple dipper with sliders, southwest egg rolls, and the Nashville hot mozzarella. I was not able to choose my own dips, but okay. I got 2 sides of regular ranch, one avocado ranch. All three tasted exactly the same. Egg rolls were wrapped in something reminiscent of pillsbury croissant dough, filling was a little bland. Sliders were a little musty, clear that it was half a kids burger patty cut in half again. Somehow rare and also burnt. The mozzarella was great, but the cheese felt stiff. Good flavor, kept away from the endless ranch. The only thing more fried than the appetizers was our waitress. She was chill, but clearly smacking the penjamin between orders, which is fine but like, you gotta stay on point. My food came out 10-15 minutes after my friends'. Not the worst chain restaurant experience, far from the best. The artwork and decor needs updated, this felt more craft store than Tex mex. I haven't been to Chili's in maybe 20 years but for some reason, I decided to give it a try today. I walked in and actually ran into the hostess from another restaurant. I frequent often-- she changed jobs and we had great catching up for the next hour and a half. She sat me close to her in the bar section so we could do just that and she wouldn't miss any customers. The menu is absolutely huge. Anything you want from appetizers to dessert and everything in between-- steak, fish, surf and turf, burgers, pasta, salad, appetizers --the list goes on and on. I placed my drink order-- it arrived immediately just as ordered, no ice. I placed my food order which was for their quesadilla explosion salad with chicken breast which is one of their most popular salads and I swear as my name is Dee, that salad came out in minutes was huge well prepared and well presented, and you know you eat with your eyes first --it was fabulous. It was so big I didn't think I could finish it, but I was chatting so much and it was so dee-licious including the dressing that was selected, I ate every bite and I'm going back for more. I was one of the first diners to arrive 11 AM when they opened and for the next hour and a half and more, people just flocked in here for tables of 12 3 4 and six --they were all celebrating something, everybody had a great time the manager was actually working the tables because they were short one person for sure and this isn't his only location. I was just stunned, shocked, amazed, and extremely impressed. And this was just a Thursday, what great things are they gonna do and have over this coming weekend and Mother's Day, next weekend? This is the second time my family and I have chosen to go to Chili's ( son picked it for his choice dinner) Both times they were super packed. This review is only regarding my most recent trip (3/15/2025). We had a decent size party of 8 that wanted to do dinner at 5. We called the restaurants at 1 o'clock clock to try and make reservations or reserve a table or something. The bartender told us they only do first come first serve. When we arrive at the restaurant we are told 40 minutes, however I see a sign that says Phone reserve dining time. I thought they don't have any system. Maybe they should remI've that sign. So regardless we wait. and wait. and wait. the time 40 minutes turned into an hour and a half. I understand they were busy but how about a "sorry for the delay" etc. We sit down at our table and make our food/ drink orders. The drinks took forever coming from the bar and we only had 3 alcoholic beverages the rest was soda or water. As for the food, I think majority of us were happy with the taste, however bringing out the wrong burger, having no utensils on the table, half of us didn't receive our sides or extra condiments til 10 minutes after our meal arrived( our French fries, dipping sauces, cheese/lettuce/ sour cream etc). Lastly, both the male and female restrooms were atrocious. sticky floors, no paper towels only 1 working sick (male) and the smell was horrendous. My wife said the same for the ladies room. This review is not meant to bash our server, I think for the most part she did the best she could do considering she also had the big party of 8 next to us as well. I was in a group of 7 that came in around 5:15pm on 6/10/2026 and we were seated at a table by the entrance. For starters the window sill that was right next to my seat was extremely sticky and caked on with food and markers. The service was also very subpar. The waiter seemed pleasant at first but also seemed like she was just there for a paycheck and not to actually provide adequate service. She was not very accommodating when we were ordering our meals/drinks. I held up the menu and pointed at the guiltless sirloin and said I wanted the 6oz and she proceeded to bring me the wrong meal. My order was suppose to have a side of asparagus and instead it came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The server also came across very "bothered". Many of my party mentioned that you could tell she was "done with us" even though we weren't being very needy or high maintenance. Also I asked for my steak to be medium rare and it came to the table well done. When it came time to checkout I had already paid for my bill and gave her a 20% tip because I feel that is customary. After paying she came back to the table and proceeded to point and order me to give her my dirty plate instead of her walking next to the table to grab it herself. When I went to give her the plate she corrected me in how I was handing it to her. She told me to not give her the plate the way I was, she told me to stack the plates for her prior to handing it to her. Then she came back to the table shortly after that and proceeded to point and gesture a "give me" motion to get us, the guests, to help her clear the table and hand everything to her. Since I had already paid it was too late, but everyone at the table mentioned that we all regretted tipping her at all due to her attitude. We came one other time a few months back and also had a horrible experience with delayed food delivery and poor customer service from another server. After two times of horrible service we will not be returning. To justify my review, my partner not only was a former server in the industry, but he also was a former server at chilis for 3 years and he knows that she was not taught to treat her guests like that. My family and I decided to try Chili's for dinner on January 24th after seeing all the positive reviews on social media. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge mistake. The experience started off well there was no long wait, the service was great, and the food seemed fine. However, as soon as we finished our meal and left, my sons and I began feeling extremely unwell. We were hit with severe stomach pains and just felt miserable. By 11 p.m., things got much worse we were throwing up and couldn't sleep. The following day was no better, and it took us two full days to regain our appetites and start feeling normal again. It was one of the worst cases of food poisoning I've ever experienced. I would not recommend their smash burger to anyone after this ordeal. The food came out way too quickly, which makes me suspect there was mishandling of the meat. I reached out to the store and spoke with the manager, Brian, who promised to make things right with a refund. Unfortunately, that never happened. I've been getting the runaround ever since, with him telling me that the area manager would handle it. I really tried to avoid posting a negative review, hoping they would resolve this, but after being lied to and enduring this horrible experience, I feel compelled to share. This Chili's location has become one of our frequent favorite. We are having dinner about twice a month, mostly on Saturdays since all other restaurants are unacceptable overcrowded and have no tables available. We never had to wait for a table at this Chili's, not because they are not busy, in fact they are extremely busy, especially on weekends, but we prefer to sit at one of the tables in the bar area. We went there for dinner last night, Saturday at around 5 pm, people were waiting outside and inside, it was even hard to make the way through to the hostess, but we got a table in the bar area, like always and were seated immediately. Our waitress was Kelly, and although she had to take care of all 9 tables, she was efficient, friendly and fast. Our orders came out in a very timely manner, extra orders and drink refills - she did not miss a thing. The food was good, like always. We had ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and the smokehouse combo. The atmosphere can be loud at times, but it is not annoying, people are just talking, especially in the bar area. read more

Every time I order from Chills, my order is wrong. If I get fries or chicken, they add vegetables I didn't ask for, and when the meal is supposed to come with two sides, I only get one.
