Slow service and good has gone down hill. I wish I'd read reviews prior to selecting this location for lunch. I literally had a flag down a waitress after waiting 12 minutes after being seated to give them my order. They should know that people at lunch are in a hurry and need fast service. Wait staff was friendly just non-efficient. One young lady refilled my tea but offered no ice so all I had was warm tea with no chill. The food portion for the Mango chicken was a joke. My 4 yr old eats more than what they gave me. I blame management, I even saw him often delivering food but not once did he check on my experience. So this is the worse Chili's I have ever been to. Byron took 45 minutes to get our appetizers to us, and the place was not busy at all, he was to busy watching TV to keep his two tables serviced. Actually a 0 star. Ordered through door dash at 6:30pm and my order was accepted and being prepared. Dasher was waiting at restaurant according to the app after about 30 minutes of me placing my order. 8:00pm rolls around and my order was canceled. Mind you this Chili's is not accepting dine in only take out. YOU MAKE FOOD FOR A LIVING so why is it so hard to get the food cooked. If you knew you could not make the order which was a very simple order why not decline the order immediately instead of having me wait a hour and a half. When I tried calling they did not answer the phone which you don't have that many takeout orders to where you can't answer a call or make the food most importantly. After being there for 20 minutes, I asked the hostess if someone could bring our food because we needed to get back to work. Another waitress brought us our food and refilled for us. I'm not sure where our waitress was, but when she did come to our table, she was short and cold with us. The table next to us got up and left after waiting for their order to be taken We were 15 minutes late getting back to work because it took that long to get two bowls of oversalted soups - we had 2 different soups and both were too salty both times - and two salads. I wouldn't recommend this location. We've had lunch here about 4-5 times over the last couple of years and each time, the service is terribly slow. read more

Horrible food! It was cold when served. The waitress had an attitude when we got there like she didn't even want to be there. I got sizzling shrimp. Not sure how you can mess that up but they did. It was cold and the black beans that came with it were watered down and disgusting. My boyfriend ordered the the triple plate, he got the mini burgers, fried onion rings and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were dry and burnt as well as the onion rings. Oh forgot to mention that we got chips with queso. The chips were stale and the queso came not hot. When we got there we stood in line and weren't acknowledged for about 5-10 mins when we finally did get acknowledged we were told there was a 45 minute wait... so we waited after we waited we were seated and sat there for about 20 mins waiting on a server that never showed we weren't offered drinks or checked on for 20 minutes!! So we got up and left... so did about 2-3 other couples.... I like Chili's you guys please do better read more

My Mom and I have tried to give this location a chance multiple times but unfortunately we've been disappointed the last several times. The service is typically fine but the food has been anything but. There has been a problem with the food the last several times we've gone. And last night was no exception. We ordered "To Go" and made it all the way home and realized that our food was prepared with little to no effort. My Mom's quesadilla was burnt, not to mention she doesn't eat pork and didn't realize the "Chicken quesadilla" would have bacon. In addition, I had the Mango chicken with two sides. My sides were in small containers that were placed inside the larger container with my chicken. This was not only messy because the sauce and the chicken on the containers but it's also unsanitary. My Mom called to be directed to the manager and the employee that answered added fuel the fire by having an attitude. In the end the manager was very pleasant and offered us a refund and a gift card, however the food was so terrible I doubt we will go to any Chili's location. read more

