Service was good to me - my friend's wife thought it was slow at the beginning. Food was good and yummy - also draft beer was large glass and big selection. They also have specialty drinks and canned beer. I had a Guinness. The salad was nice I ate all the chicken and apples - the vinaigrette was good! Not too tangy - potato skins were hot but in a good way! Pizza was not too greasy! A wonderful dinner with friends. My first time at the north Olmsted location- the one downtown I had boneless wings and buffalo dip once but the menu is much smaller.. would come back again! read more

Okay, I have to be honest, my husband has ordered the perch every time we go to Harry Buffalo and EVERY TIME, they are out of it. I think he orders it now just for them to tell him that they are out. On the other hand, Ihe did enjoy the burger he ended up with and the fries were delicious and hot. I had the Thai chicken bowl. It is huge and always delicious. The coffee was terrible. It was weak and you could probably read the menu through the glass cup. The waitress was good and the restaurant was clean, as was the restrooms. read more

Took my son here and can say it definitely didn't disappoint. The menu is on point and the food was delicious. My son ordered the garlic parm wings, and I went with the Herd Cheesesteak--both were fantastic. I love the shoestring fries; they're a perfect complement without leaving you overly stuffed. Our drinks (tea and Mountain Dew) were never empty, and our server, Amy, was one of the friendliest and quickest I've encountered in a long time. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but the lighting and ambiance were just right. I'll definitely be back in the near future to play some Keno and enjoy a few NA beers. Highly recommend! read more

Where do I begin I should have gotten the clue when I got there for dinner and only 6 people were in the entire place. The waitress/bartender apparently left her personality at home. Who runs a tab for dinner? No one that's who. The website prices and menu are so out of date that the two items I came in for were not available. Taco Tuesday, nope; mini pup appetizer, nope; bison chili their signature dish....nope!!! Stadium mustard...what's that? Argh!!!!!! They actually serve cheapass Barefoot wine. As their house. No thanks. Luckily there was a beer special, so I had one and left. Won't be back!!!!! read more

What a fun name for a restaurant! We just had to stop in for dinner. There is a large parking lot with open spaces on Sunday around 4:45pm. We were greeted kindly when we arrived and chose a booth inside although were torn because the fire pit on the patio looked very cozy also. The restaurant was clean, had these really fun sayings posted all over, and smelled like BBQ. I really enjoyed how the bar wrapped around in a U shape so there is plenty of seating if you wanted to be at the bar. Lots of TVs with sports, there was keno, and a vending machine offering scratch offs. Perfect place to be for sports, drinks and gambling. The waiter Mickey was very personable, had great feedback on the menu items and was fast. Our drinks came quick and that margarita I had was delicious! I ordered the half slab of ribs, veggies and salad. My husband had the the wings with Cajun dry rub and fries. Everything came out hot and tasted delicious. Super happy we stopped. Need to go back. We want to try that bison Burger! read more

I hate battered French fries. They are the lowest grade fries there are. We got the bbq bacon burger. It was ok at best but the fries and the price took a star from the pedestrian burger. I don't understand the high prices. Your business is across from an abandoned hulk of a mall and you cheap out on the ketchup. French's, really?!? read more

The service was amazing, very accommodating. We came to watch the Miami Dolphins and they were able to put a tv for us, they allowed us to sit anywhere. The food was very good! The chili was awesome, I could've had a whole pot of that. The pizza was very yummy and I like how creative it was. They should open one of these in Miami! read more

Gena, the Daytime bartender always great service with a smile! She always makes sure that your drink glass is never empty. The taste of the food here is top notch! They do offer some $10.00 lunch combos. I usually visit here twice a week for lunch. The bar area does offer many tvs for sports viewing. read more

Great lunch specials and awesome service from Gena. Will make this a regular stop and can't wait to try new items.

Probably the worst dining experience I have had in the last 20 years! The waitress started by telling us food was backed up about 15 minutes. we ordered drinks and our order was wrong. It was fixed but almost an hour after ordering our food we went to the manage and left without eating. The manager offered us a gift card but I declined as I will never go back. read more

I've been to North Olmsted and Lakewood locations and both places have been great. Bars are always busy but that didn't keep our waiters from forgetting us. I always get the stadium loaded fries and they always rock. I got the Tropical Cranberry Chicken Salad and it was pretty good aside from the apples which were soggy but I just picked them out! Boyfriend got the Bourbon Burger which was tasty (I'm a sucker for bbq style burgers). Thankfully they're open very late so if you ever need a late night bite, drop by Harry Buffalo! read more

Best patio bar in the city! Food and Amelia's service was excellent. Always my first choice if going out to eat in North Olmsted.

