As someone who visits often, I can say this is my favorite spot for reliable, delicious food and incredible service. It's a 5/5 experience every single time and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal at a good value. The entire staff from the hosts to the servers are genuinely welcoming and incredibly nice. Over my many visits, I've met several of the workers, and they are all equally professional and kind. Even when the restaurant is packed, they work flawlessly under pressure, maintaining a great attitude and always ensuring the tables are clean. I've noticed the cleanliness is maintained even during the busiest rushes. Their steaks and burgers are surprisingly good for a casual dining chain. A crucial detail for me is that the meat is always cooked to the perfect internal temperature. You absolutely must try the Chicken Tenders. Best chicken tenders I have ever had. They are crisp, fresh, and juicy. For an appetizer, the Triple Dipper is the way to go specifically the mozzarella cheese sticks included in that appetizer they are superior to almost any other version I've tried. Great deserts as well! It's not an expensive place to visit and this Chili's provides an great dining experience. If you are looking for a reliable meal with great service you need to visit.

Cheesburger and fries

When we stopped by for lunch, we decided to try the Chili's 3 for me special, which included a drink, along with a salad and entree. The salad was average, but the hamburger and fries were served in large portions, which was a surprise. Usually an inexpensive meal means smaller portions, but not today. Hubs had good things to say about his steak, potatoes and asparagus. My lunch was 10.99 which is an amazing deal for expensive Naples. There was a bit of a wait, but the service was good and so was the food. They have generous parking and it's right off Collier, which is an easy to find location. Chili's has a varied selection of sandwiches and pasta dishes, along with a casual pub atmosphere. This is a place we eat at occasionally and poor service or poor quality has not been an issue.

What I ordered, Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich

The waitress was friendly but not super attentive, never checking in until we were done which prevented me from reminding her she forgot part of my order. What my side and I did have was good, although mine did not look like I expected (see pictures). I'll chalk this up to overworked staff and bump what should probably be a 3 star review up to 4 stars.

Hummm only 2 Stars , when I went to leave my review. Our waitress Haylee was great, she was friendly and did a good job. The food came out hot, my burger was delicious a d my wife Quesidia needed a little more chicken. Over all great experience.

Ordered take out. This sad salad and cup of skillet queso was $35. It arrived exactly as pictured. What a complete waste. We will not visit this Chilis again.

Worst service ever. There's no one in the store and the food still took 45 minutes to get to the table. Never coming here again

The restaurant recommended reservations, but we walked up and were seated right away. Our server, Ellore, was amazing! She has such a warm and welcoming personality and truly made our dining experience special. The restaurant itself is nice and comfortable. The atmosphere is casual, with lighting that is a bit dimmer and more relaxing than bright fluorescent lighting. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for a restaurant located within a resort. For dinner, we ordered the half chicken, chicken tenders and fries, and the ribs with coleslaw and mac and cheese. The half chicken was outstanding. It was perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and served with well-balanced sides. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were not heavily seasoned, but they were cooked perfectly and had a great crisp texture. The ribs were also delicious, with great flavor and a generous portion size. The coleslaw and mac and cheese complemented the meal nicely. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal, including our toddler. He ordered the kids' mac and cheese and ate every bite! The restaurant also provided a coloring sheet and crayons, which was a thoughtful touch. I especially liked that the crayons were double-sided, giving kids more color options while taking up less space. We were celebrating our toddler's birthday and happened to mention that mine had been the week before. Ellore went above and beyond by bringing both of us a complimentary ice cream dessert and having the staff sing "Happy Birthday." It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the evening even more memorable. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. If you're staying on-site, it's helpful to know that the restaurant is cashless, and charges can be billed directly to your room. The menu primarily features American cuisine, including appetizers, salads, burgers, entrées, cocktails, beer, and wine. We would absolutely dine here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying at Great Wolf Lodge.

It's a nice place inside of Great Wolf Lodge. A very simple menu. I kind of like the kids options more than the adult options. That's just my opinion. I had a cheeseburger. Asked for it to be well done. But nope. It was pink. More pink than I cared for. But ate half of it. I'm still alive. My husband got wings with sweet chili sauce. Grandson got Mac and cheese with French fries. Granddaughter got chicken tenders with fries. Very very pricey. But you pay for the place. Definitely not for the food. Our overall experience at Fireside was nice. And I do recommend because it's on property.

It was a little cool at first, but once the sun came up it warmed right up and was super comfortable. The waitresses were so nice and really on top of everything. There were seven of us, and we ordered a mix of breakfast and lunch. Everything came out fast, fresh, and hot. Breakfast was a hit--especially the pancakes. They had this perfect little crunch on the outside, and of course we had to order some "for the table" because that's just what we do. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and all the bacon and sausage were delicious. The lunch crew was just as happy. The bleu cheeseburger looked amazing, and the fries were perfectly crispy. My brother-in-law ordered the chicken fried steak again because he loved it last time, and he said it was just as good--tender, flavorful, and that gravy was spot-on. Overall, Alda's Diner is such a great find. Good, simple, home-cooked food done right. We'll definitely be back, and if you haven't tried it yet, you should!

From the minute you walk in the door, you're greeted with the best hospitality from the owner! Even on a Monday, the restaurant was popping with regulars. They are great about getting customers in and out quickly (without you ever feeling rushed). We waited for about 10 minutes to be seated and were promptly greeted and our order was taken shortly after! It took maybe 10 minutes for our food to come out and it was all hot! I'm not usually a fan of coffee at breakfast spots and diners, but I gave it a try and it was probably the best drip coffee I've had! Our server had asked if I planned to share the full order of biscuits and gravy and I'm so glad she asked because the 1/2 order was HUGE! We got all kinds of things: the western skillet, the western omelette, the darling breakfast (kids breakfast), 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy, hash browns, bacon, eggs, toast, a biscuit, pancakes etc. everything was incredibly delicious and will keep us full all day!! We witnessed how much the owner & staff care about their customers and could tell the majority of the restaurant were regulars! Thank you for such a great experience. The menu has lots of appetizers, a few salads, entrees, sandwiches and specialties as well as desserts, I settled on the baked penne. Food arrived timely and looked great. For me, the baked penne was too cheesy with not enough sauce. I was disappointed since every description of their sauce made it sound so good, so I feel like I missed out. Naturally smoked turkey with brie, pesto mayo, and tomato jam on gluten free bread, served with a fresh Caesar salad. Pretty good sandwich. The turkey was flavorful, the bread held up nicely, and the salad was crisp with a good coating of parmesan. Decent value for what you get. My wife ordered the fish tacos, which came with a side salad topped with blue cheese crumbles and red onion. The presentation looked great with nice char on the fish, fresh pico, and shredded cabbage piled high. But the execution fell short. The fish itself was chewy and not very tender. That's a problem when fish tacos are one of your popular dishes. On the bright side, our waitress was nice and attentive. No complaints on the service front. The cozy atmosphere lives up to the farm to table vibe they're going for. The Verdict: The Local delivers a decent lunch with good service and fresh ingredients.
