This place is awful. Food is VERY inconsistent, as well as the service. I filled out a survey after a recent visit and was blatantly honest about what a terrible experience we had. They sent us a $20 voucher in the mail, which hey - that was nice. My husband and I decided to give them a try ONE MORE TIME... never again. What a sh*t show! Order was completely wrong (as usual), food was less than sub-par, bartender was distracted by the ONE gentleman occupying the bar besides us,the only thing that was good was the beer. read more

I recently dined in for lunch with 2 other family members. We had an excellent server but the service and wait time for food was very slow. I went to the restroom and noticed the kitchen looked understaffed. Lunch should not take 1.5 hours!! I understand it takes time to get your drinks, appetizers, etc. but we seriously waited for 30-35 minutes for our lunch orders. I don't think a quesadilla takes that long to make the last time I checked. Great food, but they need to hire some more servers or cooks in the back. read more

This is a convenient to-go place for us, but I won't be back. I ordered online last night and arrived exactly at the time I was told my order would be ready. I was told they had an hour backup so I asked for a refund - it was already 8:00 and my family was hungry. A manager came out and told me he would have to "contact Corporate" as he could not issue a refund - it would have to be "sent to me". Ok, fine, whatever - my order was $50 so I definitely wanted my money back. The manager, Ken, then looked around the crowded to-go area and said "thank you everyone else for your patience. We are happy to serve everyone else". He then made me wait for 40 minutes to get the paperwork on my refund. He had my credit card at that point so I couldn't just leave. I heard him talking to the server and he intentionally waited until my order came up before he came back with my refund paperwork. He did not at that point give me the option of taking my order, even though it was ready. I will not be back, and neither will the half dozen other people who witnessed this, or at least so several of them said. This store has 2 stars - that should be warning enough. read more

this was my first time at this chilis location on 6/10/2020 an the service was horrible i had a waitress by the name of Megan she was not the best i asked her to clean off the table an she barley cleaned it, she never asked if i was okay, i had to chase her down too get a refill i ordered a some queso dip an she brought the dip never brought chips in results of me not being able to enjoy my queso burger was not fully cooked very pink on the in inside i did not like it at all i had to get another waitress too serve me i would not recommend this location at all!! read more

I stopped there tonight to get a quick bite with my Mom. When we arrived it was rather busy so we chose to sit in the bar area. At this time the Falcon's were in the 4th quarter with about 3 minutes left in the game. The server greeted us and took our drink order. He then took our order, which was the three for $10. As my Mom and I began to talk and watch the game, the game ended and I realized that we had been sitting there about 20 minutes after the game ended. The people behind us had received their food, and we never even received our salad. I signaled for the server to come over, he said "Yes". I then said, "the table behind us came after we did and they have their food", he then said "what would you like me to do about it". I sat there during an awkward pause as he stared at me. I then realized that he wasn't joking and replied "I'd like to eat, and I'd like my salad". He then said, "I will go and get it". He was very nasty and basically acted like I did something wrong, when I questioned him about our order. At this point, I became angry because we had been sitting there for 30 minutes at this point, and the only tables that were left was us and two others. I immediately go up and went to the bar. I asked the bartender for our check (for the two teas). She asked the server for the check. He then yelled from the back that we didn't have liquor so there wasn't a charge. My mother and I proceeded to exit the building. Let me first say that we went there to eat. He never apologized for a delay, he never checked on us, and then got an attitude because I questioned him about the order. This is totally unacceptable. I have gone to this location before and had issues with service, but this is just too much. I will NEVER eat here again. He treated us like crap, and this is not how you treat a paying customer. We sat there for 30 MINUTES and never even received our salad. Worse service I have ever received from any restaurant. Trust me, I can take my money elsewhere and I will not go there again. Arrived at 7pm exactly and asked for a table for 8. I was told that it would take 15 minutes to clear a table for us. I said that was fine. 15 minutes later, the same person said she was working on our table, and she'd have it ready "in 15 minutes". So, all 8 of us sat right in front of the hostess station and patiently waited while MANY groups of people were taken in and seated immediately. At almost 8:00 (an hour later), after being totally ignored (we were right in front of the hostess station) and were never even acknowledged past the first time we asked for the table, we decided to go somewhere else. If they made us wait for more than an hour to be seated, how long must we wait to be served? For our food to actually be delivered? Should have looked at Yelp's 2 star review before going. read more

Unfortunately we waited 30 minutes to be seated as other parties were seated before us because their "texting" system does not work. After being seated we waited roughly 45 minutes for our food. We've been going there for years off and on, service is an issue, it's fair at best, and that's about half the time. Saturday we were immediately seated, then sat for fifteen minutes without seeing a waitress, we got up and left. The food is usually decent, and a decent value. The staff is the issue. We went for lunch. Admittedly, it is very noisy in there so it is not conducive to a nice quiet lunch. And there were kids, around 7 years old, running full speed around the floor toward the restroom. Typical Chili's, everybody was friendly and the food came out fast and was nice and hot. They had football on TV which was a plus.

