Chilis making a comeback was not on anyone's bingo card but here we are. I, too, was influenced to try the TikTok viral triple dipper. I chose to get Nashville hot mozz, honey chipotle chicken crispers, big mouth bites (sliders). Nashville hot mozzerella sticks were mid; the seasoning was peppery. The actual cheese wasn't salty and good. Honey chipotle tenders were way too sweet. The sliders were basic but good (tasted like a plain beef slider on buttered bread). We also ordered chips and salsa (because they're free when you sign up to be a rewards member) and quesadilla explosion salad. Quesadillas were plain cheese and a lot smaller than pictured. Salad was good and flavorful. Chips and salsa surprisingly good- chips are super thin, identical to Uncle Julio's. Salsa was ice cold and tangy. Diet Coke was crispy and excellent. Service was great! I've had Chili's in Texas that were absolutely phenomenal, so this location didn't quite hit that level--but it was still solid. Place was clean too. What did stand out, and the real reason I'm writing this review, was the service. I believe my server's name was Marzy (she didn't have a name tag), and she was genuinely one of the best servers I've had in a long time. So kind, so attentive, and incredibly professional. Ambience was poor. It gives off the vibe that they're just waiting to either shut down or do a complete remodel. Our booth had two huge slashes in the cushion and the rest of the place wasn't much better. The service was fair at best. Our waitress didn't come to refill our drinks. We ended up taking our empty glasses to the bar for refills and then she gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. As for the food, my chicken pasta was below average. It has been years since we have been to a Chili's. This location is nice and the inside is decently laid out. There weren't many people when we arrived so there wasn't a wait and we were seated right away. It did take awhile for someone to come over to our table to take our drink orders. We ordered nachos and bacon burgers with fries. It didn't take long for the food to come out and everything tasted pretty good. The prices were reasonable. DO NOT BOTHER!! I accidentally left my bag, which contained my wallet and essential items. The following morning, I called to ask about a black bag I had left at dinner. The man on the phone informed me they had two bags. I proceeded to explain what my bag looked like. He then asked me what would be in it but when I described the contents of mine, he claimed none of those items were in the bag. Despite having described my bag earlier and then him asked me what would be inside it ..... why would you tell me after the fact that you only have two book bags which is not at all what I described to him when I told him what my bag looked like. So I asked if I could look at my table where I left it, which it was not there. Just as I was about to leave, he opens drawer at the front hostess stand and acts very surprised that he sees the bag and asked me if that was my bag. He told me he hadn't checked there previously which quite honestly I don't believe because if you have a designated spot for lost bags why would someone put it in there..... I decided to check my bag for cash that I had left--$120, lo and behold it's gone. When I asked about it, the staff member had no idea where it could be, citing that he was just an opener. When you enter, there is some seating and then the bar and more dining areas behind the bar. The times that I have come, service was a little slow but typically when there were a lot of people there. I actually prefer their curbside orders because it's been faster and the food is just as great without having to go in and wait for seating, etc. Their food is always hot and has pretty good flavors. I like their cheese fries for sure and they tend to have many deals for two people to share or deals for one person including an appetizer which I love. This was one of the worst Chili encounters I have ever had. I typically get the Boneless Buffalo Chicken salad and did today. It was one of the worst salads I have had. The chicken was good, but the amount of lettuce was similar to a dinner salad. I wasn't sure if the salad dressing was too watery or if it was the lettuce, but either way, the salad was light on lettuce and heavy on water. I haven't been to chilis in 20 yrs. Got a Gift Card for $25 from work. I ordered bone in buffalo wings, chips/salsa and a lemonade. As I was driving home I decided to eat a wing. When I first bit into the wing, I noticed a pop of juice burst into my mouth. I thought uh that's off what is that. I felt a soft gel texure. I thought maybe it was the batter. I tried another, same thing, eww what is that burst of juices and gel texture. I felt nauseous immediately. I started heaving. I got home tore open a chicken wing and took pictures. My wife and I love Chili's, it's one of our go-to's with the family. The service at this location is really good and the quality of food is always spot on and delicious. Chili's is a great restaurant with delicious food! They have endless chips and salsa! Who doesn't enjoy endless chips and salsa, the chips are thin and salty, but not too salty and the salsa is really good too. As far as appetizers go, you really can't go wrong with any of them, but you should definitely give the southwestern egg rolls a try. The fajitas and burgers here are always excellent, and if you like ribs, you should definitely give their signature baby back ribs a try! And if there's room for desert, you can't go wrong with the molten chocolate cake! There's something about the combo of vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate cake and hot fudge that is just delicious! read more

This Chili's was the very first restaurant my husband and I ate at when we moved to the area, so it holds a little bit of nostalgia for me. We have eaten here numerous times over the years. It can be hit or miss as far as service goes, depending on who you get on wait staff that day. The food is generally hot and fresh and we've never had any real issues at this Chili's. They aren't typically very busy and during the summer, it's nice to dine outside overlooking the water. I love their fajitas and they have a pretty good chips and salsa! read more

It's Friday night and as expected the place is a tad busy. We don't want to wait for our table so we choose to sit on the booth by the bar. Our server took and brought iur drinks, disappeared, came back to get our orders which she memorized. Kudos to her for remembering orders without writing it down. However.......... at least get it right. We ordered Chicken Classic Nachos (no sour cream) for appetizer; Buffalo Chicken sandwich and Chicken and Steak Fajitas (no sour cream and no beans.) You guessed it, she missed all the "NO" part. Nachos came in after waiting too ling, its a bit cold, taste good though. After ravaging our nachos, our main entree arrived. The chicken on the sandwich looks overcooked, the grilled veggies on the fajitas are overcooked, there's sour cream, steak is tough (very flavorful though), the tortillas are sticking together. The server is obviously working multiple tables at the same time. I sincerely believe she forgot about us in mumtiple occasion. Luckily, we were sitting next to the kitchen entrance. I recommend this place for half off apps during happy hour. Sit in the bar, get your drinks and apps, and watch a few games. Try to avoid this place on Friday or busy nights. read more
