I brought my godkids here as a treat for good grades. We arrived just before opening on a Saturday afternoon and were seated promptly. The restaurant only had about 3 tables at this point, but I really wish that they would give us at least a table in between instead of seating everyone along the same wall in the same row. Kinda makes you feel cramped and claustrophobic in what is a pretty open dining area. Originally I asked for and got 2 kids menu along with my menu; but my godson asked for a burger from the regular menu. I asked the waiter and he smiled and gave us a kids menu without any hassle even though that would have bugged other servers. Our food came out pretty fast and hot, but keep in mind the restaurant had just opened. Horrible food! It was cold when served. The waitress had an attitude when we got there like she didn't even want to be there. I got sizzling shrimp. Not sure how you can mess that up but they did. It was cold and the black beans that came with it were watered down and disgusting. My boyfriend ordered the the triple plate, he got the mini burgers, fried onion rings and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were dry and burnt as well as the onion rings. Oh forgot to mention that we got chips with queso. The chips were stale and the queso came not hot. When we got there we stood in line and weren't acknowledged for about 5-10 mins when we finally did get acknowledged we were told there was a 45 minute wait... so we waited after we waited we were seated and sat there for about 20 mins waiting on a server that never showed we weren't offered drinks or checked on for 20 minutes!! So we got up and left... so did about 2-3 other couples.... I like Chili's you guys please do better read more

My Mom and I have tried to give this location a chance multiple times but unfortunately we've been disappointed the last several times. The service is typically fine but the food has been anything but. There has been a problem with the food the last several times we've gone. And last night was no exception. We ordered "To Go" and made it all the way home and realized that our food was prepared with little to no effort. My Mom's quesadilla was burnt, not to mention she doesn't eat pork and didn't realize the "Chicken quesadilla" would have bacon. In addition, I had the Mango chicken with two sides. My sides were in small containers that were placed inside the larger container with my chicken. This was not only messy because the sauce and the chicken on the containers but it's also unsanitary. My Mom called to be directed to the manager and the employee that answered added fuel the fire by having an attitude. In the end the manager was very pleasant and offered us a refund and a gift card, however the food was so terrible I doubt we will go to any Chili's location. read more

