We had a really good experience with this location Saturday 12/6/25. The service was really good. Went in right after opening so we didn't have to wait at all. The food was delicious. We got the 16 count traditional wings. Half buffalo half Nashville hot. Big juicy wings that were done properly. We also got the triple dipper. It consisted of mozzarella sticks, mini sliders, and chicken crispers. Everything was hot and prepared properly. Nice chill atmosphere. We didn't feel rushed. The men's bathroom was pretty clean as well. We typically have great outcomes when we choose chilis. read more

Last night was probably the worst experience I've ever had in a Chilis. Me and my boyfriend got done seeing a horror movie in Griffin and wanted to go somewhere to eat and to spend some time with each other. It was crowded and loud when we got there. We were told to wait 15-20 minute, but they told us to come in 10 minutes after being told to wait which lead us to get seated. The waitress we got was a bit lazy and inconsiderate. When she gave me another refill of my drink, she refused to do the same for my boyfriend until our food came out and it was time to eat. Our appetizer which was the mozzarella sticks was really delicious!! I would consider getting this again at a different Chili's location. Our entrees were not the best though. I wanted to get the Bacon Cheeseburger but they were currently out of that item so I had to substitute it for the Old Timer with Cheese. My boyfriend got the QP Burger. Our burger patties were well done as requested, but the bun on the bottom of my burger was burnt. Both of our burgers felt stale. We also did not enjoy the fries either. They were well seasoned but they felt stale. My experience on them was somewhat lenient with them because I had ranch with my fries, but unfortunately the ranch wasn't full all the way and therefore didn't improve the quality of the fries all the way. We both became disappointed with the food we ate and the worst part was I got food poisoning later on that night. 0/10, I wish I could give it zero stars but I can't. read more

I order at this location for Uber Eats and each and everytime my food is never sealed . The food is just ok but for delivery orders please seal the food. The food came out really quickly. I love how we were able to get in and out and paying at the table via the little tablet when you are ready to do is great. Both burgers we ordered were nice and juicy. My El Niño margarita was good as so was the shark attack. Chips and salsa was good and you can get a free chips and salsa if you sign up for Chili's rewards. The menu is what you would expect from like an Applebee's style place. My husband & I had the best dinner after a long 10 1/2 hr drive. Great ribs & chicken tenders dinner with mashed potatoes & salad & a special margarita. Super good! Starting with the hosts/hostesses, they don't even make eye contact and then shuffle you to your table then practically throw the menus on the table. A couple of the servers are attentive and I've notice some new ones that have a great attitude while waiting on people. Some servers need to be moved to the back of house since they seem to hate waiting on people. Where the breakdown is most notable is getting your food correctly and within a reasonable time by. It is now an average of an hour+ to get food. This has happened at lunch, dinner, off-peak hours...all the time. I know it's difficult to find help right now but the kitchen desperately needs help. The food was awesome. It was full of fantastic flavor that was satisfying from beginning to end. I dined here on October 24, 2022 as part of my boyfriend's birthday celebration. We were served by Shavey. She was a breath of fresh air and a considerable reason my dining experience was so pleasant. She demonstrated customer service skills I thought were lost to history: she greeted entering guest from wherever she was in the restaurant without yelling. She communicated expectations (particularly wait times, etc) frequently and made sure we knew what was going on at every step. Shavey recommended awesome drinks for us both -- and we accepted and enjoyed them. She did all of this while training a new employee. I was pretty blown away. I do reviews whether good, bad, or ugly. My friend and I wanted to go watch the game so we chose this location to meet. We sat at the bar. The bartender named Kiantae was A-mazing. They drinks were on point. Her spirit was everything. She interacted with everyone that walked in the door. She made me feel like I was at home and she knew me. Her energy is the energy that I didn't know I needed. Those drinks gave me life. I only got the bartenders name but I could see how the employees were gravitating to her. They were also nice as well. Me and my Girlfriend went there today 01/01/25 and we had the WORST service I've ever had at Chili's! I frequent Chili's in Murfreeboro, TN its 25 mies from my home but I do business in that area. Today we got seated promptly by the manager, but our Menu's had food debris on them ( Disgusting) . Our waitress Never introduced her self and proceed to Rush us Through the whole meal. She had helped the whole time still we received POOR service. She brought us our appetizer, with no side plates. Then when our food arrived my girlfriend ( ordered Fajitas ) didn't receive the tortillas or other toppings for 5 minutes! I ordered the triple dipper and didn't receive my garnishes either. We also order 2 margaritas, water and a club soda. I had to flag down the Manager to get a water refill after NOT have one for almost 30 minutes! I'm confused about the wait staff, they act as if they don't know what's on the menu. On top of this Our server was Overwhelmed she had US, 2 other tables and a 12 person party, why is the allowed. Chili's you really have a lot of improvements to make. From the first moment we stepped into the restaurant, it wasn't a unfriendly interaction. I made a reservation online through Yelp & we were 7th in line at 10pm. The waitress said it'd be over an hr. wait and stated the kitchen would shut down immediately...We actually managed to snag a spot at the bar while I tried calling Chili's multiple times to put an order in because we were afraid that we wouldn't be seated in time to order our food, but to no avail, no one answered us at all. When we sat down, we ordered water and drinks, which took awhile - at least a 20 min. wait for beer. I decided on 3 for $10, upgraded from Bud Light to Blue Moon for an extra $3. Our waitress wasn't very good at all. For example, when my she delivered my Salad/Cajun Chicken Pasta, she didn't bring silverware and we had to remind her because she was all over the place. The Molten Chocolate Cake was shared amongst for of us, really great treat and so good. The cake was chocolatey and moist. We didn't ask the waitress to split our bill because we knew of her incompetence (she also charged me regular prices instead of 3 for $10 - had to ask her to correct the bill) and couldn't even leave at the end because she got locked out of the system. Finally, we left at 12AM after everyone had almost been gone & it was just us. We were so tired after driving up from Gainesville and just wanted to leave so badly. I didn't ask for anything to be taken off our bill since I didn't want to double dip...I had a reward for a free dessert. Both of our meals were missing fries. I paid extra for the curly fries too. I've attempted to call them and to allow them to make it right. They said the kitchen is closed and they throw away all the fries. With no offering to send me a gift card amount to equal to both fries or a refund. I than asked for refunds. My partner and I came in and received notice of a 40-50 min wait. Once we got seated at 8:20pm we got our drinks and appetizer. The waitress was super busy was taking our table and a big party at the same time. My partner I was drinks and watching the game. Went in to eat with my husband after a long day at work, the parking lot was empty so we thought we could get in and out quick, discouraged by the menu options and what they didn't have we still sat down and order a salad and my husband ordered the margarita chicken with street corn and mash potato's, after 1 hour of waiting we finally got our food with no silver water and no dressing for my salad after we brought it to our waiters attention he came back ten minutes later with the excuse of there's no clean silver water not even plastic forks.