A friend brought chicken crispers and waffles for lunch. It's all I could think about. Went for dinner. We waited 15 minutes. No server ever even spoke to us. I thought restaurants were hurting. Went across street to Red Lobster. Greeted warmly. Had soup before I could type an email to Chili's management. They won't make it and it's got nothing to do with COViD. Poor training, lazy staff. My wife and I visited this location before the pandemic and it was flawless, but this time around it went the complete opposite, long wait, food tasted off, our salads croutons were stale, our starter got there after we finished our meals we really shouldn't have paid for it. This was bad!! Floor was sticky, service was slow & food was mediocre. We waited in the bar/lounge area for 20-30 min for our meal. All we ordered was a burger with fries & a ribeye with veggies. The server was nice but she was working the bar and our tables. People at the bar revived their food before we did. My ribeye was tough and more medium than medium well. This place makes me itch. The quality of this restaurant has gone down since the reopening after the virus. You can't blame everything on the virus. Tonight was our last night eating there. My steak was under cooked and the service was awful. The food looked as if it had been thrown on the plate with no care for taste. The chips were stale and soggy. We complained to the manager and he offered us chips to go. He didn't offer any discount or anything. The employees are not the same and are very Inexperienced. My roommate and I have ordered from here multiple times, and they NEVER get the order right. We aren't giving them any more chances after a few nights ago. We ordered online, with the expected delivery listed as within the hour. After an hour went by, I checked on the order and saw that it was still listed as "received by restaurant" (not even being prepared, yet). When I tried calling, I was put on hold for TWENTY MINUTES, and then I gave up. The food finally arrived over two hours after it was ordered, and it was cold and all prepared incorrectly. One burger was meant to have a SIDE of black beans, but instead we received a dried out black bean burger. None of the burgers came with the avocado or other specialty toppings that they were all supposed to have. None of the requested customizations were included. And when I filled out a "contact us" form through the website (I wasn't going to try calling again), I never heard anything back. Don't waste your time or money. DAD NOT HAPPY First they had us waiting outside for 35 min while other people that came after us was seated,when they said they would text us when the table was ready , and they only seated us when we requested to speak to a manager( only had a party of 6 people) even when they sat larger parties. I really try to give places the benefit of the doubt. I doubt I will every go back into this location. I have passed by it 1000 times and last night wanted to stop and pick up fun food for the championship game to take home. I sat at the bar more than 25 minutes before being served a drink (and waited 10 minutes for the bar to be wiped down). Asked if there was a wait for take out and was told a little. When I received my drink (and not the water I requested) I went ahead and ordered. I waited almost 45 minutes for my takeout to be ready, not seeing any other food service come out, but maybe one take-out. The place was NOT busy at all. When I got home I found the sampler with sliders, wings and southwest rolls, cold and hard (as they obviously had been sitting for a while before being brought to me. I also ordered a brisket quesadilla, which had very little brisket, little cheese, and so cold it separated. Had ordered shrimp fajitas which were so ridiculously spicy we had to rinse the shrimp. 85% of the food we threw in the garbage. I give the benefit of the doubt to so many. The management, service, cleanliness, and lack of interest from the staff was alarming. It's a shame in this day and age that work ethic and pride in a job well done is not respected here. Ummm it's Chili's...this location is nothing special, the food was mediocre as well. Customer service was pretty solid my waitress was pretty attentive, just came here for a quick casual lunch with a co worker, had the triple dipper southwest rolls were tasty so were the sweet chili wings. My big mouth bites (mini burgers)were overcooked....allot.....pretty much burnt, the onions included on it were cinders and the cheese wasn't melted, won't be getting those things again. Will be back for a nice lunch. I enjoyed being able to pay at the table and order things via tablet but when you are sitting at a small table with 2 people that tablet thing just gets in the way! Ok so I had only been to Chili's once and I thought I remembered it to be pretty good. Reality check came last night!!! First I ordered the guacamole app and it was going good at first until I got what I feel must have been a huge piece of jalapeño, my mouth was on FiRE!!!! So that lost me I was scared to continue with that but what I tasted of it before that happened had good flavor. I also ordered the baby back ribs since I figured if they have a song for them must be good, WRONG!!!!! Not tonight at least mostly the BBQ sauce on it just wasn't what I was hoping for because the ribs were lacking flavor but the ribs appeared to be cooked well and my fries were good. My date ordered a burger which also lack flavor. Ordered a mango margarita ....FAIL!! It was more like a really sweet mango lemonade or something. Desert menu had only one item that wasn't chocolate and since I could not have chocolate tonight made my choices real slim. On a positive note, Staff was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and seated shortly after that. They were busy but I didn't feel ignored or neglected. Worst service around. Everything is sticky and the place smells of mildew. There are a few servers that just need to take their talents down the road to a better establishment. ordered To-go last week and there was only 1 other person waiting and it took more than 30 minutes and i only got 1 entree and all the workers just dick around and are hard to talk to without them avoiding responsibilities. then yesterday i went there for dine in and they were closed at 10 and stopped answering their phone even though their front door says 11 for weekdays. i called today and the manager couldn't tell me why they close early. overall this placed should be closed down and reopened when they know how to give service rather than just show up and bs like they probably do everything else in their lives read more

I recently dined in for lunch with 2 other family members. We had an excellent server but the service and wait time for food was very slow. I went to the restroom and noticed the kitchen looked understaffed. Lunch should not take 1.5 hours!! I understand it takes time to get your drinks, appetizers, etc. but we seriously waited for 30-35 minutes for our lunch orders. Got it home and it obviously had been sitting for probably 20 minutes as it was barely warm and soggy. Mango salsa was not fresh. Tasted like something out of a jar. Buffalo crispers we're not crisp.
