Chilis making a comeback was not on anyone's bingo card but here we are. I, too, was influenced to try the TikTok viral triple dipper. I chose to get Nashville hot mozz, honey chipotle chicken crispers, big mouth bites (sliders). Nashville hot mozzerella sticks were mid; the seasoning was peppery. The actual cheese wasn't salty and good. Honey chipotle tenders were way too sweet. The sliders were basic but good (tasted like a plain beef slider on buttered bread). We also ordered chips and salsa (because they're free when you sign up to be a rewards member) and quesadilla explosion salad. Quesadillas were plain cheese and a lot smaller than pictured. Salad was good and flavorful. Chips and salsa surprisingly good- chips are super thin, identical to Uncle Julio's. Salsa was ice cold and tangy. Diet Coke was crispy and excellent. Service was great! We sat down around 12 Saturday; by the time we left (around 1:30) the place was packed and bumpin. Ambiance is casual. It's chili's.

Triple Dipper

I ordered the Triple Dipper, and it was... okay. Nothing bad, just your standard Chili's. I've had Chili's in Texas that were absolutely phenomenal, so this location didn't quite hit that level--but it was still solid. Place was clean too. What did stand out, and the real reason I'm writing this review, was the service. I believe my server's name was Marzy (she didn't have a name tag), and she was genuinely one of the best servers I've had in a long time. So kind, so attentive, and incredibly professional. She mentioned it was only her second week on the floor, but you never would've guessed it--she handled everything like she'd been doing this for years.

This location is perfect for meeting friends who live nearby. The server was awesome. She stayed locked on our needs. The manager stopped by to make sure we were having a good time. We told him how great our server was. The chips are so thin that they don't mess up my crowns. The black bean burgers are excellent. We were able to substitute them on our 3/$10 special. You pick three items and it is wonderful. The busy strip mall has lots of parking.

Huge slashes in the booth cushions throughout the restaurant.

Ambience was poor. It gives off the vibe that they're just waiting to either shut down or do a complete remodel. Our booth had two huge slashes in the cushion and the rest of the place wasn't much better. The service was fair at best. Our waitress didn't come to refill our drinks. We ended up taking our empty glasses to the bar for refills and then she gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. As for the food, my chicken pasta was below average. The chicken was dry and the white sauce was gummy, like school glue. An overall disappointment and I don't think we'll ever come back here again.

Brett the manager is AWESOME! He makes your experience a lot better. If something is off or wrong he comes in with a gentle smile on his face and handles the situation perfectly. I wish most managers at resturaunts would be like this. The food is good. Drinks are very nice. The vibes from staff are cool if you give off good vibes as well. Overall just a nice place to get a quick bite to eat without having to spend a lot.

Smh weird place and on top of it there was a black hair on my daughters cup yuk . I hope they get it together first and last time I'll drive an hour before I decide to go to this place also ordered frozen margarita and they didn't add flavor or anything to my margarita and literally procrastinated every step of the way for every request. They need to shut this place down it's in a nice area by the lake needs something that represents this neighborhood and service because this is the only place around that has here

Just Bacon Burger and fries

It has been years since we have been to a Chili's. This location is nice and the inside is decently laid out. There weren't many people when we arrived so there wasn't a wait and we were seated right away. It did take awhile for someone to come over to our table to take our drink orders. We ordered nachos and bacon burgers with fries. It didn't take long for the food to come out and everything tasted pretty good. The prices were reasonable. Overall it was a good experience and if we are in the area we would probably stop back in.

Our server, Athena, was great. Very deadpan, but i love that! Especially because she was also great at her job Everything was delicious! We started with steak and cheese dumplings, quesadilla bites, and monkey bread - all fantastic! We ordered BBQ Meatball Flatbread, Knife and Fork Burrito, and Fried Chicken Biscuit. The ice sphere machine was broken, so Old Fashioneds came out with multiple ice cubes, which apparently is less than desired. Several of those were ordered, as well as an espresso martini, pumpkin martini, Autumn Spritz and pineapple mimosa. Everything was amazing! Before I could even finish my review from dining here yesterday, WE CAME BACK! We brought the oldest son and his girlfriend as well. Today we started with the pork belly lollipops, Tater Tot appetizer and Reuban eggrolls. The tots came with queso poured over the top and pickles or pickled jalapeños. The presentation was not the world's greatest, but that's possibly bc i prefer to dip instead of have my food covered in sauce. Entrees we got, Pastrami Burger, Proper Proof omelet, fried chicken and Captain Berries waffles, Captain Berries Waffles (no chicken) and the Queso Burger. Everything was soooo good! I did prefer the appetizers we got yesterday to the ones we got today, but nothing was bad! This morning our server was Cam, which, he was very nice! Oh and today's drinks were doubled old Fashioneds and a lavender lemon drop and winter white something that has a sprig of rosemary and a few fresh cranberries floating. For some reason after all of that we got a few of the personal sized desserts - The Smores, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Banana Pudding. FML they were amazing. The toasted merengue on the banana pudding took it to another level.

It can be almost unedible and must be taken with lots of water. Why is this? To hide the spoiled meat? To make you thirsty to order more drinks? I am going to stick to drinks next time since it costs so much per menu item and I value my money to parallel what I buy. + staff + drinks + parking ++ ambiance

We all agree on 2 thumbs up across the board for decor and ambiance. It was giving industrial-NYC-Soho vibes. Quite impressive for Main Street Manassas. Timing was everything ... we were too early for the dinner crowd and just missed the lunch rush so the parking Gods were on our side ... we snagged a spot right in front of the restaurant. Stephen was a gracious server / bartender to our wee little party of 3. The beers were cold and the Cadillac Margarita was decent. The Rueben and bbq wings were raved about (especially the bbq sauce ... it was legendary)! Unfortunately, the salmon bites and the pork belly deviled egg appetizers were soooo salty and just not edible. Also $15 was diabolical for the portion size of the salmon bites. (Pic attached) I've paid that for a full bourbon glazed salmon meal with rice and veggies. Not a deal breaker. Would most def return to try other app / entree / summer cocktail options. Looking forward to hearing YOUR opinion. When you go, tell them you saw it on yelp.