Very busy but what delicious wings! Service was good and food was great. I'll be back next time in town.

Samantha. She was awesome. We would definitely come back again and ask for her section.

I went with the large wings and opted for the garlic Buffalo parm and the Cajun ranch. Both were excellent! Wings were very large and meaty. Don't trust the picture on the menu--they are definitely NOT BREADED!! I asked the waitress and she said they weren't-I was a bit skeptical as I don't care for a breaded wing, but they were not. The wings were even mostly cooked perfectly. 1-2 of the fattier ones were maybe a bit under cooked to my liking. The large was a lot of food. 8 big wings per sauce! I would definitely comeback for these wings! I was sat in the bar area at a table-the service was excellent. I'm not sure my Diet Coke ever made it to half empty! read more

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced! I was in town for a family wedding, found this place not far from the hotel and I wish I hadn't.... some of the worst service I had ever recieved... the Bartender Kelly did not seem like she cared to be there... was not very friendly at all either. It felt vary stand offish. I almost felt like we were a burden to her because we weren't a regular, or she hadn't seen us ever before (and we will never return)! I personally ordered chips and salsa as an app that took over 20 minutes to recieve with the 3 burgers and other meal we ordered coming out about 2 minutes later (all three burgers were MR)... I only ordered these due to the fact of how hungry I was thinking that chips and salsa takes almost no time to prepare. Another patron at the bar ordered food 5 or so minutes after us and received his chicken wings at the same time I got my chips and salsa. Two of the burgers we had were Bison that was very bland in flavor in my opinion. We never received silverware until having to ask for it and between 4 people got a total of 4 napkins. My beer was empty (maybe 1 small sip left) from the time I recieved my food and was never asked if I'd like another (might be because she didn't want to walk inside to pour it). We had to ask for the bill after sitting with our empty plates and drinks in front of us for some time. The chips and salsa were still on there even after waiting for so long for them.. I personally serve tables and would have had my manager take care of it before ever giving the bill to a customer because of the wait time.. when I brought it to Kelly's attention her response was "K do you want it off then?". The one bright spot here was they had Labbatt Blue on draft! read more

Harry Buffalo has long been one of my favorite places to have an afternoon lunch. We most especially enjoyed going there during gametime. This Occassion was no different. On my last visit our server was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous towards myself and my family. Unfortunately I could not find her name tag and only know her as a server 72. She helped point out other sites on the menu and confusing spots on with the children's menu. She brought out our appetizer and discussed with us why she chose the option she did with our pita chips. Site and help was very thoughtful. I would recommend this location for a pleasant weekend getaway read more

I've been going to Harry Buffalo for years and love it. This was our first time at the North Olmsted location. I always get the Buffalo Mac and cheese sandwich with a side of ranch. Service was great, excellent service no wait. The sandwich and fries is now $15 and it is smaller than the other locations portions. And I got a side of ranch and it was an additional $.75 which seems pretty pricy. We were also charged a service fee. Very expensive not sure we will be returning to this location. read more

This place never disappoints. The food is excellent and offers vegetarian options. I particularly love that you can order any of their burgers made with the impossible burger. The patio is beautiful. This place has Real GOOD burgers! We go early to beat the crowd, I'm guessing there is not full staff until later. There are plenty of large booths so we never feel crowded. Amy is our server most of the time, takes care of our needs, makes us laugh and we always LOVE the burgers. I've also tried the Pub Quesadilla which was Great! Unfortunately, when I get seated and read over the menu, I always seem to choose the same thing so I haven't tried much else here...we do appreciate Happy Hour drinks with our Wonderful Burgers! It MUST be GOOD...We keep going back! read more

So, I was at the bar only there for 10 minutes. My bourbon "pour" was missing bourbon. I pointed it out to the bartender. She disagreed and rudely walked away. So I politely declined to drink or pay and walked away. Was planning on a couple of hours of dinner and drinks.... Oh, well... read more

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a hostess who looked like we burdened her by walking in. The poor thing had to put her phone down to help us AFTER we initiated the conversation. She reluctantly showed us to our table. Our waitress was amazing, she was is the reason I gave a 3 star rating. She was the 'saving grace'. Food was lackluster. Chef can't cook an over easy egg to save his life. Everyone (except our waitress, Madison ) looked miserable. Note to management, pep up your team. The morale is incredibly LOW. Teach your chef to cook an over easy egg- standard cooking practices. Cell phones should Not be seen by customers. PERIOD. Amy was a terrific server. Friendly and energetic. The food was great too! Thanks Amy.