This has to be the worst experience I have had in many years. Our drink order was wrong; the food was either cold or tepid; there was food stuck to the on the outside of the cup holding the lemons; and it took a long time to get the food. If You don't mind waiting a long time for your food, a dirty environment and mediocre, tepid food, then go--otherwise go somewhere else. read more

I went to this location because I always have received great service in the past. Today was HORRIBLE with the service and the food. I was reviewing the menu only to be rushed by the server and once I placed my order I was told that they were out of the Rib Eye steaks (would have been nice to have been told that 20 minutes prior). I ran out if beverages twice and the other person I was with had his order also messed up. On top of everything once my food arrived my food was cold and unable to be completed. I tried the new Breakfast burger that features a runny egg and bacon. As usual it was nothing like the description. The egg that is supposed to be runny to provide a sauce for the burger was hard fried and rubbery. The bacon was obviously microwaved, half cooked and like rubber as well. They should change the name to the Breakfast Rubber Burger. Beware, not worth the $11 price tag. This will be my last disappointing meal at this Chili's. Too bad since they are advertising their burgers as their "birthright". Couldn't be farther from the truth. It would be nice if the parent company visited their restaurants from time to time to check quality control. read more

The bar tender recommended the Margarita Chicken and now it's my favorite. Better service here than on Webb Gin.

Extremely long wait for to go orders that were called in ahead of time. The only reason for the bad rating is that this has happened several times. On top of the long wait they left items out of the order more than once. As much as I like the food I will not go back here. It has just really gone down hill the last several years. Went to this Chili's this evening, Monday. Seated right away, but drinks took a long time, then the food took even longer, chicken was only warm and sauce was cold, as were the vegetables. Could not get a refill on water, and had to ask another server to find our server for the check. Will not be back. read more

Upon arriving on crutches it took about 15 min before being seated. The service was the worst and the food was terrible. The waitress ignored us and when asking for anything it took a second request to get it. She never came over to see how we were doing and if we needed anything before checking out. I absolutely LOVE Chili's!!! They have Superb food and affordable prices. The staff has ALWAYS been so friendly and accommodating to anything special that we ask for! My husband is a very picky eater and Chili's is one place that we can go for lunch or dinner and he enjoys EVERYTHING!!! The Presidente' Margaritas are to die for and the prices are very affordable!! I have family that comes to visit and every time they come, we always go to Chili's no matter what!! Oh, and let me not forget to mention the Queso Dip...it is sooooo good!!! Stopped in at 4PM with my wife after a busy afternoon. We seated ourselves in the bar area so I could keep an eye on the World Cup. We had onion straws for an appetizer with the 2 for $20 deal. I had a bacon cheeseburger medium rare done perfectly. My wife had a six ounce sirloin also done to her liking. The service was fast and efficient (as it should have been at 4PM). The beer was cold and the food was hot and the futbol game had 5 goals scored in the first half. I will definitely go back. read more

is still upset about our dinner service at Chili's on 78 last night (Sat. 1/10/15)...took almost 15 minutes after being seated to be greeted and have drink/appetizer order taken, appetizer eaten before drinks arrive, another 15 minutes after appetizer eaten before dinner order taken, 45 minutes for food to arrive (with empty drinks now) and half the order is wrong, manager notified that rice tasted like dish soap (he let me know that they dumped it and were using the previous day's rice now, but no offer to replace), check arrives and NOTHING reduced and no apologies given. When we said something again about the poor service and food quality, they took 5% off a $60 tab (!?!?!). After waiting another 10 minutes to pay, we put $ on table and walked out. In the servers defense, she had 11 tables! But the manager knew about our issues and made no attempt to correct the issues. Needless to say, we WON'T be going back there. read more

We had the worst experience at this Chili's location with a particular waitress named Tia. We sat there for 50 minutes around 2:30pm on a slow weekday and she never even put in our order!!! When we noticed everyone else getting their food, she came over and asked, almost an hour after we were seated, "what did you guys order again?" We told her and she said that our food "went to another table" & that only one dish out of the 2 was ready & we would get our food soon. We were so upset because she was already a horrible waitress - had to ask for something for my drink 3 different times, totally ignored me when I smiled and said hello & tried to order - she just walked away! On top of all of this, when we went to the manager to let her know we would be leaving because after an hour, still no food, the manager told us that the waitress, Tia, had just put in our order "5 minutes ago," (when she asked us, "what did you order again")!!! So, not only is she the world's worst server, but she also lied to our faces. We left and the manager advised me to reach out to Chili's corporate for a complaint on their website. I filled out the online form with my contact info as soon as I got home, and was told by the restaurant manager that within 24 hours I would hear back - a week later, NOTHING!!! Chili's sucks to begin with and this experience with this particular restaurant as well as Chili's corporate customer service as a whole has made me hate them. Will never be back, and will let everyone I know how bad Chili's, especially this location, SUCKS! Save your precious time - McDonald's drive-through has better service. read more

Dinner tonight at Chilis Lilburn was less then satisfactory upon entering i stood at hstess stand and was not acknowledge by the hostess I left my family waiting as i went to the restroom when i returned they still were not seated and as i aproached the hostess stand so did the hostess., At this time several other patrons were also waiting to be seated so we asked if we could sit ib the bar and did so. We sat in the bar for an additional 5 minutes before we had to stop a server and asked if she would take our order. She was pleasent but did not show a sense of urgency during service. During service looked for Management support for the staff and only seen him one time during 1 1/2 long dinning experience. The restaurant was never full during my dining experience but the lack of anyone giving direction was very evident. The food is average. The concept like the service this evening is tired. read more
