Chili's is one of our favorite restaurants. They have a diverse menu, are usually clean and friendly. Love their Chili queso and chips!

Worst Chili's ever! When we arrived, we were told that there was a 15-20 minute wait, which wouldn't have been a problem, but half of the tables were empty! The hostess was rude, but the waiter's service was o.k. My son ordered a burger that appeared to be a half-eaten ! We asked the waiter to take it off the bill and he did. We tried to pay with a valid Chili's giftcard that the waiter and manager said the their payment system would not accept. I used my credit card and the tip was entered twice! We love Chili's, but this location is a sloppy nightmare ! read more

The food was terrible I had a lunch special combo that is a rip off. Cajun Shrimp and noodles. They charge you extra for each little side and don't tell you. The waitress was decent but I think she over charged me but what ever. The service was decent but a little rushed to take my order. It's like they don't want you to relax and enjoy your food. The ambiance is very dated and not very clean and just old. But hey they open and supposed to be better than the other chili. Most restaurants have sucked in Tennessee honesty. The price I paid was not worth what I got served. Terrible presentation and terrible display of the food I could not even finish either the soup or shrimp dish. This time around I went to chillis I used the yelp reservation, which was perfect. It was 8 of us and we were seated as stated on the app time frame. We were greeted seated and the service was quick to my surprise for a packed night. The ambiance was chilled the kids ordered practically the same thing the triple dipper and I have broccoli, chips and salsa. read more

As a fan of Chili's, it pains me to write this review, but this location is at best a 2 star. First, the restaurant was dirty. And they must've had a leak or a water pipe break as there was a half inch of water over large portions of the floor. Our server was polite, but was not very attentive. Additionally, I ordered my regular... The honey, chipotle chicken strips, and I must've got the bottom of the barrel. They were thin, hard and not of the normal quality. To add injury to insult, my wife fell due to the wet floor. I asked to see a manager and all of a sudden the place became a ghost town. My wife was not seriously hurt, but the staff couldn't have cared less. Obviously will be back to Chili's - just not this location. read more

The food was ok, though slightly cold. There were 6 servers standing around chatting but the bartender acted as server for our table. He was very busy! We waited 25 minutes for our food. We only got our chips and salsa after we received our entrees. The floors are filthy. The floor in the women's restroom is sticky and the whole restroom smells like a backed-up drain. read more

This was a great visit! When i walked in i was immediately greeted and seated! She then went on to briefly explain their holiday drink and menu! She wasn't my waitress but she def maid the service better! Our waitress came and she too was very polite. She took our drink order and later our food order. It began to get busy and our food did take some time but when we asked her how much longer it would be, our food then came out. So we waited about 30 mins for food! POPLAR AVE, not FRESH...I preferred Chilis Wolfchase but according to my location, DOORDASH chose Poplar Ave location. And it took my DASH driver an hour just to get to location n pickup food and when she arrived to deliver my food, there were 6 small kids in the car n my food was retrieved from the trunk...not appealing! I ordered $100 worth of food on Wednesday, February 14th, VALENTINES' day. One would think the restaurant is ready for the heavy load that should be expected on this day. Out of 4 entrees the only thing worth buying was the chicken Alfredo pasta. I even ordered a side of broccoli to go with pasta for $4 and got 2 florets , not steamed. 3 plates had fries which was overly cold n limp. The 2 orders of chicken crispers looked a day old, dried n skinny, very little meat and small in size. The corn on cob was skimpy and missing lots of kernels each cob... the boneless wings were hard n not tender;the sauce was tasty tho. O AN, I doctored my own fries with cheese to try n add flavor MYSELF but to no avail....I payed for 2 extra honey mustard n got only 1 that came with meal n they gave me fries instead of white Mac n cheese. Absolutely unbelievable. This was hands-down the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. If you enjoy being ignored, dismissed, and utterly baffled by how little someone can do to help, then by all means--place an order here. Anna managed to turn a simple issue into a masterclass in how not to handle customers. They were very busy but because of how GREAT our service was you'd never know it. Kevin was incredible. Seriously, he never let our drinks get empty, and he was on top of things when it came to getting our food out on time. He had plenty of tables he was working but he never got overwhelmed when it got crazy in there. Food was great too, kudos to the kitchen staff for keeping up with the business too. As you can tell by now, Chili's is one of my favorite eateries! I enjoy the family friendly atmosphere and the great food. Whether you are trying to eat healthy or if you want to just get your grub on, this is my go to spot. The prices are always reasonable and if you sign up on the email list they will send specials that they have throughout the week. They have a great happy hour, with 2 for 1 specials. The drinks are not that strong, but it is just right if you want to take the edge off from a long day of work. On this particular day, the wait time was longer than expected (which was a surprise) because it wasn't really busy. We also waited a long time for our beverages and the waitress barely checked in on us. This same issue seems to be an issue across the board with Chili's. Experience was terrible this evening. Waited for almost 2 hours to be sat. Was dining in because it's my mother's 60th birthday and this is what she wanted. Joined the waitlist through the app. I understood there would be a wait with it being the weekend and we went about 5:30. I checked in with the host once we got there. Was told it would be another 10-15mins. There is no seating in the waiting area so I went back out to my car. Waited another 20 mins. Checked with the host again to see how much longer the wait would be. He said the server went down so he wasn't sure but about another 10-15mins. We continued to wait and check our place in line on the yelp and chilis app. After an hour and a half , the app stated I wasn't in line anymore. I never got a call or notification for a table or cancellation. Decided to order the food to go, got our food in less than 20 mins but didn't get a text that it was ready. I just happened to go in and wait on it and it was already sitting there. Food was good but lack of communication and how unorganized everything was just made the visit awful and I won't be back again. read more

overall, service was good. other than our server. the food came out relatively quick, they were packed so i was expecting it to take a little longer. our server was rude, she treated us different than the other tables, and when the time came to fill out the survey on the tablet, she came up behind me and said "oh i busted you didn't i?" and clicked "strongly agree" for me on the server review question. while we were eating i asked for a dipping sauce and she went to the back, came back to our table without it, turned around, and walked back 5 seconds later and snatched the pepper shaker out of my hand to show me "how to properly do it". it was an awkward experience to say the least, but i love chilis so i will be returning. just hope she improves by then. read more

I have tried to give this place chance after chance. The last time I ordered they left food out. Then the time before that I did a curbside order and had to go inside to get my food. 0 stars. We orders chicken critters with fries and soup for the kids, Cajun chicken pasta, and a burger with "onion blossom". We ordered pick up.. and here starts our issues: our food was MORE than 30 minutes behind the quoted time and when we received it (we checked it in the car) it was already cold.... The tray our drinks came in was ripped in half and caused us to spill the drinks everywhere I ordered my burger with PINK in it (it's an option when ordering online), but received it EXTRA well done! The "onion blossom" is just cut in half frozen and thawed out onion rings I ordered a margarita, because who wouldn't need some alcohol after this nightmare, but received ALL sweet & sour... I honestly don't believe they put any alcohol in it. AND the worst part... after waiting for SO long, our waitress was VERY attentive to people of her own race and delivered their food ahead of us, but wouldn't barely look our way. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. Needless to say, I will NOT eat at chili's again... this was the absolute WORST dining experience I've ever had. I would rather skip a meal than eat here again. Sadly, due to the online ordering process, I gave them a tip... I wish I could get a refund for that!