Jeanne the manager is extremely unprofessional and a rude coward!! I played a song using the TouchTunes app but even though it said "now playing" it never came on. Just the same basic music over and over. So I was sitting outside with my girlfriend and decided just to call the bar and ask for the manager instead of waiting for the bartender and making his job harder. When the manager answered I informed her of the situation of how their TouchTunes box was taking money but not playing music and just playing whatever they had playing instead. I was calm voiced just annoyed...honestly I don't yell ever I'm soft spoken and decently polite. She literally said in the most unprofessional condescending tone " THE CORRECT Way to tell someone this would be to come inside to the bar and tell someone" I was like I'm outside with my girlfriend if you want to talk about it " my girlfriend goes to the bathroom and comes back a few minutes later and said the manager is at the bar looking at her phone talking to an employee so we just left. read more

Hostess was nice, sat there for 15 minutes with 5 servers passing by us. Not one of them looked at us, so we left. Horrible!

Located right in the parking lot at the Great Northern Mall I've passed this place many times and decided to stop in for a early dinner. We were seated immediately the place was not busy at all. From the start the service was quick slow it did improve a little as time went on. I am not really a fan of the menu or the food it's average at best nothing memorable. - Ice Tea - A little weak nothing special I ordered it unsweetened with no lemon they got the unsweetened ,correct but put a big dirty lemon slice in my glass strike one I hate having a fresh lemon that most likely hasn't been washed and handled by many people in my tea lol. - Chicken Dumpling Soup - Not bad but not homemade I should have stopped there. - Cheesy Bread - Basically a pizza crust with garlic oil and cheese very very greasy not a fan - Dry Rub Cajun Boneless Wing - These had to come from a box not impressed. - Truffle Fries - Best part of the dinner not bad great idea wish I would have gotten them a little faster when they were hot. - BBQ Ribs - Almost too tender like they were steamed no bark and too much sauce meh read more

We've been going here for lunch for the past several years; the food is excellent, and so is the service. Food quality is consistent (important) and so is the service we received. One item was disappointing and that was the Buffalo Chicken Dip - literally only one cup of dip in your dish for $10 - ridiculous! Other than that - excellent. read more

Ordered Chicken Parm meal. Menu says 2 italian chicken breast with pasta, $19. Meal comes to table with 1 Chicken breast. Waitress says "we give bigger breasts now, the menu hasn't been updated." Interesting. Could have told me at time of ordering. Ho hum meal and small portion. I rarely order pasta. Really wanted the chicken breasts. Also, the price of chicken wings is outrageous. ***Special Note: the price of wings is now(Aug 2022) less than the same time last year. Companies still charging silly prices including this one. They must not want to sell wings. read more

Good food, good prices. This is my second time coming here and so far so good. We sat out on the very large patio. The only negative to the patio is he view, it's just main roads. If you can block that out you're golden. The hair of the dog was amazing! So many things mixed it to one cup of deliciousness. We got the garlic cheesy bread to start....can you say cheese? It was sooo good and they piled it on good and thick. I decided to go with a steak wrap and since I don't like much on it, it was perfect with steak and cheese. One thing I like very much is they still have the pretzel bun! Yum! The staff was fun too, they had good music playing loud and the were just dancing away. I very much enjoy this place. read more

I have been here several times and really did not have any major problems. But this time both the kitchen and the bartender on Sunday were not consistent. I ordered the bone in wings and the menu said you get 12, when I received them I only got 10. They were $12 which is kind of expensive and then I was short 2. So I paid over a $1 a wing which is crazy. My friend ordered a chicken wrap. His chicken came out chewy and under cooked. Sent it back, it literally came out 2 minutes later. All they did was microwave it. The chicken was still chewy. My friend sent it back and got the wings instead. My drinks were way over priced. I had 3 mixed vodka drinks and they came to $21 dollars. This is not downtown Cleveland or a fancy restaurant. I would think twice about coming back here now. Service was slow and the bartender would disappear for long periods. read more
