I placed an online order, to be picked up. I received a text, instructing me to text when I arrived. When I pulled up, the place was packed. I had to circle the parking lot, and wait for a parking spot to open up. I sent my text, but could see that there were several people at the pick up counter who had gone inside for their orders. I thought I had made a terrible choice. Instead, my food was at my car within 5 minutes, and the order was correct. I was amazed that with all of the chaos, my service was still quick and efficient. We got seated quickly and got our food pretty quick. However, the buns for the big mouth bites were hard and the brisket quesadila was mainly cheese very very little brisket. I ordered a tequila sunrise margarita and it was more ice than anything. Also had a sweet tea for another guest and no refill. Server never checked on us until it was time for the check. read more

Me and my girlfriend came for a quick bite since we saw the parking lot was almost empty. We walk in and get seated right away of course since there were hardly anyone there. We are looking over the menu and know what we are going to get and was wondering where our server was. We are constantly making eye contact with the host trying to get her attention and ask where is the server. After 15 min of waiting, we decided to leave and as we are walking out the host had the nerve to say have a nice day like she was expecting us to leave. I have actually eaten here several times, I have never been a huge fan of Chili's. The menu has a southwest spin on everything from burgers to salads. The menu is well rounded, in other words something for everyone. Service is Ok if not then a little slow, but they make sure you are taken care of while waiting. Always busy, but typically there is no wait. Full Bar with an assortment of Chili's drink selections or you can get a normal mixed drink. Not a bad choice for the area. read more

Wow just got here, and was told if we wanted to sit at the bar to go ahead, then a table opened up but was not cleaned up and the host to us to go ahead and sit there and someone will come clean it. We waited 5 minutes at that table and received no service and was disgusted to sit at a table with other people's food on it. We went to the bar and the bartender was the hardest working person in the restaurant. She was running for tables and managing the bar. She helped to restore what others failed in this restaurant. The food took 40 minutes to come out. We were late for our movie even though we arrived an hour before. This was the worst Chilis experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this location until something changes. The only reason I gave two stars is because the entree was good and correct. Kids running up and down the isles.. waitresses having club conversations with customers... there was 6 of us and 3 of our orders were incorrect... mashed potatoes were cold... i asked for sour cream.. never got it and the waitress didnt even come around to refill our drinks.. by the time she came around we were ready to go! We were highly dissatisfied and will not return.. we waited an hour for seating (as expected) it took almost an hour for our food to come out.. just horrible! read more

This is one of my old standbys. The wife and I used to come here a lot when we were dating. We stopped for a while because the service got really bad. I think it was due to the high turnover and overall low quality of management and employees. Good news! They have gotten better. We have been coming here consistently for a couple of months now and the service, menu selection and food have all gotten much better. They still have work to do but it's much more bearable then before. There is even the added perk of happy hour after 9pm til close. Half price apps and drinks...can't beat that! read more

Fried pickles came out straight grease.. we let that slide.. margarita chicken came out white as snow I sent that back, brought the street corn out it's brown.. my presidenta margarita drink had food around the rim, I sent that back. My friend ordered hot wings and guacamole, the wings were black and slimy inside(old) and the guacamole came out brown she sent that back and asked for fresh.. brought her another one out it's brown too. Anybody eat fresh Gauc knows it's not suppose to be brown. After that I lost my appetite this most likely will be my last visit. The service was not very good. The waiter never came back to refill our drinks. We also waited over 30mins for us to get our checks correct. During the time of waiting, the table device messed up the prices so we were stuck until our waiter passed by our table to grab his attention for him to give us our checks. Also, we had three people get the 3 for $10 deal and the total came out 10.93 for two of the receipts and $10.92 for the third. The one cent difference wasn't a big deal, but the inconsistency could be a problem if they charge for more, so always check your check from here. Corn was good though. read more

Our waitress was great! She was super attentive. She refilled our drinks and actually introduced us to the 3 for $10 which ended up giving us a better deal and we still got what we wanted. Everything came out super fast. Our appetizer actually came out before our food. I got the chicken crispers and with the two sides it comes with you will be fat and happy. Complete incompetence!!!! My family and I go into Chili's and wait 15 minutes. No big deal for a Friday. Once seated, we wait for the waitress who never shows up. Finally, ten minutes later, the waitress shows up and instead of taking our drink and appetizer order, she says, "I'll be with you in like two minutes, I just have to get caught up." Great, now I know this meal will not go well. Her two minutes turned into five. We have been in the building for thirty minutes And she finally comes back and says "Thanks for working with me here, you guys are the MVP's" First off I don't work at Chilis and second I don't want to be an MVP, I want to just have a good time eating a meal with my family. We place our orders. My wife and I order the "Two for $25" and a kids meal for our son. My wife and I both are on a special diet and order salads, with NO croutons or cheese. We also both order chicken fajitas (with no tortillas) and substituted broccoli and French fries (limited potatoes are ok on our diet) for the beans and rice. Off goes the waitress. We wait a while and our drinks come. We wait a while and drink our drinks. Then a manager comes out and informs us that we can't substitute the sides. (Now I have been to many Chili's. And I have never had a problem substituting sides, even with an up charge. - in fact, this past Sunday I did the same thing at Chili's on Poplar Ave. - on top of that, The rice, beans, fries and broccoli are all on the sides list on the menu!!!!) my wife explains that we are on a special diet and the manager said that corporate is on them about this! THIS MANAGER HAD ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST IN HELPING US OR RESOLVING THIS ISSUE AT ALL. We say to just bring it out with the rice and beans. He leaves. Now we are irritated and our drinks are still empty. Now our salads arrive. And guess what's on them... yup that's right.... cheese and croutons!!!! Enough. We send them back and ask for a manager. The waitress that brought the salads informed us that our order had not even been put in yet!!!The waitress and the same previous manager come back. We say we want to leave and will pay for our empty drinks. The waitress and manager said don't worry about them. (Good!) The waitress then blames the manager for opening the kitchen door and hitting a salad all over her shirt. Whatever. We left after spending an hour at Chili's and drinking tea. Here's some suggestions for the pathetic manager who lost loyal Chili's customers over some broccoli and fries: 1. Substitute the sides or Give us the sides on the house. 2. Make the salads right. 3. Stop blaming each other or blaming corporate. 1 star for tea This Chili's has lost our business. Period! I hope you pleased corporate! Started off with the hostess telling us we were looking at 5-10 minute wait. 20 minutes later we were seated and started playing games on the tablet on the table. 15 minutes later our drink order was finally taken. Wow I hope corporate reads this review! This store deserves a medal. This is the cleanest restaurant I've seen in a long time. I always look high and low for cleanliness. This place is so clean even on top of the exposed ductwork is clean. Great job it means so much. Next thing is service, Jasmine was our waitress and made my wife and I feel so welcomed.