Slow service and good has gone down hill. I wish I'd read reviews prior to selecting this location for lunch. I literally had a flag down a waitress after waiting 12 minutes after being seated to give them my order. They should know that people at lunch are in a hurry and need fast service. Wait staff was friendly just non-efficient. One young lady refilled my tea but offered no ice so all I had was warm tea with no chill. The food portion for the Mango chicken was a joke. My 4 yr old eats more than what they gave me. I blame management, I even saw him often delivering food but not once did he check on my experience. The quality of this restaurant has gone down since the reopening after the virus. You can't blame everything on the virus. Tonight was our last night eating there. My steak was under cooked and the service was awful. The food looked as if it had been thrown on the plate with no care for taste. The chips were stale and soggy. We complained to the manager and he offered us chips to go. He didn't offer any discount or anything. The employees are not the same and are very Inexperienced. My roommate and I have ordered from here multiple times, and they NEVER get the order right. We aren't giving them any more chances after a few nights ago. We ordered online, with the expected delivery listed as within the hour. After an hour went by, I checked on the order and saw that it was still listed as "received by restaurant" (not even being prepared, yet). When I tried calling, I was put on hold for TWENTY MINUTES, and then I gave up. The food finally arrived over two hours after it was ordered, and it was cold and all prepared incorrectly. One burger was meant to have a SIDE of black beans, but instead we received a dried out black bean burger. None of the burgers came with the avocado or other specialty toppings that they were all supposed to have. None of the requested customizations were included. And when I filled out a "contact us" form through the website (I wasn't going to try calling again), I never heard anything back. Don't waste your time or money. DAD NOT HAPPY First they had us waiting outside for 35 min while other people that came after us was seated,when they said they would text us when the table was ready , and they only seated us when we requested to speak to a manager( only had a party of 6 people) even when they sat larger parties. My son and I had the worst experience at this store! I made an online order around 8:45pm. The order was supposed to be ready at 9:04pm. My son left at 10:30pm without any food. The manager wanted to just discount the food and not give the food for free! It took her an additional 15 minutes to give him a refund and the food was ready but she chose to not offer it. He had to be at a function over an hour ago and this was an inconvenience!! I will never go here again and will recommend my friends not to either! I really try to give places the benefit of the doubt. I doubt I will every go back into this location. I have passed by it 1000 times and last night wanted to stop and pick up fun food for the championship game to take home. I sat at the bar more than 25 minutes before being served a drink (and waited 10 minutes for the bar to be wiped down). Asked if there was a wait for take out and was told a little. When I received my drink (and not the water I requested) I went ahead and ordered. I waited almost 45 minutes for my takeout to be ready, not seeing any other food service come out, but maybe one take-out. The place was NOT busy at all. When I got home I found the sampler with sliders, wings and southwest rolls, cold and hard (as they obviously had been sitting for a while before being brought to me. I also ordered a brisket quesadilla, which had very little brisket, little cheese, and so cold it separated. Had ordered shrimp fajitas which were so ridiculously spicy we had to rinse the shrimp. 85% of the food we threw in the garbage. I give the benefit of the doubt to so many. The management, service, cleanliness, and lack of interest from the staff was alarming. It's a shame in this day and age that work ethic and pride in a job well done is not respected here. Ummm it's Chili's...this location is nothing special, the food was mediocre as well. Customer service was pretty solid my waitress was pretty attentive, just came here for a quick casual lunch with a co worker, had the triple dipper southwest rolls were tasty so were the sweet chili wings. My big mouth bites (mini burgers)were overcooked....allot.....pretty much burnt, the onions included on it were cinders and the cheese wasn't melted, won't be getting those things again. Will be back for a nice lunch. I enjoyed being able to pay at the table and order things via tablet but when you are sitting at a small table with 2 people that tablet thing just gets in the way! Ok so I had only been to Chili's once and I thought I remembered it to be pretty good. Reality check came last night!!! First I ordered the guacamole app and it was going good at first until I got what I feel must have been a huge piece of jalapeño, my mouth was on FiRE!!!! So that lost me I was scared to continue with that but what I tasted of it before that happened had good flavor. I also ordered the baby back ribs since I figured if they have a song for them must be good, WRONG!!!!! Not tonight at least mostly the BBQ sauce on it just wasn't what I was hoping for because the ribs were lacking flavor but the ribs appeared to be cooked well and my fries were good. My date ordered a burger which also lack flavor. Ordered a mango margarita ....FAIL!! It was more like a really sweet mango lemonade or something. Desert menu had only one item that wasn't chocolate and since I could not have chocolate tonight made my choices real slim. On a positive note, Staff was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and seated shortly after that. They were busy but I didn't feel ignored or neglected. Worst service around. Everything is sticky and the place smells of mildew. There are a few servers that just need to take their talents down the road to a better establishment. I'm only giving one star because I have to in order to write this review. My family and I decided to go here for my graduation dinner. We were seated fairly fast so that was alright, the place was dead though as you could tell from the low reviews. I didn't have yelp at the time. Our waitress, would yell and we didn't have a clue as to what she was saying (looked like she was an addict, idk to what though). Then half of our meals were cold, the other half not good, and the waitress was basically useless in trying to fix the situation. The whole place needs to be closed because it is for real trash. We love going here for drinks and appetizers. We just sit in the bar area. My favorite appetizer is the triple decker.

I read these reviews and thought could it really be that bad?! Well, it is! I saw my drink sitting on the bar for some time and finally got up and left. this restaurant had the worst customer service ever. where do I begin? My friend and I (2 asian 18 year old girls) went to Chili's for some dinner. The beginning was great. The waiter was super nice and everything went smoothly. After we ate, my friend realized she lost her debit card. I guess they were eavesdropping on our conversation. of course we were worried my friend's card but we weren't going to leave without paying. I paid for both of us. Then a manager (we think) came to our table and asked us if we still want our chips and salsa and stared us down until we gave it to him. I wanted to take my chips and salsa home. But that's alright I guess. Then every single employee walked by us and looking very suspicious. And our waiter came to us and made sure we checked out and we said yes we did. And the waiter left and told another waiter to come check us to make sure we paid. This woman comes up to us and turns the paying machine to make sure we paid. This was very rude. they did not have to do this in front of us. They could have at least asked nicely or even just check we paid on their end. We were very annoyed by this experience and decided to leave. Right after we left that lady came and checked again to see we paid.
